This modern, fully equipped and fully air conditioned, apartment has had its latest upgrade in January 2021. It is perfectly designed to help you have an ideal relaxing holiday in one of the best areas in Malta. The key feature of this large apartment is it's four large bedrooms, three of which having an en suite shower, with the fourth bedroom having an interconnected fifth bedroom thus making it a comfortable holiday for up to eleven guests all sleeping on comfortable beds. The apartment features a large living area now equipped with a brand new two plus three seater sofa, a large Philips 65 inch 4K Ultra HD LED TV, free cable TV connection with multiple channels and free WiFi. The large kitchen and dining area continues to makes this apartment a perfect holiday home. The new Veneta Cucine Kitchen features a breakfast table and for the coffee lovers we now provided one of the latest Nespresso Coffee machines. Three small open balconies compliment this property all with side views of the promenade and sea. This Luxury 200 sq. m apartment is situated in Malta's hottest spot, Sliema. Seconds away from Sliema's beaches where one can find a variety of water sports and a few minutes away from a large numbers of bars, restaurants and cafes. Also within a walking distance is Malta's busiest shopping centre where one can find the world's leading brands. This apartment is only a walk away from Malta's hottest night spot, Paceville. This space is also kids friendly, with two parks metres away. One can also enjoy a walk on Malta's longest and most beautiful promenade. Sadly, disappointing. Firstly no balcony like the listing initially showed. It showed a family around a big table on a balcony. Nothing. The pillows were badly stained, well and truly over it's use by date. the bedrooms were very outdated and old fashioned. the single beds in one room were broken and we had to fix them. The mattresses were ready for the bin, wiyh thin toppers also overdue for replacement. 10 people stayed and only 1 teaspoon in the draw. Unacceptable. for the $excessive amount we paid for 9 nights was extremely expensive. I could say more, but no point. I cannot recommend this place.

The property was well located. It was on the 5th floor which was fine until the elevator broke, not the fault of the property manager. It did take 3 days to fix but it got fixed.

We got to the apartment after midnight and we had a series of unfortunate events after we checked in to the apartment. First, the power went out and i had to call Andre in the middle of the night (i really hated doing but necessary) to ask where the main power switch is. Thank God he answered and we got the power back on. Then we found broken glass, a lamp with exposed wires, a shower head with black mold, another shower doesn’t drain. Also, one of the beds was broken and my girlfriend fell and hurt herself when the bed collapsed when she sat down. I addressed all the issues with Andre the next day and he was responsive in getting a handyman and plumber to fix the issues we identified. The bed was fixed, the lamp wire replaced, the shower head cleaned, and the shower drain fixed. We made the best of it and we enjoyed using the kitchen to cook breakfast. The place was spacious for all 7 of us. It was a really great location in Sliema. Closed to the beach.

Everything about this apartment was amazing! Location, comfort, accessibility, garage for parking. Andre was always on hand to answer messages and was prompt at managing our requests. We were a big family of 11 and the apartment was everything that it said it would be. The perfect place for a big family.

Great Property
The property is very well situated close to the waterfront with lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by.
The four bedrooms and bathrooms are well fitted out and very comfortable. The kitchen is fairly new with all the appliances you could wish for.
On the down side, there are a few small issues with the finish of the apartment but nothing that could not be easily fixed.
There is a double garage which is ideal as on street parking is very limited.
Andre could not have been more helpful, thank you so much. I would definitely book this apartment again.

Wonderful family home
Andre was a very attentive and helpful host. Our only disappointment was the noise level due to the week long road works on the road below which began at 7:30am each morning including weekends. It also prevented us using the 2-car garage which was a massive inconvenience. But overall would recommend this apartment for large families. Great location also.

A wonderful experience
The place was massive with ample space for a family of 9. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The host helped us in all we needed and was very helpful in helping us plan our holiday. Thanks to the four bathrooms in the apartment we managed to all get ready on time before going up. I highly recommend this apartment.

