Disappointing

The receptionist was very nice when I arrived very late at night due to a delayed flight. I was able to get to my room very quickly. Also, the hotel was very close to the airport. The bed was very comfortable.

I messaged the hotel on Nov. 16 to explain that I would be needing the hotel shuttle from the Memphis airport. My flight was on Nov. 18. I called the hotel when my flight was delayed to inform them, and was told that they haven’t had a shuttle, “for the past 6 months.” Then I received a response to my message on Nov. 22. 4 days after my stay. When I arrived to my room, it was freezing cold. The heater had been turned off. I immediately turned on the heater, then went to take a hot shower. Unfortunately, I ran the water a long, long time - tried several ways, but was unable to get any hot water from the shower or sink faucet. Since it was late, I just went to bed and thought I’d call in the morning if I couldn’t get any hot water. (I didn’t want maintenance to be arriving late at night and keeping me up any more than I already was.). In the morning I turned on the shower and hot water was available right away. I was grateful but curious why it wasn’t available the previous night. Lastly, housekeeping had left a diaper on the floor near a chair from a previous guest. I didn’t touch the diaper, but thought it to be an unused one.

Please find another hotel. You are aware.

The door was broken, it was not possible to get in. I had to push the door to get in together with the personal of the hotel.

All of it. Clean is not the must. The personal do what they can do. The hotel was painted last time during the 70´s.

This place is old and in terrible shape. We paid $175cd for one night which is a gross over price for what we got. Is there anyway to get a refund?

The front desk lady was very nice!

Our latch locks on our our door was Brock and the door that connected to our kids room lock was broke. Roaches in the bathtub. Very loud. There was hardly any food to choose from at the front desk.

the place is a Kip and needs update no bar no food hall ways are dirty and badly signed it’s eirily quite . it’s like the Shining!

very bad experience

Lobby clean

The room was terribly, the shower only had very hot water, imposible to take a shower, the mattress was terrible too, the access to the room dificulta with many stairs.

we had to leave and find a different hotel.

Very dirty. no pool. we had kids and booked because of pool. My family left and went to another location. we would like to get our money back. beds too small for my family of 4.

we were flying out the next day so we would have liked to have stayed in that location but it was so back we had to book a different hotel.

overpriced hotel without the use of its best asset which is a airport shuttle.

The airport shuttle was suspended until “renovations” are complete. I saw no renovations being done and do not see how that affects an airport shuttle.

Awful place to stay.

Close to airport

Hotel is run down with no facilities. Nothing in area. Impossible to get a taxi and when we did it was 40 dollars for a five minute ride. Our room has not been cleaned this century. Needs to be either shut down or fully upgraded.

My stay was horrible! I had to stay with someone else in the hotel because the cancelled my reservation five months afte

Avoid this hotel!

I didn’t like anything about this hotel except the shuttle bus. Noisy room on the side of the building facing the airport and freeway. Old plastic blackout curtains were shredded, with one gash more than an inch wide and a foot long enabling light to shine on my bed all night long. This hotel is very dilapidated.

We would choose this hotel again!

It was super clean! the staff MEMBERS was super friendly. every single one of them. the beds were comfortable and the rooms was clean! it deserves more then 3 stars! the hotel is HUGE.

This was the Hotel from Hell. Without question the worse place I have ever stayed in 20 years.

The Hostess Michelle was the only great asset to the trip, as well as the plush mattress and I was able to print a couple pages of records I needed for my job process at no cost.

1) I was excited to see when I booked the stay it was supposed to come with an American style Breakfast. However, I was informed at check-in that they didn't have any hot items to serve. Just grab and go things like fruit. This was devastating to find out. 2) Upon checking the first room was covered wall to wall with black mold, and dust. The second room I was given had dim lighting, and food wrappers with cheese underneath the matrass. The third room was for Handicap and had low show area, high toilet and I discovered large quantity white powder spilled under the bed I was to in shock to fuss with so I contact the front desk and sent photos to their manager via email. 3) My Room cards kept deactivating everyday that I had to continuously return to front desk to get a new one. 4) the Bathrooms all had poorly disguised construction work to the dry wall. Seeing the shotty patch work done, and water damage to the walls. 5) roughly 50% of the parking was off limits for some reason which left me parking at the front of the building and requiring to walk a long distance inside to the elevators and to my room on the complete opposite side of the building since my room side was blocked off. 6) It ended up having like a blizzard my last 24hrs there and them not having that American Breakfast advertised was insult to injury. 7) When attempting to log into the computers in the lobby to send the photos of all these horrendous things to the manager. The computers wouldn't access the internet which caused massive delay and one of the staff requiring to use employee log on so I could send the email. 8) The elevator floors, to doors access parking lot was like a maze to figure out what floor to exit in order to access the right door to outside. 9) Inside the white mystery powder is a clear foot print from a mouse/rat.
