I came and find the master bedroom wodden floor broken and laying beside the bed with mold so i couldn't use the master bedroom, the toilet cold water sink not working the washing machine not working, there is also ants in the apartment. I have even charged for 220 cleaning fees and they did not come to clean, they told me this is to clean the apartment after I move out. They even told me to take the garbage out when I leave and its not covered in the fees. And also after I left they deducted 60 euro for cleaning from my deposit, with the excuse that I have changed the places of the things in the apartment and that they spend sometime putting things in place.( because I slept in another room because of the broken floor in master that have mold I changed the pillow place ). Unfortunately I paid for a 3 bedroom apartment and used only 2. And on top of that they deducted from my deposit without a proper justification.

Everything, very good apartment, clean with a good location, recommended for families.

There is no parking around the area, difficult to find one, even so, you gonna get a find, I couldn't stop in front of the door to download the baggage or to take them. They found also something broken in the kitchen which I don't remember, and I didn't know about it, you can't even recognise it, very small, and I don't think it is my fault, it was already like that, they didn't return my deposit which was 300 euro, too much.

Clean, very good furniture, bathroom where amazing, great kitchen, great location, big rooms and living area, Gabriel de host was great also
