Little gem

Wasn't expecting such great standards when infront of the building, but you know... don't judge a book by its cover! Steak served in the pub was excellent. Everything great 👍 👌 🙌

Comfortable stay with easy airport reach

The room was nice and functional. The location of Swords was handy as it was close to the airport to catch an early flight. There was good choice of parking on the street (though noting some restrictions and payment during the day which did not affect me as arrived late/left early). Good security with automated access to rooms.

Not a negative as such, but entrance to hotel was a bit of confusing - there is no separate entrance to the hotel - its at the back of a pub, and I checked in at the bar - just something to be aware of.

An excellent alternative to the main hotel chains. You won't be disappoint if you stay at the Forty

Room was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and very little noise from the street outside. Bar food was very tasty, with a decent choice on the menu. Staff are friendly and efficient. Good atmosphere in the bar. A very pleasant stay.

Room could have done with a bedside locker. Parking is not on-site, but in a public car-park across the road.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and tidied up nicely. This may be a 3-star hotel but I rated it as 4 because the staff were nice. There is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor which is pretty cool and convenient. They serve hot meals all the time. In terms of location I rated it as 4 instead of 3 because even though it is far from the city center (Dublin), 20-30 min by private vehicle, or 30-45 min by bus depending on peak times of passengers, the bus station is just located close to your doorstep.

They gave us fresh towels daily except on weekends when the housekeeping didn't come. I address the issue and they also sent us fresh towels later.

Really great overall. I had also checked reviews before booking.

Staff were brilliant really helpful. The food was excellent ( we ate in the evening). The staff were happy to book a taxi for us and provided fresh milk for us to make tea. Would stay again 👍

Only one card for the room not sure why.

Fantastic place!

Very clean, room was fantastic. Great location for Dublin airport.

Everything fab!!! If I had any suggestions it would be a small stool or chair in the room in case you need to eat at the counter.

Perfect convenient location for overnight stay before early flight from Dublin Airport Really nice bar downstairs with great music, yet room was quiet for sleeping And lovely helpful staff :))))

Location proximity from the airport about €13 by uber. Staff were very friendly Rooms clean and updated

Ventilation wasn't the best if u open the windows u are swamped by the smoking guest below in the pub and the room gets the smoker smell ASAP and it really unbearable if u aren't a smoker.
