About this villa rental
Located in Four Corners, this attractive villa for $314 per night is a great option for your next trip. This Stunning Florida villa is situated within a gated community called Linfield Reserve; this community is very select and consists of only sixteen villas. There are many restaurants within easy reach of the villas (to many to list ). This area is very sought after thanks to not only the close proximity to the Walt Disney World Resort only a few miles away, but also for the standard and size of homes located in this area. The quarter acre plots of landscaped gardens are maintained monthly to keep the small exclusive estate looking its best. You will be thirty minutes from universal studios and island of adventure and about the same for sea world. Disney parks are a short 10 minute drive from the villa This spacious villa has many modern and special features, Including air conditioning throughout, secure entrance to the estate via electronic gates (a number will be given to you for entry),king bedroom with a memory foam mattress ,queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom all bedrooms are en-suite. the villa is mostly on one level so ideal for wheel chairs. The private indoor open courtyard pool and Spa is unusual for a Florida villa in design as it is in the center of the building not attached to the rear of the property as most villas have. This gives total privacy while using the pool, spa, and pool deck areas. The villa also has a garage with slate full size pool table ,arcade console,PS4, table tennis and dart board, plus a private drive. Many reviews have been written from previous guests from all over the world, please take time to read these as we take the utmost care in trying to make my guests stay as memorable as it can be. UPDATE -- a Ring doorbell has been fitted to add extra security to the front door and a camera has been fitted to the outside of the pool door area please note this camera is only for security purposes and is only showing the outside of the property.

This was my husband and my fourth stay at this wonderful villa. We actually live only half an hour away and still chose this location for our get away. Many restaurants close by and never had a problem finding something to do. The private pool is a great plus, too. We will continue to visit this property in the future.

We absolutely loved the house. They lay out is perfect and it is so comfortable. The pool and hot tub are conveniently located outside the doors and are completely covered for privacy. I would highly recommend this for couples to families. There is plenty of space for all and it is only 14 minutes at most from the parks

Location of the villa is excellent. You are a 5 min walk if that from a petrol station for any snacks etc.. Very close to a number of restaurants also. Neighborhood is very quiet. I always felt safe and secure in the house and the lock-able bedroom doors was an added security barrier.
Everything was working fine. Only reason i have marked as 4 star is on our last night my boy had some ice cream in the double bedroom, he left the empty bowl for 10 mins and in that time it was absolutely covered in very small bugs. We didn't have a very nice sleep that night knowing they were in the room somewhere. If it wasn't for this issue i would definitely returned here as it was a great villa.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool and game room. Very close to Disney parks, so it was perfect for our Disney trip!

The house was amazing. We loved the pool and the game room. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only minor issues were the TV in the kids room didnt have volume and the fan in the first bedroom to the left of the front door was very loud. Other than those two very MINOR issues it was a perfect stay. Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying here with our three kids (10, 6, and 10 months). The location is awesome and the house is well setup for young kids. There was a nice pack and play for our infant, a high chair, and enough space for the older kids to stretch their legs. The kids adored having a pool and the parents appreciated that the kids couldn’t figure out how to open the doors to the pool easily :) The separate in-law type bed/bath was great when the baby needed a nap away from the older kids watching TV. My only complaint is that we had some tiny ants but they mostly didn’t bother us and there was ant killer stocked to take care of it. Master bathroom could use some updating but other than that the house is lovely!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It has a great, unique layout and was the perfect size for our family of 5. Absolutely loved the pool and spa and had a great time in the rec room playing old school arcade games. Everything worked as expected and the check in process couldn't have been easier. Very responsive owner and management company. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved this House! Location was very convenient to Disney and Universal. The Pool and Hot tub were great for relaxing after a day walking around at the parks. We did pay the fee for heating since traveling in March and were very thankful since the weather was quite chilly. We also enjoyed the gameroom with many choices for our non-park days; billiards, arcade, and board games. The host has included many things to make the house more inviting and relaxing for families.

