We won’t be back

Fairly close to the airport

Kitchen faucet so loose we thought it would fall off. Bed uncomfortable and hard. So much noise! People on our floor were very loud and there seemed to be many of them

Muchas cosas, nuestra habitación tenía la mesa sucia de comer otros inquilinos,la cocina no tenía útiles,la cama y la almohada eran incómodos,por la mañana temprano era ruidosa porque tiene fábrica al lado de la ventana,y lo peor de todo,algo muy grave que no puede pasar,la limpiadora entró con su llave en nuestra habitación sin avisar con nosotros dentro durmiendo a las 9y30 , quisimos hablar de ello con el director del hotel y en ningún momento nos quisieron pasar con él.

Temperatura de la habitación correcta. Presión de ducha buena. Ventanas aislantes de ruido exterior.

Muchas manchas de humedad en los techos sin arreglar.

Atraco a mano armada para un chuchitril de tres al cuarto.

Estaba en muy malas condiciones, la manilla de la puerta rota, el mueble de la tele el vinilo se estaba callendo. La limpieza de la ducha Horrible solo habia 2 tenedores, 2 cuchillos que no cortaban y una cuchara. Nos tubimos que subir la sarte y una cazuela por que hasta las la persona que tenia que subir esas cosas no estaba. Era lamentable por el precio que pagamos. y lueno nos toco en las habitaciones de al lado una fiesta hasta las tantas. Aun que avisamos a recepción no nos hicieron caso.

Extremely friendly stuff, big size of the apartment,cleaned and the location is great for those who want to stay close to the airport.

1.It’s very weird that there’s the kitchen in the apartment but there’s no equipment for cooking except dishes,plates and cups. So there’re no pans,pots, no dishwashing and kitchen sponges. We’ve surfed through reviews and found out that many people marked it,but still there’s no improvement and any reaction from the property 2. The location of Parking isn’t comfortable,because probably you live in part 1/2 of the suites and the parking is situated on the other side of suites in the part 3/4 and if you have many suitcases and heavy luggage it’s very inconvenient. In addition during our stay there was heavy rain and our car was damaged by some strange liquid from pipes, located on the roof of the parking. But many thanks to stuff: they immediately responded and cleaned everything

Stay was not too bad

What I like most is the cleaning every day of the apartment and good air conditioning as it was a hot summer time

What I did not like was the view of the two bedrooms apartments as it was advertised as pool view. The two bedrooms for 3 adults was just one bedroom room en suite, the other room bathroom and toilet was outside the other room.

Close to the airport, further from the centre, if you want to see more of the area, I recommend rent

I liked that they cleaned and tidied up every day and changed towels if necessary. Very good air conditioning, which we even locked outside, as it cooled the rooms well.

We were disappointed because the apartments have absolutely nothing in the kitchen area, no items to prepare a full meal. I would have liked them to provide this, though, because we are staying for a week and there are not even knives or a cutting board. Also the washing machine buttons can hardly be turned on, there is nowhere to dry the laundry.

Very good

Two rooms with plenty of space to roam around. Bus transportation nearby was great. I was able to buy breakfast food at the nearby Aldi store.

The bathtub needs a handle bar to prevent slip and fall, or at least put something on the bottom to prevent guests from slipping in the shower. You are looking at a potential fatal accident there. I also did not like the noise outside until 1am. That was definitely not expected.

Extremely outdated hotel, offering no shuttle anymore, taxi from Airport to the hotel is charged at EUR26, there is an alternative company outsourced to do the transfer at EUR7 but they take only card and it is difficult to confirm this. Overall the hotel will not see me again. The only plus point is that there is a mall within walking distance to this over priced under delivered place.

Check-in staff was nice

We received a few message from the hotel that has an airport shuttle that will pick us up at T1 to make a call when we arrive. We were from T4 to T1 and called several times, and answered “We stop the service. “ We even received a message the day before we arrived in Madrid, I texted back what time we will arrive. No one mentioned that the service was discontinued. Booking should upgrade the information. So we don't need to go too far away to here. instead to stay in the city center.

Miles away from city & not even a kettle in empty kitchen!

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were handy

Hotel located far from city requiring several buses to reach city. Hotel surrounded by factories & few restaurants nearby. Pool appears to be fine but was closed. Is advertised as self contained- it has a kitchen but no appliances! Not even a kettle. Cupboards had 2 glasses & a few plates.

described as a "suite" - a full kitchen but no utensils or pots/pans. Had to ask at desk and pay for loan of a few items. No coffee maker, no toaster

great, helpful staff, beautiful, spacious apartment, spotless, airy, sell equipped. The hotel's restaurant was quite decent and the staff extremely helpful and friendly

It's a little out of the way, but there is a nearby shopping centre where you can stock up with supplies, or eat at numerous cafes and restaurants

Ok.. not good not bad

It was decent enough. Space was fine. No pans or anything to cook with etc

Didn't get sofa bed was traveling with daughter and had to.sleep on sofa. No pans. Was quite noisy.
