Stadthotel - mittendrin und doch ruhig

Das Hotel ist leicht von der Strasse zurückversetzt, deshalb total ruhig. Schöner, kleiner Pool. Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten, aber zu Fuss sind diverse Restaurants, der lokale Markt ganz in der Nähe.

Alles bestens.

We will be back!

The beds were so comfortable and we loved the location & pool. We had the room just off the pool and it was great for us and our kids to relax and beat the heat

The pool borders the local fresh markets toilet and dumpster so it can be a little smelly at times. Didn’t stop us from hangin at the pool but that’s the only negative.

Great place to stay in Old Phuket Town

Great location in Old PhuketTown with the Sunday Walking Market just down the street & many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean & while the room was small was adequate for a 3 night stay. We had a pool access room, which was lovely. The pool was also very clean & very refreshing. Bed was comfortable & room servicing done promptly each day. The location is quiet, being set back from the road.

There was a slightly musty smell in the room. However, I requested room freshener spray, which managed this well. There is a reading light on only one side of the bed. It would be good to have a light each side.

I'd give it a miss

Great location, comfortable bedding, modern style room, lots of foliage, very pretty little hotel

The linens on the bed had pen ink already on them and on the second day we were given a "fresh" hand towel that had lipstick and foundation already on it. We found this particularly upsetting because the room had a list of costs associated with damage to any linens, towels etc. We were worried that we would be charged for these stains even though we didn't make them. I paid for a king deluxe suite which was described as having a balcony and view but we were situated on the ground floor, no view and little privacy as the front window looked out onto the front porch and car park, where people regularly walked by. The first day we arrived, we went for a swim. The pool is very aged and the water smelt unclean. The filtration system looks to be outdated, so my assumption is that it does not filter the water as efficiently as it should. The tiling in the pool was chipped, especially on the steps. The pool area itself is very cute, and our second swim a day later did not smell. But I do think the hotel needs to spend some time fixing it up a bit. I am a socially anxious person so I did not seek to rectify these issues, that's on me. I have no reason to believe the staff wouldn't have fixed these things had I brought them to their attention.

Expensive for what it is. Keep looking.

Location not bad, good bed. Not much else.

Very loud inside. Banging doors night and day. Some rooms have a shared bathroom on each floor. Cleaners very loud from 8 am. Small rooms. Very hot. Staff tried to charge me for damaging a picture that was hung at head height to cover a junction box behind the seating position . Sat down and the picture fell off the wall. I informed the staff and they said no problem. After check out I received a message via booking which demanded I pay 500 baht.. Untrustworthy and do not recommend. High price for hostel style accomodation. Better options elsewhere.

Pleasant

Located near Phuket Old Town. Very convenient for us to walk around and find a variety of food options.

Beds and pillows weren't comfortable to sleep in.

Fantastic Hotel & Service

Very modern, well equipped hotel. Had everything we needed, air con was superb! Pool lovely and peaceful. Location excellent for walking the whole old town area. Staff excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

Clean comfortable stop over on our way through, good value for money.

Nice character, comfortable beds, great location, nice swimming pool. Room was clean and spacious.

They didn’t have a cot (we left them with our travel cot, so hopefully that can help other families in the future!)

staff is horrible especially the lady at the reception

Location is very good, but sadly the staff was not welcoming, tough, and horrible especially the reception girl. Towels were obsolete and not clean. We requested to change them but they brought another dirty ones, and we accepted that. We requested an extra pillow for our kid but the reception girl refused in a tough way. Another failure, room service opned the door suddenly without knocking while we were in the room changing our clothes. I am wondering why this hotel is 3 stars??

Superb

Lovely boutique style hotel in the quiet part of the old town but very close to the walking street market. Room not large but had everything that I needed. Added bonus of a pool to cool off. Bed was comfortable compared to other hard beds we have experienced in Thailand. Booked for one night and stayed an extra two.

No lift in property so if you struggle with stairs try for a lower floor. Other than that it is a great place.

Lovely Hotel But .......

Great location in town centre, very clean room, comfortable beds, welcoming staff, great shower,

The only family room available is on the forth floor, with stair access only, no elevator, so unless you don't mind climbing stairs, try and book on a lower floor, for me it was a bit of a problem

A great hotel in a perfect location.

We landed lucky with our room which was right next to the pool. We took full advantage! Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location in the middle of the old town.

Location is great. Easy reach of everything in Phuket town and still felt very quiet and secluded.