Booked this property in 2019 based on personal recommendation from friends — property owner was AMAZING thru the entire CoVid-19 Pandemic which had us unable to travel due to border restrictions, so we postponed again and again. Thanks CoVid. We booked when our daughter would’ve been finishing Gr9, and finally went when she was finishing up Gr12!
But WOW, was it worth the wait!!
As a family of four, each teen had their own space — they utterly LOVED having space to themselves with ensuites. They felt like they had their own bachelor pads.
The setup with multiple access doors to the pool deck was super convenient.
Pool heat was thoroughly enjoyed during our March Break vacation - as weather ranged from 15C to 28C. Kept us in the pool longer each day and connected with family pool fun and games as it was so warm at night in the water :)
Husband and son enjoyed the PlayStation during some rainy downtime and we all took our turns at the darts and pool table (many laughs and amazingly lucky shots had by all), a great addition to the vacation.
Easy drive to restaurants and shopping. Bahama Breeze, LongHorns and Olive Garden only 4 mins away in one plaza!
Close to many Disney parks — but we chose to visit Dunedin for a Spring Training Blue Jays game (approx 2 hr drive), and visit Sebring Raceway for the 12 Hours of Sebring (2 hrs away as well) for those of you who have already done the Disney rounds. So great!
Beds, linens and couches all super comfortable, and lots of space to enjoy reading by the pool.
We left our Spider-Man bouncie ball and mesh pool floats for the next family to enjoy — pool noodles would be a great addition, and some acrylic plateware/mugs/cups to safely enjoy around the pool deck. Minor things to help younger families fully enjoy the space. We brought our own Bluetooth speaker for music and to listen to the ballgames on the deck — this property is on a corner, so you cannot see any neighbours or hear anyone else on their decks, very unique indeed. Enjoyed ourselves so much.

We enjoyed staying at this 3br/3ba house with a pool and hot tub. Everything was up-to-date and very clean. It was so nice to go out and sit around the pool in the morming with our coffee and then jump in the pool and do water aerobics with my friends. We were close to many restaurants and shopping.

We just returned from spending a month in this beautiful home. The home was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous private heated pool and hot tub! The location is very convenient with many restaurants and activities near by. Communications with the owner and property manager were always answered pleasantly and promptly. We highly recommend this home and hopefully will be back in the future.

We are return vacationers to this home. We love the pool/hot tub, as well as the game room and rest of the home! There is construction going on all around the area, however the home is nicely situated in a small gated neighborhood. We will be back again, thank you Tracey!!!!

We absolutely love this villa! It had everything we needed and more! Such a beautiful space with a heated pool and relaxing hot tub. As a family of 6, there was plenty of space for us all to do our own thing but also to congregate as a family too. None of us wanted to leave and we can’t wait to return. The proximity to Disney and amenities was perfect and communication with the host was prompt. We had a few queries that were responded to immediately. 5 stars from three generations of our family. The property is in a very good location- very convenient to Disney and Universal. The traffic in Orlando is horrific so everything takes longer. About the property-
Pros- good location, our own pool
stocked with dishes and linens
Ping pong table and video games
Property manager responded very quickly
Owner is very good at trying to accommodate you ( we had to reschedule due to Covid and VRBO somehow made it difficult to pay our balance but we got it done with some work on my part with owner)
Cons- pool and hot tub heater and circulation down for 24 hours or so ( heat is an extra charge we paid for)
You have to keep thermostat over 75 degrees which is uncomfortable to us ( it was warm)
The layout is kind of weird- one bedroom is by itself on the other side of the villa- accessed by going through pool area or through garage ( game room). It was fine for us but I would not want kids all the way over there
Trash dump area is a bit of a hike
Overall, it was a great trip

This is our 2nd time staying in this wonderful villa . Everything about it is perfect & is catered for your every need . We are a family of 4 & we all loved the pool & the games room in particular. The location of the villa is perfect for Disney & there are loads of restaurants & supermarkets nearby . Tracey & Steve are wonderful hosts who answer any query lightning quick & are a credit to Vrbo. If we ever get back to the US we wouldn’t look at anywhere else to stay & this villa would be our No1 choice every time.

My husband and I stayed at the home during our trip. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and the privacy was nice. We stayed there due to the proximity of Universal Studios & Disneyworld.
