Great location within walking distance of the shopping mall Siam Paragon. Fair price.
When I arrived and after entering a code to access the building and another code to access the room keycard, the room door requested another code which I didn’t have. Hotline by phone and by LINE did not answer for 30 minutes so I was sitting in the lobby trying to reach someone until finally someone spoke to my via a webcam and gave me the final code to open the door. Bit like an adventure game…
The room was very noisy due to outside traffic. The earplugs in the room did help.

I really enjoyed my stay here and think it’s a great way to enjoy Bangkok. Nice location, and warm service. Location is very good.

Friendly lady on the reception telephone service. 3 free small bottles of water in fridge.
Dirty bathroom, dirty curtain, cupboards doors do not shut, room not properly cleaned. Noisy room from main road and BTS line until late night. One side of double bed sagged and was probably broken. Paintwork was shabby and dirty in places. Parking was very difficult as confined space and busy with a few other cars.

Location wise its about 5-10mins from MBK centre, Siam Discovery. During the day there are stalls outside that sell food which really boom during the night, and there is a 7-11 a few minutes walk from there too. The station is fairly close by as well.
As mentioned this place is self service, everything from check in, check out, leaving luggage in storage is all self handled. I wouldn't mind that if the storage place was secured but they just tell you to leave it at the reception and take a photo to send to them.
Check in is via a phone call to a local number or communicate with them via line. I'm certain only a few countries use line, so this is one of the worst forms of social media they could use to communicate. They could have sent me all the details for checking in during the day before I arrived but they didn't until I messaged on Line. They do respond immediately though which I appreciate.
The place is eerily quiet, probably not many customers around, and then outside is very noisy since the location is by a high way. Make sure to bring earplugs.
In terms of the room, it was pretty clean contrary to what others said. I only had an issue with a stain on the bed which I can tolerate. Shower and toilet drains weren't the best so water did flow very slowly. The bed frame was super sharp and I scraped my leg on it.
All in all I would not come back, for the price tag you can definitely get much better elsewhere.

Location is near to all the major shopping centres. Not far to walk to MBK and from there Siam Discovery all the way to Central World
Wish the washroom is a little bigger and has ventilation

Awful smell of tobacco smoke in the room. Absolutely contactless staff, totally ignoring you. Very loud street under and rumbling subway above.
5.0
Clean. Microwave, utensils, water filling available.
No staff seen during entire stay (expect once).
Too many (high) steps everywhere. In room, in toilet, outside room (that were not lit well causing us to trip and get hurt).
Guests flights can be at odd times so there should be someone on site to help with luggage during checkin and checkout. We had to carry all our luggage up and down the stairs (no elevator).
Rain shower did not work.
We were not informed of the self-service system prior to booking. This may be something some guests like but we would have liked someone to chat and get help from on site.
No breakfast included. Yes, this is stated on the hotel page but for quite an expensive room, this should be available.

the property was pathetic to state the the least. the rooms were extremely bad looking. dirty sheets. no toiletries. makeshift washbasin in the room. there was nobody at the reception to meet us or for us to go complain too. scam!
we were charged for breakfast but there was no breakfast available at the property.
the extra bed was a small mat like cushion of 4feet height. couldn’t sleep in it.

Much much bigger than all the hotels around this area.
Great location.
Very close to MRT

The location is the best part of this listing. The staff were also good.
Room smelled of cigarette smoke. I had trouble calling the property as the number provided was "blocked". When i did get through to someone via Line, they were more than willing to offer me a different room.
There were stains on the settee near the window. Cobwebs in the bathroom. The photos were deceiving in my opinion.

The smart TV was huge had Netflix and Youtube. But we could not use it because the laguage was in Thai only and I could not switch the settings back to English.

location is great, one stop from Siam. Close to shops and cafes.
Super easy as we have a dog and was really easy to sleep in the room with the dog.
Easy to communicate with owners
Some noise from other guests on the one night, drinking downstairs but can't be helped from the owners side.
