We would not book again from our personal experience

The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was really delicious and cooked well. Bed was comfortable, very soft.

Sadly a few things, the room was falling apart a bit, wallpaper was held on by sellotape, toilet was dirty and TV did not work some tiles were broken. There were nothing like slippers and dental kits as you would get in cheaper hotels even, you had to ring to ask for them. I rang to ask for a hair dryer to use and as soon as it was delivered I had 2 phone calls within 90 seconds asking for it back and was under pressure to use it very quickly. The curtains only closed partly and the bright lights from the train station shined in all night. There was no sound buffering and it was a noisy night. The price we payed I did not feel was worth it and we left the next morning feeling disappointed with the whole experience.

Overall everthing was good,location staff everything was good.

Housekeeping was done only 1 time a day bedsheet and pillow cover was not change every day basis, and a childrens park was close as the sun sets.

with closely spent 10,000 Rs spent fr 4-Rooms in a location like Digha where 100 others hotels r present, one deserve to

property looks good frm outside but inside d Room Most of d facilities mentioned don’t work. Intercom, Hot kettle, Commod flush don’t work.

hotel staffs need more training about Hospitality. Very Cold in appearance nd equally cold in service

polite, well behaved staff. very clean by local standards. Impressive.

Restaurant is nice and clean but food prices were a bit steep. Menu choice limited. Opportunities for improvement.

It was good for stay for family and couples.

I was questioned by the management staffs due a stainted towel found in my bathroom that was put by the housekeeping staff to my room number 325 on 6th March but during my checkout the hotel staffs are trying to allege me that I have put a stain on their hotel towel , I was so surprised to face this type of false allegation on myself by the hotel staffs during my checkout today morning on 7th of March

Overall it was a good stay. Staff are very cooperative and polite. Service and quality of food in the restaurant is good

Very good location. Best part is it’s very close to the Railway station.

Enjoyed our stay.. stayed in a interconnected comfortable rooms with all facilities..chef cooked delicious baby food for my kids..good buffet breakfast..in between old and new digha beach..good location.

Nothing... balcony can be modified with seating arrangement
