Maldron Hôtel Dublin

Chambre spacieuse. Lit confortable. Bouilloire à disposition avec des petites collations. Branchement USB près du lit, parfait lorsque vous n'avez pas la prise adaptateur. Petit déjeuner au top. Plein de prospectus à disposition.

Devoir payer pour le parking. L'emplacement, route passante, ne pas prendre une chambre avec vue sur la route.

materassi usurati e scomodi, bagni con accessori rotti, pulizia carente. Una cosa sgradevole è stata essere in 3 in camera, ma avere solo 2 asciugamani per la doccia, 2 bicchieri e 2 tazze per il caffè

The staff were very great. Carol in the restaurant was so helpful. Definitely will stay there again.

Location was great. Staff were excellent.

The water in the bath didn’t drain very well.

Nice stay with facilities. Not good value for money. Extortion on the car park fee!

Disappointed with room service and cleanliness

Location suitable for me

Very disappointed with the lack of room cleanliness. We were a family of 4, we were staying for 10 days but the room was cleaned only once after multiple requests were made. The bathroom extractor did not work at all, which as you can expect made the bathroom and room very smelly, and the mirror foggy most of the time. We reported the bathroom 4-5 times, maintinance staff looked at it and said that they will come back in 2 minutes but never returned. This was reported again but nothing happened The reception staff responce to our request was quick in terms of registering our complaint but not any further The room cleaning and refreshing was very slow or lacking, again we had to ask multiple times but never got the full jub done, eg, either tge bin was not cleared or tea bags were not supplied or the towels/toilet rolls were not replaced. A few times we just picked up the toilet roll from service trolley ourself We have stayed in this hotel previously as well and it was good then but quite disappointing this time. We flelt that the domestic staff and maintinance staff were not upto their expected standard. Hotel really needs to work hard in these two areas

We were charged €10 to park our car at the hotel overnight. Also there was such a soulless atmosphere at the hotel. It felt like a refugee camp and I was happy to leave.

Was in one of the newer rooms and it was good, nothing fancy but met our expectations. The pillow was a lumpy but other than that no complaints. Staff were very nice.

location to downtown Dublin by bus is 45 min. shower always let water on foot because a ledge right beside the tub, so water seeped onto the floor making it a 1/3 wet

Superb

We stayed in a family room with 3 children. There was plenty of beds and space for a cot without feeling cramped in the room. We all had a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice.

Definitely will be back

Dinner was beautiful, portions were massive and price was very good for what you get. Rooms were big and spacious and room temperature was perfect. I loved the outside seating area as was great to sit out with few cocktails while kids ran around playing.

Everything, excellent hotel

New parking charges, seem a bit of a rip-off, really. We were exempt as booked before they applied so didn't affect my hotel rating.

Good location but.......

Good location. Easy parking at the moment. Good breakfast. Good collection of information for a tourist.

Paid for breakfast on check in but not included on the following morning, had to go back to the reception to sort it. The room was reserved for three people but the facilities except beds were only for two. Had to ask for more towels, cups etc. No drinking water in the room The bath was partially blocked with very slow drainage. There was a creeping insect in the bathroom. Bed cushions were not very clean (Unpleasant smell) Some staff were friendly but others didn't have a smile at all.
