Passable

Wish the towels wouldn't tear the skin. I have had softer towels when visiting in the past.

Nice stay in a beautiful small town.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here. Rooms are always clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Owners are very polite. Wayne’s Grill is next door with great food and music on Friday nights ending around 9:30. Lots of great shops to visit downtown.

Disappointing

Bed was comfortable.

No coffee in room. Some repairs had been made to drywall didn't look recent but wasn't painted. It was difficult to communicate with the staff.

Great for an overnight stay

Comfortable bed, good selection of tv channels

Front desk barely talked during check in, paint coming off ceiling in bathroom, towels could be better

Nice stay

Room was very clean, beds were clean and neatly made.

Bathroom shower was a bit sketchy, the shelf had fallen off in the past and was taped over.

It suited our needs for a night or 2. Easy check in and check out process.

The price. You get what you pay for and it suited our needs for the night we stayed. This room was better than the last time we stayed with a complete private bathroom. Huge tv with cable included. Mini fridge and microwave in room.

The sheets were a little wore out and you could tell some parts were thin. The pillows were kind of flat. No table for eating in this room.

I booked through Booking.com in advance for a one-queen-bed room. What I was given was a two-bed room, which smelled of raw sewage. When I went back to ask the clerk about the room I reserved, he just smiled and shook his head "No" as if he didn't understand English. In 40 years of travel, I have never been as disappointed as I was with a facility or the lack of communication with its employees! A side note - the employee didn't even have basic information about the area, even though one restaurant sits within a 5-footstep distance from the motel office! Ridiculous!!!!

Staff was FANTASTIC!! Hotel was a great value and very comfortable!!!! Will recommend!!!!

They ask for a $25 cash deposit but I had NO cash because I didn't know about the deposit!!!! They were nice enough to waive the fee for me though!!!! Which I GREATLY appreciated!!!!!

I wanted to stay in Livingston and this was the only game in town. It was conveniently located.

The room was clean and not small. Park at the door. Right next to Wayne’s Grill which is a good country cafe with good food and service.

For the price it was acceptable. There was no blanket, had to use the bedspread. There was no facial tissue.

TERRIBLE. Bugs!!!! Something bit me within minutes. Black hairs all over the sheets!

They were terrible. There was nothing to like. They told us at first they wouldn’t acknowledge our online reservation because of commission fees with booking and wanted us to pay cash. There was black curly little hairs all over the sheets and bugs on the mattress. I had to bug bomb the place as I was bitten by something within minutes of laying down.

would be my absolute last option, might consider sleeping in vehicle over this place.

price should be lower based on the facility and location. bed was really bad had a huge dip in the mattress, caused bad back pain the next day.

I enjoyed every aspect of this stay from the operators to the scenic convenience of the location. My husband also enjoyed the location ... There is just about every type of store you can think of practically at the touch of your fingers.

Location is excellent and only minutes from Dale Hollow Lake.. Staff was helpful and kind.

Was told it was four miles from state park ....was actually 14. But had a great stay, it was clean and convenient to other amminites we needed....will recommend and use again.
