Situated on the ground floor of a building that dates back to 1300, it adds a touch of history to your stay. The proximity to the theater 'La Pergola', Santa Maria Nuova hospital, and Piazza del Duomo makes it an ideal base for exploring the city. With its close proximity to Santa Croce and the Duomo, you'll have easy access to some of the best areas of Florence. These areas are not only known for their vibrant atmosphere with bars and restaurants but also for their rich cultural heritage, including numerous churches and museums. The apartment itself features two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped small kitchen, and a small courtyard. With these amenities, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay and an enjoyable holiday in one of the most strategic locations in Florence. PAY ATTENTION: THE APARTMENT HAS 2 BEDROOMS AND THE LIVING ROOM WITH A SOFA BED! WE DON'T HAVE 3 BEDROOMS. TERMS & CONDITIONS Passports & IDs: all guests must be registered by law and every document (photocopies are accepted) must be presented upon check-in (regardless the actual arrival date of each guest). Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out: mandatory by 10:00 AM the latest.

Enjoyed our stay at great centrally located apt downtown Florence. Gianluca and Daniel were immediately responsive to any texts. Stayed here for 6 nights with spouse and two adult daughters. Would definitely recommend.

Casa Pancanti is a clean, apartment with a perfect location. The owner has gone out of his way to make our stay comfortable and we had an excellent experience.
The unit has everything we needed including a dishwasher, a washing machine, excellent A/C a microwave and coffee maker. The owner provided a helpful pamphlet that even lists recommended restaurants, museums and transportation options. But best of all - the apartment is 3 blocks from the Duomo, 2 blocks from the Accadamae Museum, 8 blocks from the Uffizi Museum, 2 blocks from a really good restaurant (Zio Gigi) and 3 blocks from a small neighborhood market.

This apartment was well-located with easy access to everything. The listing and photos accurately reflected this lovely, comfortable, spacious, and clean space on a quiet street. It had everything we needed and contactless check-in was simple. Gianluca was very responsive and checked on us regularly to make sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend.

It was comfortable but a bit crowded for five. We had to have sofa bed that took up too much space in living area. Apart from that, we had plenty of linen and everything you need for the kitchen. We loved the location as it was a 5 minute walk to the duomo, 10 minute walk to markets and about 20 minuted from the station.

The location is great. The apartment is comfortable and on the first floor so no steps. The landlord was very responsive and checked in with us. We had a clogged shower drain and it was fixed same day. Highly recommended!

Our family enjoyed our stay on our trip to Florence. The location made walking to many of the sites we were interested in easy while not being in the main areas with more crowding. When we had questions or an issue, Gianluca was so responsive in addressing them! Thank you!

It was a fabulous location , the check in was easy , the only downside was the sofa bed and bedroom was only air conditioned until 11 pm so in 40 degrees this wasn’t good so as a family we slept in the one room that remained cool , it didn’t really cause us a problem and the heat I know was more than normal for italy so we made the best of it

Fantastic! Great location and easy to access area!
For Florence, we were directly connected to the central train station as well as being comfortably close to the city center. The street was very easy to find and had a strong security system reassuring us as a group of young travellers. Kitchen and bathrooms all very well kept; bedrooms very much the same. Fantastic all round!!

Great location, cool AC, nice host
Great host, Gianluca met us at the start to show us around. He also let us store our bags until our train in the afternoon as no one else was arriving early. Large apartment, AC kept everything cool. Just be careful with running AC and appliances as the breakers will trip. Pillows weren't great but that is pretty common :). Well-stocked kitchen for cooking. Newly renovated large bedroom and bathroom were very nice. TV with Chromecast when you want to veg in the evening. Washer with lots of rack space for drying in the private courtyard. Overall a great place to stay with families in Florence! Be sure to visit Gelateria La Carraia in Santa Croce as well!

Great location
This was perfect for my family. Excellent location and very confortable. I would recommend to change the sleeping couch and chair on the living room. They are old and dirty. Otherwise everything was fine

Spacious in great location
Spacious property in a great location. Easy walking distance to all the wonderful sights of Florence. Also close to museums, the markets and local dining options. The property itself is clean and stocked with all the essentials. The management people were fantastic, very helpful and responsive. Responses to any questions were received almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay her again on another trip to Florence.

Great location, great stay
We were a group of four, two couples, traveling for four days in Florence. We found the apartment to be perfect for our needs. The communication was outstanding and Giulio was able to accommodate us for an early check in. From the apartment it was an easy walk to the heart of Florence. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped. From what we saw this apartment is one of the best deals in Florence.

