Very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house and pool. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Very good communication with Owner and management company, both very helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect place for the typical touristy trip to Florida. Safe neighborhood just far enough away from the big city. But not too far to all the big parks and other Orlando area attractions. Both ocean sides were 1.5 hours away each way which was just fine. Will be staying again.

Villa was easy to find, nice area. Close to Disney but a bit of a drive to universal (you will spend a lot of time on the I-4) supermarkets nearby and easy to get to. Villa itself was nice but basic and could do with a bit of updating. Beds were nice and comfortable and washing facilities were a godsend, kids loved the pool, plenty of towels supplied. Kitchen facilities are fine but limited… we loved the ice maker in the freezer 😀 All in all a pleasant stay

We went to Busch Gardens, and had a great time, came back to the house to go for a swim. Nice house and great pool. We would definately come back to stay at this house.

Great place for a value. Only concern was after 3 nights, found that the glass block window inside shower offered little to no protection from being seen from the outside…😳

Close to the parks (20 minutes most days). House was comfortable. We had a slight problem with one of the bed frames when we got there but the owner took care of it immediately and it wasn't an issue at all. We will stay here again when we are in town.

Great little stay,loved the home however beware of the extra fees when you look at this listing, it makes you feel the Internet Wi-Fi heated pool. All of these are included. However, they are not. Very deceiving listing should be updated Wi-Fi/Internet is a 7.50 a day plus tax fee per day to heat The pool is anywhere between $40-$50 per day. Those are just a couple of examples other than that wonderful place.

After driving for over 12 hours we arrived to find a very dirty house. The listing did say only basic cleaning but this place was terrible! Nothing was dusted for weeks. We had to sweep the floor because there was food crumbs everywhere. They was some kind of fruit punch on the wall. Someone had killed a bug and left it on the wall. The master bath was filthy! It had black mildew/mold in the shower and the toilets had not been cleaned! It needed lots of TLC and a good cleaning! The only saving grace was the heated pool, it was great!! But the pool deck required a good cleaning! We have rented homes for years now and were so disappointed.

Lovely home in a nice neighborhood. Close proximity to all of your needs. Well stocked for things you need, but will need to purchase (or bring with you) additional bath tissue, paper towels and trash bags. Julie (owner) very responsive and pleasant to work with. If we are ever in the area again, we would be back as we enjoyed our time there.

The house is exactly as described. It is close to all the theme parks. I would say 20-30 minutes because of traffic getting in the parks. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The girls were able to do their nightly swims in the pool. Julie was fantastic in answering any and all questions. The check in process was super easy! Thank you for a wonderful stay! I would definitely stay here again!

The home needs a little updating but other than that the stay was enjoyable. Very quiet neighborhood and owners were very quick to respond to our small issue. We really enjoyed our stay and most definitely will stay again.

We just visited with our family and had a wonderful time. House is in a quiet neighborhood and the ease of access to the parks was great. Loved the pool and communication with the property manager was wonderful. Would love to go back!

If you planning a trip to the Theme parks, it is a great location. The house isn’t very well stocked with things you might need, like a decent mop and pail to wash floors incase of a spill. Or a wooden spoon . The back yard is in full shade, so be prepared to pay for heating it. It could use new face cloths . but for the price compared to a hotel room, it is well worth it. Julie was fast in responding to any correspondence as well as the Management company.

The house is exactly as pictured and close to all the parks. Make sure you bring dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. Julie was very easy to get in touch with as was the property management company. We paid to have the pool heated and it was nice and warm perfect for chilly evenings.

The previous reviews said the house didn't have many starter items. That is correct, however, the owner tells you upfront what to expect. We left napkins, dish soap, etc, but I'm assuming the management company throws it out or takes it because there really is nothing when you arrive. We spilled a little orange juice on the floor and there wasn't even cleaner under the sink to clean it up. With that being said, it was very clean and much better than a hotel. The price is great so we knew it would be sparse going in and were very glad we rented the house!!

Home was nice and clean, spacious enough for our family. Only downside was when we checked in we found out we'd have to pay for wifi even tho you sign a disclaimer. You need to bring or buy household goods (dishsoap, etc.).Would stay again.

Home is in a great neighborhood. Just the right amount of distance from the theme parks. My husband and son really enjoyed the heated pool. We had to make a DG run, which is maybe 3-5 mins down the road, the first night. Consider bringing paper towels, dish soap, and pans. We always bring our own washcloths and towels. I would highly recommend that you bring yours too. Pans are provided but were severely scratched. A few replacements or updates are needed in the master bath(grout and shower knob). But overall this is a great vacation rental. Would definitely recommend and rent again if available.
