The staff were good and approachable.

I like the location because its near old Jerusalem. You don't need to travel far. And of course the free breakfast was good.

Comfy beds, clean rooms and helpful staff. Located near shops, market and forex.

My room was very spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Great location near currency exchange, shops and market.

The breakfast was nice and the staff was very kind. However, what I liked the most was the location—just a few minutes away from the Herod Gate and markets nearby.

Very clean, good shower and cool staff members.

A lot of noise. My room was side by side with the elevator and also with the main street. It was hard to sleep when you got all noise from the street and from the elevator as well.

Central hotel near Damascus Gate, friendly staff, rooms were cleaning daily

The hotel itself is ok. It’s great if you just use your hotel to sleep and take a shower. The location was amazing. The staff was nice and friendly.

The cleanliness could be better. Dust was found in some locations in the room.

Superb

The place is excellent!! Accessible in Damascus gate, the Harold gate is just a few steps, inside you can find the via dolorosa,also the tomb, the real and the fabricated one is there!! In Damascus gate you find the holy sepulchre!! But you can find the holy sepulchre in all gates but for me Damascus is easy! Also the bus going to the western wall is very near to Rivoli! Also Solomon cave is very near!! I highly recommend Rivoli to everyone!!Its not very modern but I slept well there! I choose this because all are accessible!!!

Wonderfull hotel at old town

Rivoli hotel is located in the hart of old town Jerusalem, rooms are clean and comfort.Breakfast was tasty and delicious.Stuff were kind and helpfull.Beds were comfy, wifi worked perfect.I recommend this hotel

Excellent location at a very reasonable price, difficult to find something better in Jerusalem.

If you need to be in Jerusalem close to the Old City, this hotel offers you one of the best possible deals, being a few minutes away from Damascus gate at a very reasonable price. Keeping your expectations aligned with what you are paying for, and generally keeping in mind how expensive the city is, Rivoli is a no-nonsense place that should be more than able to meet your needs during your stay in Jerusalem.

Location location location

Location and very helpful staff. Centrally located just steps away from Harod’s Gate and Damascuss Gate is nearby. All religious landmarks and places are walking distance. You can go wrong if your main purpose is to stay outside. A bit noisy sometimes at night due to its location. Abu Tariq and another gentleman (Don’t know his name) were very helpful. Old no nonsense hotel. Tea/Coffee is available 24 hrs a day. Considering Jerusalem is expensive, due to it’s very desirable location this one is low cost gem. :-)

the location was the best part but elevator needs to be fixed asap

location was very good and close to masjid al aqsa. staff was attentive and helpful

there was no working elevator and too many stairs especially with big luggage. washroom was very outdated and small. housekeeping did not do a good job either

This locations is a great value. Clean rooms, attentive staff, good food. Very glad we chose to stay here.

The location was great! The staff very attentive. The property was very clean. the breakfast was a healthy and tasty.

The renovations were a minor irritation, and the furnishings slightly out dated, but still very clean and comfortable
