Czysto, przestronny pokój, szybki internet, balkon (mieliśmy 10 piętro więc był także widok na zatokę z boku), duży wybór dań na śniadania. W cenie pokoju możliwość odbioru z lotniska, co faktycznie zadziałało bezproblemowo. Dobra lokalizacja, obok zatoki i przystanków, blisko restauracje i sklepy. Bardzo uprzejmy personel. W pokoju lodówka i czajnik (czysty, bez żadnego kamienia).
Z minusów podczas śniadania brak prawdziwego masła (jedynie jakiś mix tłuszczowy, na dodatek bardzo słony), a jajecznica chyba jednak z proszku. Jednego dnia zawiesił się telewizor i nie chciał się wyłączyć w nocy, ale trzeba przyznać, że obsługa bardzo szybko zareagowała.

The place was in a good location. Just off the main promenade. The rooms where very spacious, modern and very clean. Only used the air-conditioning a few times and it was quiet. The booking also came with a bonus of a shared swimming pool lido which was on the promenade only 2 minutes walk. It was March when we came so it wasn't too crowded. If i came again to this hotel I would ask for a higher floor and front facing room.
There are rooms all with balconies. We had a rear room and the balcony was overlooking waste land and back of houses. Wasn't a pretty view.
If you were put on the fourth floor like us, from 7 till 1030 you could here the dining area chairs sliding on the floor constantly, so beware of that when booking!
Breakfast could be more varied but it was included in the booking.

Available free heated pool nearby. Breakfast with great choice Close to bus, ferry, shops, restaurant. Staff was really freandly and helpful.
It was noisy every morning - like someone moving furniture. Water was dripping on our head from ceiling right next to spotlight at the toilet. Sometimes there was stong cigarette fume smell coming into our room in morning times.

Zgomotul produs de mobilier pe gresie. Pernele sunt prea subțiri dar ți se oferă încă un rând la cerere. Săpunul lichid, gelul de duș și șamponul de calitate mediocră. La micul dejun unele produse aveau un miros specific de frigider. Micul dejun ar putea fi mai bogat.

Leider ist die Stahlbetondecke für Geräusche von darüber äußerst durchlässig (kein Trampeln) aber häufiges Scheren von Sesseln etc. im darüberliegenden Zimmer (sollte "Reise nach Jerusalem" nicht maltesischer Nationalsport sein, dürfte das aber auch an den Gästen über uns gelegen haben). Die Türen zum Gang könnten ebenso etwas schalldichter sein.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu. Blisko bardzo dużej ilości restauracji oraz przystanku autobusowego. Przepyszne i bogate śniadanie. Bardzo miła obsługa. Niedaleko dostępny podgrzewany basen czynny cały rok za darmo dla gości hotelowych.

Every day perfect cleaning of the rooms.Thanks to Angelica, the lady that was assigned to our room. Big buffet breakfast. Location, location, location store that works until midnight 2 minutes away, ferry to Valetta 5 minutes away, lots of great restaurants near, shopping street 5 minutes away, all in walking distance.
What made our stay different from all the other hotels we stayed in(we travel a lot) and made us feel like we are in a 5* hotel is the staff... I would like to single out Ivan, the receptionist. He welcomed us with a big smile, always listening not too pushy with great advice and ideas. We were two couples, and it was a birthday for my friends wife, Ivan organized a surprise for her in the room. Until now, I've only seen receptionists or managers like this in movies, a true concierge! He helped us with the locations we were visiting. When we needed a ride, he would find us the cheapest option(taxi, bolt, uber,...). One of the ways to repay him is to promise when we come back to Malta is to stay in this hotel where hopefully he would soon be promoted to a managerial position.

Doskonała lokalizacja - bardzo blisko przystanków autobusowych, portu do Valetty (super rozwiązanie!), wypożyczalni samochodów i skuterów (można też wypożyczyć na miejscu), wokół mnóstwo restauracji, pubów, sklepików. Bardzo miła obsługa, czyste pokoje. Jest przechowalnia bagażu. Korzystaliśmy też z transferu lotniskowego - bardzo dobra opcja. Śniadania wystaczające, choć zdecydowanie monotonne. Pokój dwuosobowy w sam raz, duży balkon z bocznym widokiem na morze, TV bez zastrzeżeń, sprzątanie na życzenie, łóżka łączone (tu na minus).
Śniadania - cały czas to samo, niewielki wybór, aczkolwiek w zupełności wystarczy przed wyruszeniem w teren.

