Good

Breakfast was good!

The mattress was really bad but we asked to change so that was good after the first night. Also the shower drain was blocked and full of hair which should be taken care of more.

Well located, close to the main transport stations, helpful staff

The property is located on a secondary street, but quite close to the main public transport stations (ferry, bus). The employees were helpful every time. We stayed in a room with a balcony that was facing an interior shaft, so it was not exposed to the street noise. The breakfast was good, every day they had some small variation on their breakfast offer.

Although the room was not exposed to the street noise, the walls were very thin and when the neighbour’s door would close at 2am, the walls were shaking. So, each night we would wake up when the neighbor would arrive in his room. We were missing a way to hang our clothes to dry on the balcony.

Pleasant stay, excellent customer service, value for money

The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. I arrived early and they accommodated me to check in an hour earlier and also to keep my luggage for a few hours after check-out time.. excellent customer care..Would highly recommend and come back..

The location is great, also the breakfast.

The most unkind person was at the receptorom the night we arrived. Also, we found pieces of glass on the carpet, so the Room wasnt very clean.

Scadente . Si può migliorare cambiando i materassi ed aggiungendo il bidet

La posizione centrale .

Il materasso è a molle ed è molto scomodo . Anche i cuscini non andavo bene . In bagno manca il bidet e il soffione della doccia è ad altezza pigmei . Inoltre i davanzali delle finestre non vengono puliti da mesi ( vedi foto ) . A colazione , a parte dei piccoli cornetti , non c’è nessuna altra scelta di dolce .

Localização super central, com autocarros para vários pontos estratégicos e o ferry a 100 metros. Perto de tudo em Sliema. Boa relação qualidade-preço. Funcionários atenciosos. Pequeno almoço muito bom e instalações amplas. Nota máxima.

O quarto tinha só uma janela, que estava demasiado alta, mas nada de relevante.

Ottimo hotel

Piccolo hotel molto carino e nuovo. La stanza era ampia, pulita e ben curata. Colazione varia sia per quanto riguarda il dolce sia per il salato. La posizione è ottima. Assolutamente consigliato.

I cuscini troppo bassi(almeno per me). Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Overall are stay was nice and comfortable. We definitely recommend!!!

We liked the location near the center and the bus and ferry stations are just walking distance. There are many restaurants and bars around. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many choices.Clean and large rooms, towels are changed and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The staff are nice and helpful.

The hairdryer didn’t work in my children’s room

Πολύ καλό με ποικιλία και επίσης πάρα πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για να ξεναγήθεις στο νησί. Δίπλα στο τέρμα λεωφορείων και στα ferry. Πολύ καλή σχέση τιμής με το δωματιο

Υπάλληλοι χωρίς εμπειρία με αποτέλεσμα να γίνονται πολλά λάθη . Στο κομμάτι της καθαριότητας τα πράγματα γίνονται μηχανικά με αποτέλεσμα να μην γίνεται ουσιαστική δουλειά. Κακή επικοινωνία του προσωπικού μεταξύ τους

Great location, nice rooms and ok staff, but many small things not wonderful.

Amazing location (less than 5 minute walk to the ferry to Valletta. Best way to "stay in Valletta" if you have a car (as we did), since trying to drive or park in Valletta would have been crazy (and the rental company would have ended up charging us more, even though we didn't know till we arrived). Room was comfortable with good workspace. Generally really nice rooms. Good overall place and I would be open to staying there again.

Lot's of small things. Space ran out but here's a start: I was traveling with my adult son and we requested separate beds. They put us into a room with just one bed. I let them know and they said they would "compromise" by letting us switch the next day (despite acknowledging it was their mistake). Next day moved us to a new room with two single beds that were completely pushed together so no difference except a line between mattresses and a smaller overall sleeping space. Probably a covid requirement, but the breakfasts were just weird. Buffet style buy you had to have an individual employee get everything for you rather than getting it ourself, so wait in line, then walk with a person who is stressed out getting multiple requests from different people while you ask for toast, then butter, then drink, then ask again for whatever they forgot, everything right there and easy to access yourself but you're not allowed. We rarely got more than what we first asked for even if we would have because it would have been too much hassle. Plastic disposable gloves with self service would have been a much better option. First person working there was very nice but also unprofessional. Had his facemask down over his nose the entire time during serving everyone for breakfast. I didn't know we weren't allowed to serve ourselves during the first breakfast and I picked up a plate and started going through the buffet line and he said they had to do it. I said, Okay, but I just had my hands all over the plate and I handed it to him thinking he'd put it in a dirty dish pile or something but instead he took it and proceeded to serve another person with it in front of both of us, completely defeating any purpose the whole system might have had. The coffee machine was broken and he swore about it pretty loud right in front of my teenage son.

Lovely clean basic bed and breakfast property close to ferries and buses, so perfect for sightseeing

Breakfast was good. Plenty to eat, both hot and cold. Lovely Americano coffee too. The hotel is in a side road just a few minutes from the Sliema/Valetta ferries. Lots of restaurants and bars within 5 min walking.

The hotel is small without much in the way of comfortable public rooms. Although the hotel itself was nice and clean, unfortunately the surrounding streets are very dirty and in need of some maintenance.

Avrei gradito che la prenotazione si fosse riferita direttamente a Lady Todd, no scoprirlo solo dopo aver completato la prenotazione x MrTodd con email dalla struttura perché prenotazione x camera standard. Poi niente da eccepire x la camera riservata in Lady Todd, perfetta ,è solo una questione di chiarezza x i clienti Booking

Everything was renovated and nice . The staff was pleasant. The bed was noisy and wasn’t a double bed ..the location was nearly to many attractions .

Disappointing

Good breakfast, friendly staff, practical location.

Worn out soft and wonky mattress with mold on the walls and accompanying odour - would we go again? No! Value for money? Marginal!

The reception lady can be more welcoming, but it's fine, not a big deal.

The location was good, close to the bay. The bathroom was big and nice.

The staff initially said they do not take AMEX, but they actually can take it. The beds weren't that comfortable and the floors weren't cleaned thoroughly.

Would not recommend to anybody

The coffee was good and location was also pretty good.

Unprofessionel and unfriendly staff. A lot of noise from the street and the area, which made it hard to sleep because the windows were not closing tightly. We changed room after two nights, to a room facing the yard, but were still woken up by construction work at 7 am. Breakfast didn't have enough healthy options and hot dishes like egg and bacon look unappetizing. Beds were very uncomfortable, because you could feel the springs in the madras.

Good location - close to the bus stop and ferry, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.

The wall is very thin, the bed was very uncomfortable, mattress a little bit soft for my taste.

great pleasant hotel in Sliema

very pleasant comfortable room in Mrs Todd. Perfect location in Sliema: ferry to Valletta and bus stop at 3min walking distance from the hotel. Very friendly and nice staff at the reception and for breakfast. A special thanks to Mr ´Baker’ who is doing a wonderful job for breakfast, always with a big smile!