A large modern comfortable apartment
We booked this apartment for the second time after our first exoerience here in 2014. We were impressed with the refurbishment. Four bedrooms one of which had 4 beds. Four bathrooms and ample space. Andre was very helpful with all our needs. This apartment has modern furniture and beautiful well equipped bathrooms. The kitchen is impressive. Hope to be back in Malta soon and stay in this apartment.

Based on pictures and previous reviews, my friends and I rented this apartment even though it was the most expensive one we looked at. That is not what we found! Everything pictured was very old and worn or falling apart: holes in the walls with wires protruding, bathroom showers had black mould and did not drain so that water overflowed the tray, drapes and blinds which were hanging off the hooks in living room and bedrooms, hid dirty windows, refrigerator was dirty and freezer had remnants from previous tenant, clothes dryer had hair hanging and water had not been removed from condenser, dishwasher did not work, tabletops had to be cleaned before use, layer of dust on everything, dirty mops and a bag of rocks were in a corner of the unit near the laundry section, ironing board cover had a huge burn hole. Many basic amenities listed on website were not in the apartment. Andre gave us a cursory tour of the apartment, but neglected to tell us how the hot water, water pressure, and appliances worked. We had to call him to return with the missing amenities and instructions. On the whole the apartment was very disappointing. However; it is spacious, the air conditioning did work, and it is near to bus transportation but it needs a lot of care.

The apartment was right in the centre of Sliema. A short pleasant walk takes you to St Julien's where there are loads of restaurants and nightlife. The buses are a great way to get around. It's EUR 1.50 to take you anywhere you like. We took the bus in to Valletta for the day which is highly recommended for a visit. It's beautiful. We took the ferry back to Sliema which takes half the time as the bus and a lovely short sail. Andre organised our transfers which was great but beware if there are more than 4 of you the taxi's only take 4. Anymore than that and it's two taxi's and is EUR 20 each taxi. The apartment itself was very spacious and had 4 bathrooms. Two of the ensuites didn't have doors but it was ok as we all had a room each so no-one to bother us. I was a little disappointed on arrival as we had to wait about an hour before we could get in to the apartment as the cleaner hadn't left the key where it was supposed to be. We waited across the road on the beach and had some lunch and a drink in the sun so we were happy enough. When we did get in there were dishes still lying on the draining board and the beds were untidily made so they are the only small things to mention but won't take away from the 5 star rating I'm giving.. Andre provided beach towels so you can keep your luggage weight to a minimum. Our stay was superb and the apartment was great and in the best location. I would have no hesitation on recommending this apartment to a group of friends or families.

Lovely large spacious apartment
The apartment is lovely, big, spacious & well equipped. Very close to the seafront, bars & restaurants & transport links. Only one downside is that 2 of the en suite bathrooms have no doors but this would not stop me from booking again. Andre (the owner) was there to greet us & is extremely helpful. Even gives his mobile number to contact him if you have any problems. 5*****

Very spacious and perfectly located
It all started perfectly. Andre organised our transfers. Julian picked us up from arrival and took us straight to the apartment. Andre and Elaine welcomed us at the apartment and explained everything. The apartment is very spacious and the 8 in our group had loads of space. Three TVs, 6 air cons, a wonderful lounge area and 4 bathrooms. Apartment is also right in the Centre of everything. Highly recommended.

Very impressive
Lovely spacious property. Very clean with all the equipment we needed for our stay. Andre was very helpful with information before our arrival and we did not need to bother him again as everything was in order. The location is close to restaurants and bars but also peaceful. Would recommend it for family groups.

Affordable Luxury
The apartment is really spacious and beautifully furnished. The location is ideal for some lovely restaurants, bars and beach clubs, and the ferry to Valletta is an easy stroll. Andre's close attention to our needs was really appreciated and we would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.

Super apartment, great location in Sliema
I highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Sliema. Me and my family + friends were able to fully enjoy a 2 week fantastic stay without climbing on each other, the apartment is indeed spacious and comfy. You'll notice you will have it all around the corner: the Sliema beach, restaurants, shopping, buses, ferry, etc. etc...
In case of any issue (timing, washing machine) Andre and Elaine will solve it quickly and efficiently – super, thanks to the hosts!

