Very Bad , Smoky Filthy Rooms , No TOWELs!

Didn’t get to eat breakfast because there was NO TOWELS in the entire Hotel!!!!

The first room smelled like Cigarettes the bedding was dirty spots on the sheets/comforter and the carpet was dirty so they switched our room to a cleaner room but no towels when we got back from dinner and it was hot outside so we didn’t want to get in bed without taking a shower but had no choice but the next morning NO STAFF No Towels!!! But Checkout is at 11 Am but no towels @ 8am and the Housekeeping Staff didn’t get there until after 9 AM we were unable to wash our face so we missed breakfast unable to take a shower to get on the highway for 4 hrs so we had to use our clean t shirt to dry our body . I have never in my 19 years of traveling and booking Hotels have I ever experienced this the front desk was very unprofessional I waited over 15 mins at the front desk before I could check in , then since we were early had to pay $30 and $100 insurance but we spent 45 mins in those nasty rooms and dragging our bags from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor this was the worst experience I had for my Birthday!

I will not return to this hotel again.

Very little. I have to say the place had a decent paint job and on the surface looked half way decent, and it went down hill from there.

It took almost an hour for us to check in. There were several in a group checking in before us but it took forever because at first the desk person was “fixing a tv” but when she finally returned it just took a very long time to accomplish the job of checking everyone in. She was very polite and did her best but she needed another person there to help. I know that after we checked in several people were having tv problems which she had to address leaving the front desk vacant. When arriving at our rooms my telephone didn’t work, and I had no tv remote. My sisters room the remote didn’t work and the carpet was filthy! On top of that the air conditioner was leaking water on the carpet which was soaked and they put a towel over it. Lastly, the free breakfast was mediocre at best. A sad disappointment for a Comfort Inn. Management need to wake up, get things fixed and hire some more staff.

Nice design and friendly staff

There were a lot of shady individuals around. A lot of broken items. The entire second floor smelt like marijuana. Parking was a bit of an issue.

IT WAS GREAT‼️

THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN & THE STAFF WAS SO NICE & PROFESSIONAL.

I DIDN’T LIKE THAT WENEVER I NEEDED,TISSUE,TOWELS ETC,I HAVE TO LEAVE MY ROOM ON THE 3RD FLOOR TO GO DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK & GET IT MYSELF.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in.

Cold

Everything Sheets were dirty on bed size did not match the mattress. Floor was warped in front of A/C did not cool the room below 78 degrees. I can't sleep in a warm environment. Front desk staff was rude. Pool was a health hazard and was closed to public.

Ok for the money if you are working or no family

It looked like there had been a lot of remodeling going the outside and inside looked nice, the staff was friendly and nice. Rooms where ok.

The place is right next to the highway, so I'd your on that side of the hotel you can hear ever truck putting on there Jake brake to slow down every 5 mins, the area that it is in is very bad, anyplace I went around there a lot of homeless and people asking for money.

Out of 4 hotels that we stayed at on our road trip, this was the worst.

New furniture, fresh paint

stained sheets, mold around bathtub, hair in tub and in the sink, carpets not vacuumed, toilet sits really low, desk clerk (when checking out) was on her cell phone and acted like i was bothering her when I asked for syrup for our breakfast (waffles). she said they didn’t have any, there was still an hour left of their breakfast.

very disappointing would not recommend

the bed was very comfortable

the location was very sketchy. first room they gave us wasn’t cleaned at all. the room we ended up staying in had holes in the wall, carpets had not been vacuumed, mold in tile grout and drain in bathroom and shower. pool wasn’t open like it stated on add. vending machines where completely empty. pillows were terrible and we had to ask for pillowcases. clerk at check stated my card was declined after several attempts I turn around and withdrew the cash from the atm in their lobby with same card. I called the bank and they said the clerk had entered the date wrong.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a vacation stay but good for a night or two.

The room was clean and seemed to be newly renovated.

The location was dark and sketchy and the staff wasn’t very friendly. The staff wasn’t rude or anything like that, just not friendly. Kinda like they didn’t want to be there. Also there wasn’t any kind of vending options so if you’re a late night snacker like me then bring your own snacks or suffer all night 😒

I love the lay out of the room and bathroom.

Everything. We pulled up into a dark, creepy parking lot with NO lights on after dark. Reluctantly made our way around to the back side of a dark building in the back of the property. And finally figured out where the entrance was. The lobby smelled like a combination of sweat, mold, chlorine, and cigarettes. There was a hole in the wall of my room. I took a picture of it and showed it to the front desk and he said it was like that in every room. Breakfast was terrible. Hard overcooked eggs that you had to cut with a knife and dried out tough sausage. We threw it in the trash and went to cracker barrel. Don't bother staying here. It was terrible.

I loved the staff but the hotel was so horrible I would not stay again.

The only thing that I liked about the entire place was the man working behind the front desk. He was polite and he helped us when we had issues with the room. Due to the hotel conditions he was forced to move us rooms twice.

The tv in our first room did not work and then upon being moved to our second room there was an enscent burned into the wall and then the window had fell in and was just laying on our bed. When we moved to the third room everything was in place except small things like the closet door was barely hanging on and over all the place just didn’t seem clean anymore. The neighborhood was also not great considering I could hear police sirens outside my windows. I can’t say I enjoyed anything about this place but the staff

Staff was great!

Hotel was comfortable, bed was decent. The pillows were heavenly! We checked in late and left early. Was overall a comfortable stay.

Parking lot could have more lights. It was a little too dark. We were able to park close to the front door so that was nice.
