Situated in Four Corners, this attractive condo for $136 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Stylishly decorated apartment complete with free WIFi located in the beautiful surroundings of the Tuscana Resort Orlando. From the minute you arrive at the resort you will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland. The Tuscana resort has a bar & restaurant, swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, and complimentary wifi. There are a variety of restaurants close by ranging from fast food outlets to family favourite dining, Publix Grocery Store, and Walgreen’s Drug Store are also Close by. The world famous Walt Disney World with its four parks, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios Epcot and Animal Kingdom along with Universal Studios are just a short ride away. There are also various outlet shopping areas close by if you fancy some retail therapy. The apartment has undergone an extensive upgrade in May 2022. The following have all been replaced with brand new products - Washer Dryer, Fridge freezer, Range cooker, over range built in microwave, master bedroom bed and mattress, dining room chairs, vanity unit to main bathroom & patio chairs. The apartment is on the ground floor and comfortably sleeps up to four people, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge that easily sleeps two extra adults if required. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an Electric Stove and Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Dryer, Iron and Iron Board, Coffee Maker, Plates, Cups, Bowls, Saucepans, Serving Dishes, Toaster & Kettle. The apartment is on the doorstep of Champions Gate which boasts numerous golfs courses including a Greg Norman designed Course. Location was the best part of this stay But 1 night someone forced the door and damage the hech/lock the place has from inside We had to call contact person They changed what was broken The main lock was forced too & damage too. This was my 3rd time staying at this location by far the worst from past experience. Now my husband doesn't want to stay here anymore.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was a perfect fit for what we needed. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the unit, which is great for privacy. There is a nice back porch overlooking a wooded area and plenty of restaurants and a Publix nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The lock box on the property door did not respond to the code. I tried several times as did one of the other guests. I tried to contact the property manager & got no response ever the complete 5 days at the property. The host couldn't have been more accommodating & helpful & responded immediately when I contacted her. I would recommend a stay at this property, aside from the initial key issue we had a very pleasant stay & would definitely book again if in the area.

Great little find, accommodation is perfect for us, the pool is great, the only downside in the pool area is the main facilities are closed. I guess it is still suffering post covid. It didnt spoil our stay though, we had a couple of very minor issues which Karen resolved straight away, great place highly recommend

We had what we needed for our stay for 3 nights. We didn’t need more than the basic items left for us for the weekend.
We knew the sheets were clean because we could feel that it was a bit wet still. We started our stay drying linens so it was fully dry before use. There was no odor to it but it just didn’t seem 100% dry before the cleaning crew set the home up.

This little gem is the perfect getaway with teens--spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed all the surroundings had to offer---it's close to the parks but affordable! 10 Golf Courses nearby!

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay while I was in the area watching my son play baseball over spring break, and this place delivered. Quiet, perfect location for me as it was close to Champions Gate where my son was staying. It is also 5 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping etc. I haven't found a better value in all of my trips to the Orlando area. To top it all off, the owner and property manager were very pleasant, prompt in responding, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo, and will hopefully be returning to it myself soon.

We loved our stay here at Champions Gate. The place was clean and well stocked. It is also close to Disney parks, shops, grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. This rental was perfect for our Disney vacation. The drive to the parks was very easy. There was a slight plumbing issue in the guest bathroom, but other than that, the accommodations were lovely. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The property was clean and is located at a nice location about 30-35 minutes from the Disney and Universal studio parks. Our overall stay was pleasant. On our 2nd day of stay someone entered the house keeping the door open , this is not acceptable at all . We should have been communicated regarding the planned maintenance activity if that was the reason for someone entering the house. Even though none of our items were touched , it posed a security concern for us. Property manager or emergency contact for this property were not reachable and did not resolve our security concerns. Such incidents did not repeat during our stay. I may book this property again for it’s cleanliness and close proximity to the theme parks.