Highly Recommend
Andre was fantastic, from the day we arrived to the day we left. He was always quick to respond to emails and always helpful. The apartment is located in a central location, everything is within walking distance. Our group was 12 people, and all of us had enough room without stepping on each others toes. We would stay here again.

Flat in a great location
A great week was had by all. The flat is in a wonderful location for swimming, eating out, and sightseeing. No need for a car as buses and ferries are close at hand. Weather was glorious, hot and sunny for most of the time. Andre was a great help and sorted out our minor needs, always very willing to oblige. I would certainly recommend this property to friends and relatives.

Holiday Apartment i Sliema
We had a wonderful week in Malta. Andre and Elaine met us at the apartment on arrival and were very helpful, even though it was 'Dinner Time' on Mother's Day. The apartment is in a great location, a short walk from all the shops, restaurants, buses, tour boats, etc. There were four of us (all sisters from Canada and the UK) but we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beautifully decorated apartment. As the apartment is centrally located between St Julian's and Sliema, we could eat in either place and there are lots of lovely restaurants around. I can't comment on the cooking facilities as we did NOT do any!!! Thank you to Andre and Elaine for all your help.

Brilliant holiday
We had a brilliant holiday staying in Andre's apartment,
There was 5 of us, my Fiance and me, and my parents and sister.
We stayed for one week and just loved the apartment.
The apartment is actually what you see in the pictures, it is large and spacious,
The next time we come we will bring more people because there is just that much space.
The welcome book is a great idea, answers the usual questions about the locatity
I loved that there was so many facilites, the free internet was so handy for finding you way around.
The kitchen was so well stocked that i was able to cater for our family effortlessly as well as eat out.
The washing machine and tumble dryer was great to help keep as baggage weight low wnough to fill with local crafts.
All the rooms were so spacious, even i couldnt mess them up, :)
The apartments location was also actually that close to the promenade that it is in the picture,
We were so close to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and shopping malls.
We spent many a day just leisurely walking the promenade for miles and miles, it is a very beatuiful area.

Great Find!
This apartment is a great find. The location is fantastic and the apartment is huge! It's much bigger than it looks in the pictures. We had a group of 8 stay (4 couples), and we had plenty of space. Andre, the owner, is extremely responsive and helpful. It was a pleasure working with him.

Great place to stay in hot Malta :)
We came in the middle of July. The apartment is impressive and well maintained with nice design. The location is really good, close to the shops, restaurants and the beach.
You can get everywhere from the nearest bus stop, and almost all buses are air conditioned so the travel is cool and nice.
The beach is rocky, but there are special mini-pools made in the rock, so you can enjoy the waves. If you like to go to all-sandy beach, go to George's Bay or Blue Lagoon or even one hour on the bus trip to Golden Bay on the other side of the island is really worthy the effort.
After every day spent walking and enjoying the island it was great to come back to cool apartment and relax in jacuzzi :) Big 42 inch TV with lots of international channels made it even better.
You have everything you need in the apartment, no need to take bath towels, many of them in the wardrobes. Washing machine and dryer available too. Kitchen is well equipped with a big fridge and freezer.
The owners are very nice and helpful, you can contact Andre about every issue and he is happy and quick to help you.
We would recommend that place to everyone and would come back next time too.
The stay was amazing, we all enjoyed the apartment and the area around.

Perfect location in Sunny Malta
Richmond Court was a very nice place for our holiday. We stayed there for 10 days, 4 adults, 3 children and one baby. The apartment was spacious enough for all of us.
Richmond Court met all our expectations. The description and photos are accurate, even better when you see it. It was very clean, nicely furnished, well equipped and perfectly located and away from noise.
Walking distance to shops in Sliema and Restaurants in St. Julians. Don´t miss The ZEST, Asian restaurant (fusion style) in St. Julians (on my top 5 list in the world).
The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our requests which we appreciate a lot.
I highly recommend this place.
