We were within walking distance to excellent restaurants, the state Capitol, and the convention center where we attended a performance. We never even moved our car. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Excellent property manager, too.

The apartment was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had items needed for a quick breakfast . The neighborhood was nice, but we only slept there as we were visiting family. A bath mat type towel would have been helpful as we had to use a bath towel, that left us short a towel and we were there for a week.

Comfy bed with nice soft pillows too!

This was such a sweet fun place. Clean, just right fit two people and literally close to everything. We had a great time

I booked this for a concert at Golden 1 which was cancelled but decided to still stay and visit with friends. Glad I did, I haven't explored this part of Sacramento before. So much to explore and this property is a great spot to walk from. In between, resting my feet and getting a snack, this was a cozy spot to come back to. Easy street parking, felt safe walking at night (other people also around walking), lots of restaurants, cafes, art, etc. nearby. I didn't use the kitchen but it would have been just right for making a light meal. I appreciated the property manager's communication and felt I could reach out if I needed anything. Will return, hopefully when my concert gets rescheduled!

Great location in mid-town for walking to restaurants, Saturday farm market, and both light rail and bus. The apartment had everything needed for a week’s stay. There was plenty of space and closets. The Wi-Fi and desk made working from home easy.

A great location for anyone who likes the walkable midtown-thru-downtown sections of the city of trees. The folks who hate walking will find parking w/o much hassle; and there’s public parking right on street. Unit has Victorian bones with modernized bathroom, sufficient kitchen space, plus front-side and rear a/c units to keep totally cool on hotter summer days. Gotta love the huge tree canopies on these streets. Close to restaurants and cafes and businesses. Management first rate in communicating rental info and policies and availability and more.

IF this had been our first VRBO stay, it very well may have been our last. We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties in several states and countries and always were reluctant to leave. This property, we were reluctant to stay even for the one night. Our normal VRBO experience is one of great communication, obvious pride of ownership exhibited and extras that have always made us feel welcomed and extremely comfortable, whether it was an overnight stay or a 7-week stint. Things we can say for this property - they do have free parking and the location is great. The housekeeper does a nice job in that the toilet, sinks and floors were clean. The linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. We could get that at a Motel 6 and not pay the additional fees. The communication was poor even though we were encouraged to contact them. In attempting to get the door code the day before arrival, we received an email with an enormous amount of "coding" at both ends with a message in the middle stating the writer (not the owner) "understood and would get back to me in a few." Most of the communication we received from the representatives of the owner were requests that would protect their interests, which is fine, but in return, some attention to our needs would have been appreciated. When you arrive, you do not use the pretty door in the profile. You are instructed to use the side door, which you approach from the back of the house where the parking lot is, go along a very dilapidated fence past trash and weeds to a stoop and door, which could use some attention. Once inside, you are greeted with shabby, minus the chic. Paint is good, but it may be best to address what the paint is covering before you apply your brush. Lots of sins here that are very visible through the paint. BUT the biggest issue is the place needs a really good deep cleaning (e.g. grout, shower, baseboards, etc.). We had no hot water, but it really didn't matter because we heated hot water for the few dishes we used and there is no way either of us would have set foot in the shower or stepped barefoot on the bathmat. This has not been an easy review to write. In fact I waited over a week to do so, but this is a property that does not come up to the standards we have found in our many VRBO stays. We book through VRBO because we want to stay someplace we can make memories to cherish. In ALL previous experiences we have been eager to give a full 5 stars. Not this time.

First, 3 different people in the office had me filling out the same information 3 different times. No one in the office could give a answer. Two, our first night there the neighbors were fighting so much that we thought they had killed each other. We where happy to hear the woman scream again. The bed is broken down and miserable to try and sleep on. The couch was just as bad. The bathroom was dirty. I could go on for days. I would not waste your money.

The house looks good on camera because of filters. I wish the owner can be honest about it.. Sad!.. Its not worth $119 a night. Complete rip off.. Just be aware but its an old beat up place.. The floor feels funny walking on it.. Make sure you wear shoes/ sandals because my feet turned black walking bare footed in I'm sorry its smells like a cave. We were so excited going there until arrival. The house has an old smell that doesn't go away even after spraying Febreze the entire stay. The heater is so old and noisy. They have it on a fixed setting you can't adjust it to warm up.. Sneaky people. same with shower.. Its set to particular setting get get warmer.. Five minutes in a shower and water is cold.. Only got one face towel too. Wow!! Just greedy weasels.. I'm sorry its the truth. ANYONE GOING THERE READ THIS . you gonna thank me later.