Communication with Property owner was excellent - he worries about our upcoming stay and provide update of every queries.
Location - “Tuscana Resort Orlando by Aston” is located near Champions Gate was very unreachable due to heavy traffic and we were stuck more than 30 minutes in extra traffic just before the exit.
Overall apartment is maintained in good condition by the owner but the community surrounding is normal and needs more upgrade to light up the community and path to apartment.

The condo was great. Getting into the condo and checking in was extremely easy. It was very clean, which I greatly appreciated. The queen bed in the master bedroom was lower to the ground than I was expecting, but I didn’t mind. My only complaint is there weren’t any wash cloths in the condo. We ended up going to Walmart and purchasing a cheap $3 pack of them. Other than that, everything was great and we would book again.

Some hiccups with keycards and wifi - but the property manager remedied it very quickly. Would be nice if at least some paper towels or napkins were provided, but I understand. The stay was comfortable and very convenient. Really enjoyed the pool and comfortable beds. Wish there had been fans - but was pleased with my stay and will consider this for future stays in Florida.

The condo was nice and we had a good stay. I would add wash cloths to the towel selection. Also, the thermostat was hard to regulate. The single beds were quite short for our 6 foot length. The area had great access to the golf courses. We were 5 minutes from Champions Gate. Overall, it was very nice and I would rent it again.

Beautiful place
My family and I really enjoy this place, it was close to everything (food, parks, shopping places….) my kids really enjoy the pool. Will recomend this place to everyone, communication with owner and property manager was perfect. Place was clean and very comfortable.

Thank you for a lovely 14 days vacation in your nice condo. We enjoyed it very much. We absolutely loved to sit on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee, enjoying the “jungje-view”. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms clean and spaceious. The pool was just across the road wich was very convenient. The pool area needed to be updated though. Almost half the sunbeds were broken, the hottub did nok work and the staff would not let us use the pooltowels.
This is NOT the owner of the condo’s fault but management of Tuscana Resort.
Once again, we absolutely loved the condo and the owner Lynn and her husband were very helpful and serviceminded. Thank you!

We booked this rental as we were taking the kids to Disney/Universal for winter break. Let me preface by stating that in general, the property was just fine. However, I feel it is important to point out some things for other travelers looking to book:
1) The area of Champions Gate has all the essentials (gas, grocery, dining), however it is EXTREMELY traffic congested. If you are traveling to the parks note that it will take you 30+ minutes to get to Disney, and upwards of 40 minutes to get to Universal - regardless of the time of day. The interstate (I-4) is congested for no apparent reason, and the exit backs up onto the interstate. We left Univeral one night at 9:30 and it still took 40+ minutes to get home b/c of traffic.
2) The HVAC unit sit right outside of the master bedroom. VERY loud.
3) If you are staying more than a day or 2 make sure you bring essentials. When the booking states they give you a starter set of essentials, you get the very bare minimum. No paper towels, a tiny (and I mean tiny) bar of hand soap for the bathrooms, no hand soap in the kitchen, and no laundry detergent which is problematic since they request you start the laundry prior to your departure.
4) As another traveler mentioned, there is not enough towels for a family of 4. Be prepared to wash during your stay or bring your own.
5) The lock on the front door is very hard to open. It got to be quite frustrating. We had issues with the security lock and required assistance, i.e. the security lock got engaged while we were outside of the unit and could not get back in. The maintenance folks were fantastic as was Karen (the property manager).

We are familiar with this area of Champions Gate. The condo worked very well for my husband and I. It was about 25 minutes from downtown Disney without traffic. If you are traveling with more than 2 people, just bring extra towels.

I absolutely loved staying here. The place was so spacious and had most of everything I need. It would have been nice to been given some laundry detergent since we have to do laundry before we leave.
Also, the lockbox is terrible. I couldn’t get it open for about 45 minutes. I was by myself, starving, tired and just wanted to get inside after a terribly long day of traveling. The lockbox was really hard to open.
Other than the lockbox, I had a wonderful stay! I would definitely stay here again!
