Nice place.

Furnished in very good taste. Attentive and pleasant owners. Marvellous breakfast.

Ten minute walk from the tram terminus, some 2.5 km from city centre. Drab exterior but really nice inside.

Location was not as near as I thought to the city. Public transport is not available after midnight. Taxi fare from Santa Maria Novella STATION is approxamitely 14 EuRO.

Close to regional train station with friendly staff

Room was clean and staff was extremely friendly. Definelty value for money and an excellent choice if you are travelling on a budget. It is walking distance from Firezenze Rifredi Train station which is excellent when travelling from out of town.

The hotel is a little bit out of the main town with only one nearby bus route, limiting your travel options. They also have quite a few rules such as no eating in the rooms etc, which makes it feel like you're a guest in someone's home rather than a free hotel. I'm sure this is no issue for most people, but for us it was a bit frustrating.

Great hosts, superb breakfast and clean rooms. The location was away from the touristy centre but you could reach centre and all of the attractions in 20min by bus. Super quiet neighbourhood, which was nice after being around crowds of people all day. Good pizzeria across the street. Easy to reach from the train station.

Shower water pressure was non existent for warm water. You could take a shower and clean yourself but it was not as nice as you would hope.

Perfect stay

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel! Such a lovely and warm host, the room is modern equipped and absolutly clean. The breakfest was fresh and so good - made and arranged with heart. We and our dog loved to stay here and would definitly recommend the hotel to everybody. Grazie di tutto!

Awesome service. Clean, comfortable well-designed rooms. Nice shower cabin and soft and clean bed. A lot of space in the room. 5 mins of walk from tramway station from where you can get to the Florence center in 15 mins. Breakfast is uncomparable, don't know why it has 3 stars, as it should have atleast 4. Fast Wi-Fi. Really nice place to stay, my recommendation for everybody. The owners were extremely polite and nice. They helped me with all questions I had. Sincere

The breakfast was absolutely lovely, freshly squeezed orange just was a very nice touch! The personnel made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I hope we come back one day and would recommend to everyone!

Superb, friendly, felt like family and home.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, went beyond expectations to make us feel safe and welcome. We did not want to leave here and it was definitely a highlight on our trip. The place was clean,quiet, delicious breakfast. They went out of their way to give us tips and help us with our stay.

Perfect, and over my expectation.

B&B Bruna has everything you want, staff are very friendly and helpful. WiFi was great, I do my job there without any downtime. Breakfast served at terrace with fresh fruits & cookies. Location is very good. Two bus stop #20 & #56 has path to downtown and city center.

Everything was excellent. The room was very clean and tidy. I loved the shower! Breakfast was lovely made and we were asked what kind of warm drink we wanted to have. The staff was super nice and friendly. Very good deal for this price!

Relaxing, clean and accessible accommodations made staying in Florence all the better.

The personnel were welcoming, courteous and very helpful! The room was exactly as advertised, but a huge bonus was the pretty garden and generous breakfast served on lovely china dishes. Expectations for respectful stays are clearly stayed, and so it was quiet and peaceful. There's a bus stop steps out of the door, and the train station is walking a 5-10 walking distance. the personnel even ordered my taxi to the airport when I checked out.

Couldn't be more happy to have booked a night here. The place was great: clean, nice decorated, bright, very cozy, and well located in a really quiet zone. It even smelled good! And the hosts were lovely! The garden was great, and the breakfast perfect. I really appreciated the attention on every detail. If i ever go back to Firenze, will book here for sure. My suggestion: stop searching and book here! You will not regret it :)

The room was spacious, very clean and nice design. Absolutely loved breakfast in small outside garden. The stuff was super friendly. Location is well connected, there is a bus stop just few meters away from the hotel and 5 min walk to tram station. So its about 20min from the centre.

The location was great. 10 minute tram ride in to the centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were lovely, good size and smart. Breakfast was very nice and plenty of it.

The room was really nice Like in the picture. The hotel is lying in a quiet area not far from the tramstop and the railwaystation.The breakfast was wonderfull.The staff were really friendly.We highly recommend this B&B to everyone