+ Morgenmaden var utroligt god! Jeg har rejst mange gange og har sjældent oplevet så god morgenmad. Der er alt fra helt almindeligt pålæg til røræg med bacon og pølser. Mange forskellige slags juice i en automat. Noget, jeg synes, hotellerne ofte glemmer, er ketchup og andre slags dressing - det var der, og der stod flere flasker klar, skulle den åbne blive tom. Alt i alt har vi kun stor ros for, hvor god morgenmaden var. Den var helt perfekt for en god start på dagen.
+ Værelserne var store og med god opbevaringsplads.
+ Der var et køleskab med en lille fryser!
+ Egen altan med ekstra stole.
+ Der var god rengøring.
+ Lækre håndklæder.
+ Der var en ekstra pude, hvis man kan lide at sove på en høj pude - så kunne man stable dem i to.
+ Professionelt og venligt personale.
+ Der var pool med gratis adgang for hotellets gæster.
+ Ligger lige ud til strandvejen.
+ Virkelig god værdi for pengene! Vi synes alt i alt, at det var et meget godt hotel. De negative punkter i anmeldelsen er ikke noget, vi er meget utilfredse over, men blot noget, vi ikke så godt kunne lide.
- Der var alt for lydt til vores smag. Lydisolationen kunne godt have været bedre. Der var ikke voldsomt højlydt, men vi kunne godt høre naboerne nogenlunde tydeligt, hvis de snakkede. Døren til værelset isolerede heller ikke så godt for lyden. Man kunne høre folk gå, snakke og smække med døre ude på gangen. Vi ved også godt, at man ikke får 5-stjernet komfort for prisen af et 3-stjernet ophold, så hotellet får alligevel 9/10 herfra :)

Чудовий, професійний та доброзичливий персонал. Допомога при ранньому заселені (до 14.00): можна дочекатися визначеного часу у поруч розташованому ресторанному комплексі з басейном або пройтися узбережжям і отримати перші враження від містечка. Прибирання номеру - це окрема філософія: щодня пані Niemete з командою робили наш відпочинок ще приємнішим, залишаючи після прибирання якісь фішечки, як то маленькі штучні трояндочки на ліжку, або викладене у вигляді серця звичайне полотенце, тощо. Особлива подяка їй, іншим дівчатам покоївкам 10 поверху! Сніданки просто неймовірні: широкий вибір страв, напоїв, солодощів. Персонал просто літав, обслуговуючи доволі велику кількість людей. Сервіс таксі Болт працює безвідмовно. Сподобалося все і особливо ціна номеру та якість обслуговування.

Lokalizacja hotelu, bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Malty, przystanki autobusowe w każdym kierunku Malty zaraz za rogiem, sporą ilość knajpek ,restauracji, sklepów tuż obok, przesympatyczna obsługa życzliwa i uśmiechnięta każdego dnia, bardzo czyste pokoje na życzenie codziennie sprzątane, smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania, dostęp do kompleksu basenowego Aqualuna, na życzenie otrzymaliśmy pokój po stronie z balkonami i bocznym widokiem na zatokę.

Beds are confortable, we had a great breakfast. Location is fine, there a lot of bars nearby. We also loved the idea of the pool, even You have to walk like 100 meters, but it was fine.
Sometimes we didn't understand how their staff are working, after the cleaning room, we found door left open, other time we asked extra blanket, we received it after one hour at 23:00 o'clock while we were sleeping.

Great location, very helpful and pleasant staff, good breakfast, cleaning every day. We didn't use the pool in Aqualuna, but if we had more time, we would gladly go there too, because it have a beautiful view. Also thanks for receptionist Milena for a recommendations in Malta. And thank you guys for a birthday greetings! It was so nice of you!

Everything was perfect! The room was clean, the breakfast was great, the location was also convenient as there is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a ferry that is 10min of walking to get to.
The pool (which is across the street and included in the price) was a little cold for us, so no one swam for long.

I loved the room, it was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It was my second time in the hotel and I returned since the first stay was very pleasant.

La colazione non molto ricca e poca parte dolce con le macchinette del caffe e dei succhi di frutta che spesso facevano uscire solo acqua e e succhi molto annacquati.

Die Lage ist relativ zentral und die Anbindung gut. Es gibt Bushaltestellen, kleine Getränkeshops, viele Restaurants (unterschiedliche Küchen) und Bars in der Nähe. Die Möglichkeit der Poolnutzung im Winter. Die Rezeptionisten waren stets freundlich und bemüht.
Leider war das bewohnte Zimmer hellhörig. (Typische Geräusche die man aus den anderen Zimmern hören konnte, war das Geschiebe von Betten und Stühlen) Die Betten haben etwas muffig gerochen und sind sehr leicht auseinander gegangen, nachdem sie als Doppelbett zusammen geschoben wurden.
Zusätzlich gab es zwei unangenehme Situationen, als Angestellte unangekündigt in das Zimmer kamen (bei der ersten Situation wegen Handtücher, die zweite Situation wurde leider nicht aufgeklärt). Die Türverrieglung hat nichts gebracht.
Das Frühstück war zu eintönig.

The location was good, with easy access to Valletta by ferry. Staff were also very kind and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious and bright.
The double bed was made up of two single mattresses pushed together, which didn't make for great comfort. There were also just two pillows left on the bed. Toiletries provided were minimal. Breakfast was disappointing.

Отвратительное обслуживание. Платная парковка которую, оказывается нужно было бронировать заранее за 12 евро. Мы сколько путешествуем, но такой дичи я еще не видал. Что бы гость отеля еще и оплачивал паркинг за 12 евро, который заблаговременно нужно еще и бронировать. Номер бронировал с большой кроватью. Дали номер с двумя маленькими и сказали что пока так других номеров нет. Вид с номера не на город а на свалку или стройку, страшно было даже штору открывать. Матрасы просто ужас такое чувство что на них поспало около 10000000 человек. Халата в номере нет. Тапочек нет. Даже бутылки простой воды нет. Даже платной нет.