We had a very nice stay at this apartment. We loved the location--walking distance to everything! And situated among lovely tree lined streets. The apartment was nicely updated while still leaving some Victorian charm. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

I loved the apartment. It was in a very good location, central to so many places within walking distance. It was clean and quiet and very comfortable. I would definitely rent again:)

Sacramento Convenience
Overall great little place. Very comfortable and full of conveniences needed to make your stay comfortable. Close to downtown, but quiet. Only negative would be the the oven. When I used to heat up a pizza, it quickly filled the kitchen with smoke. Clearly has not been used in a bit and likely needs a complete cleaning. When I contacted the property manager about the issue they were very responsive, apologetic and offered to have a pizza delivered to me. Minor issued that I hope is resolved for future visits. Overall a great stay with very attentive management.

Great apartment in Midtown!
I enjoyed my short stay in the apartment and it was close to many wonderful restaurants. Walking was easy (I walked to the Capitol in about 20 minutes), and I also used Lyft to get to/from the airport and to Davis. The apartment was perfect for my stay—it was clean, nicely furnished, and quiet. I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Sacramento.

What a cute place!
My best friend and I were lucky to stay in this very cute apartment on one of our recent shopping trips to Sacramento. What a great place! It had everything we needed. The convenient off-street parking was a definite plus! Communication with the host was always quick and easy. Initially I wasn't too sure about sleeping on the pull out sofa as I didn't think it would be comfortable. Boy, was I wrong! The neighborhood was great and quiet. Access to the freeway was easy and there was a big Safeway nearby. The walk in shower was a religious experience!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

First time in SAC was enjoyable
The apartment was just what we needed in terms of location, cleanliness, and ease of entry/exit. I'd give it the fifth star if it had a washer/dryer combo. The communication with the rental team (not the owner) was a little erratic, but everything worked out in the end.

Great location, comfortable apartment
I was attending a conference in downtown Sac and this was a perfect place to stay. Quick ride to the convention center, and the Midtown area is the best part of Sacramento to explore for restaurants, bars and morning runs. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a few day's stay. We appreciated the digital key (no fiddling with keys!). The property owner sent us some info about Sacramento before our visit that was super helpful. All in all a great little spot and the property owners are very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!

Excellence all around
Excellent rental. I moved to Sacramento from the midwest and needed a temporary place to stay while looking for a permanent place. This place was excellent all around. Extremely well located, walking distance to much of what Downtown, Midtown and Central Sacramento have to offer. Clean all around, a fantabulous bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfy queen bed. Ground floor location, quiet and don't underestimate the off street parking! About the only thing missing for my two-week stay was in-unit laundry but that really wasn't a big deal - there is a nice card in the kitchen directing you to an excellent landromat. Maybe a few more glasses and utensils would have been nice, but now I am nit-picking. Highly, highly recommended.

Great location, great space, free parking
Very nice place with everything you'd need and plenty of space in an INCREDIBLE neighborhood. There is so much within walking distance, and Lyft is so easy in Sacramento, that I don't think I needed a car. However, it was nice to have my own free parking spot in the back! The place was clean, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was well-supplied. If I go back to Sac I'll stay there again. One thing - it is a management company, not just an owner, so you'll get communication from multiple different people. This threw me off a little but it was all fine and they did a great job.

Perfect location
This one bedroom apartment was the perfect location in Sacramento. Groceries were close enough to walk but we drove since it was late when we arrived. We walked to the electric train to go downtown and took a short walk to the California Car Museum. From there we walked to old town and caught the train back. For dinner we walked around the corner. On day two we took a short walk to Sutters Fort and the California Indian Museum. We even walked to the Post office one morning.
We had everything we needed to make meals in the workable kitchen. Really enjoyed the Netflix at night. The bed was comfy and so was the couch.
Free parking was great behind the building but a car was really not needed while in Sacramento.

Perfect Midtown Location
The apartment was the perfect spot for our visit to Sacramento. Soft towels, cozy bed and parking too! The kitchen is also great for a meal or two at home. Close to so many great restaurants and fun things to do. Tim was a great host and provided a lovely quite spot for our get away. Thank you!