Great location and lovely apartment
We loved being a short walk from the Duomo. The apartment was very clean, stylish and attractive. Nice to have two full bathrooms. We even attended a concert at the theater directly across the street. We had a few issues issues in the kitchen but they did not spoil the visit at all. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great central location!
Pictures don't really do the property justice. It was on the first floor, which was great considering I had kids and appreciated I wasn't shuffling them up and down flights of stairs. The Duomo is blocks away. We walked everywhere.
The hosts were amazing also! They answered all questions, and went above and beyond giving us suggestions and local help.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we ever go back to Florence!

There are coffee shops, a pharmacy and supermarket close by. The owner, Gianluca and property manager, Guilio were extremely responsive to all of my messages and were very accommodating when our flight home was cancelled forcing us to stay an additional night.This apartment is a great value as well so I highly recommend this for anyone staying in Florence who wants to be able to easily walk to all of the sights.

Excellent location
This appartment was in a fantastic location and good value for money. Beds were comfy and the apartment was very clean. There is a lovely coffee shop just a few doors away that was very cheap. Only two small criticisms, there was only one set of keys for what could potentially be a party of six people and there was some strange thing with the air con going off at certian times. Apart from that it was great.

Charming but dated
Nice looking, just like the pictures. It's a bit dated in the furnishings and ac only works certain hours of the day, not at night. If your visiting during summer time beware of the high heat and lack of ac, sleeping will be difficult at best, and mosquitoes. Well that's an issue because with the heat you want a breeze so open windows, but who wants to be bitten repeatedly at night while trying to sleep. The owners and person who met us were good to deal with. The apartment was clean and in a great location but there were too many other issues for me to give a positive review of the property.

Great apartment centrally located in Florence
Renting this apartment was a pleasure from beginning to end. Gianluca, the owner, is freindly and easy to work with as is his local manger. The apartment is well appointed and perfect for a family with a small child. Usually we have to walk around and make sure that anything breakable is out out of reach of our two year old. This apartment had everything you need without a lot of breakables getting in the way.
The location is perfect to walk everywhere in Florence. It seemed everywhere was within a 10-20 minute walk.
I would highly recommend this rental for your stay in Florence.

lovely apartment
A lovely, quiet apartment with excellent facilities and well located. Having two bathrooms, one for each bedroom, is really convenient for a party of four. It is very quiet at night, but just a 5 minute walk from Duomo. Good shops and cafes are nearby, and there is a bus service to the main railway station. The owner is lovely - extremely helpful. We had a wonderful week there, and cannot imagine finding a better apartment in Florence!

Appartament is very comfortable (it looks perfect like a 5 star luxury appartament in a hotel), clean and with much amonities. The owner is very kind and helpful which made our week stay in Firenze a great time. You can eat a breakfast outside in a little yard.There is close to the supermercato and old town

absolutely perfect
Exactly as the website said but with the added advantage of being in an ideal quiet location. Gianluca was lovely and made us very welcome.Barely a few minutes from the centre of Florence this apartment was an oasis of calm after a busy day and very close to the supermarket. It felt like living in Italy rather than just visiting. Everything perfect, extremely recommend.

The apartment is in a very central location with all sites within walking distance. As we were travelling with young children is was great to be able to come back to the apartment for an afternoon rest. The apartment is well equipped and meticulously clean. Gianluca is a very friendly and approachable host

simply the best
This must be the best location in Florence. It is in the historic back streets just behind the Duomo. Gianluca is helpful in every way and the apartment is very comfortable and attractive. You must not to be able to handle stairs and it is well worth it.

great time
we had a great time at the apartment. if we would come back to firenze we defently stay there again. its location is great. couldnt be better. it is right in the middle of town and near to all site and attraction. the environment of the apartment is very lively and safety, since we where two woman it was very important for us and we felt safe all part of the day, even in the evenings and nights. the apartment is very very clean and you have in the apartment all you need and can think about. the staying was very very cosy. the beds are cosy and the kithcen very cosy and have all you need. there is a WIFI in the apartment which is very good to use. Gianluca the owner was very easy to comunicate and she is very nice and warm and was very helpful. this is defently the perfect place to stay at firenze

there is no better accommodation
The apartment is located in the center of the city, there is no better location, about 400 meters from the Duomo. About 10 minutes walk from the station. On arrival we were welcomed by owner. The equipment is complete. Clean apartment. The owner recommended a good mini market nearby. A return is certainly possible!
