Excellent facilities! Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Great restaurant and bar area too. Outdoor fire pits were great too! This place never disappoints!

We did not have breakfast. This hotel is a testament to how good Hilton Hotels should be! We loved everything about it and wish we could have stayed longer. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern, carpet clean, everything was great.
More tv stations would have been a bonus.

The room was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. It was in a convenient location.
The a/c didn't cool very well. We like a cool room at around 63 to sleep in. The air only got down to 67 and it wasn't even a hot day. The air is also very loud and whistling coming out of the vent. The shower only has a half glass wall no door or curtain so water gets out on the floor making it slippery. Even using the provided typical cloth mat it got on the tile floor.There needs to be an overhead light in the bedroom. The small bedside reader lamps and desk lamps are not bright enough. The satellite service is very glitchy. The breakfast is expensive for what it is, especially given the price you pay for the room.

Everything was very clean and nice looking and organized. Had an amazing weekend there were just 3 or 4 things that I didn’t like but overall it’s an amazing place and I will definitely be going back
I only had a few issues while I was there and they weren’t huge issues but just small little things that could’ve been done better. 1.there was a pair of dirty socks in my room when I got there , I opened the tv stand and it stunk because of it. 2. The blackout curtains in my room worked but not the rest of the options and there was a wire either cut or broken and I could tell that’s why the regular day shades weren’t working . 3. The bathroom fan/vent did not work even tho there was a switch for it.4.out of nowhere my card stopped working for the fitness room but continued to work for everything else. But overall we looked over the small issues didn’t say anything and had an amazing time . Nothing was an inconvenience bug enough to ruin our stay

We’ve been coming to Knoxville for years to see the Lady Vols. we thoroughly enjoyed this trip. The hotel and staff were great. it’s in a great location with easy interstate access to downtown. We’ll be back.

The beds were amazing andi loved the blackout shade. The room and hotel in general were very clean. The hotel was in a great location.
As much as it costs to stay here, a complimentary breakfast would have been nice. It's $14.99 per person so we opted to go down the street to Chick-fil-A instead.
