Nothing honestly.
The smoking, the fighting in the rooms/hallways, no hot water, toilet leaking, and lack of ability for the safety of other guests.

Location. Close to purpose of travel.
Not very clean outside; property was not well maintained; breakfast was very very limited and the last day they only served slices of white bread (ran out of budget?); towels weren’t really white and sometimes did not have all the required for the room; didn’t like the appearance of some guests.

There was so much needed to be fixed and cleaned! Phone did not work i’m room, so I had to go downstairs to speak to the front desk. We had an late arrival after having issues with their system timing out and charging me, I had to pay cash Went to room and to my complete surprise no sheets on bed, so I had to go back and get bedding. Get my child settled go shower and lights are flickering and shower water coming out of shower. I reported it to the young lady next morning and still no one came to look or give opinion. Saturday we left around 12 I asked for fresh towels to be put in the room since house keepers had not came. We left spouse forgot yo take his meds, we go back to our shocked the young man checked us out the room and then my husband said no fresh towels we don’t leave until Monday. I can’t make this up I was very much unhappy with this place.

Needs better breakfast. And my room could've used a microwave and hair dryer.

Staff friendly & accommodating. The location is good. Price reasonable.
First floor under construction but not mentioned when requested first floor. Coffee was the absolute worst I've ever had (in room & at breakfast).

The location was perfect for what we were in town for. It is right off the interstate and easy to access all the spots on out list to visit!
Really the only con was there was some construction due to remodeling which made things a little messy in the common areas. But remodels are necessary and it in no way would prevent us from staying again.

I didn't like that fact that I was charged for a king suite, but there was NO COUCH in the room. There was a drop of blood on the blanket that was noticed after packing up to.. The spot looks very similar to when a person has been bitten by a bed bug. The elevator DID NOT work, so I had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs with my belongings. Apparently, the place was under renovation because none of the facilities were open, i.e., the laundry room. All in all, this place was a complete rip-off. If your hotel is being renovated, why are we as the customer continuing to pay full price for a hotel that doesn't even half of the amenities being advertised. This was the worst hotel stay I have EVER experienced.

Laundry and Lift were not working. Still they gave room at higher floors.
Breakfast was not good. No basic things like Bread. They just say it's finished. Careless attitude towards clients.

The comfort of the rooms. The people that worked the front desk, breakfast area, and housekeeping were very helpful and friendly.
Variety of breakfast choices

The building is under construction, trash everywhere on the premises, and the customer service is lacking. I left an item there and it's hell getting any info from them.

It was very close to the interstate.
There was a lot of construction in the lobby. And we found hair on our pillows.
