We loved our room! Room number 25 has a really beautiful view over the city. Staff is very friendly. Our receptionist Juan helped us a lot with organised tours. The room is very spacious, breakfast contains fruit, eggs, bread, yoghurt and granola. The location is amazing, only 10 min away from Plaza de Armas. We can really recommend this hotel when you are staying in Cusco.
nothing.

Stff is awesome, breakfast is fresh, location is super! very clean and comfortable!
not a real issue but not a soundproof building. floor is noisy and you can hear guests and cleaning during sleeping time.

Loved the staff and service we received at Hotel Boutique Gold Garden. they treated us like royalty. The second portion of what I loved from the hotel was THE ROOM! it was spacious!!! and the view was BEAUTIFUL! In addition, they gift you: toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, make up remover, Qtips, shampoo w conditioner, sewing tools! it was marvelous. even the bathroom had a beautiful view!
I just loved the space and the lack of steps inside the room.
the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! we bought big water bottles for affordable prices.
We completed Caminos del Inca and they prepared a Lunchbox for us at 4 AM! and we left our Carry one at the front until we were back from caminos del Inca and we weren’t staying there after (it was booked).
We have to mention Juan and Miguel who were just amazing with us when we arrived at late hours and set us off at 4 AM. As I said , wonderful staff
small walk from the plaza de armas . about 0.2 miles . great for those who want to put their health first and walk to Plaza de Armas!
the Wi-Fi was very slow. it’s a public Wi-Fi with no password . we couldn’t watch a movie because the movie paused every 10 seconds.
Loved that it was energy sustainable , but we couldn’t leave our devices charging in the room since the energy worked with a card. Next time I will ask the staff to leave it charging for us.

The staff went way and beyond in helping and supporting our group during our stay. We stayed for 5 nights and I'm so glad we chose this hotel. I really appreciate Juan the most. He gave us recommendations with restaurants and itinerary and gladly did all the necessary bookings. Amazing breakfast and great location.

Don't take shower too late as the supply of hot water is not very stable.

The presence of a heater was so nice!
The room was clean and the beds were comfi
Breakfast was not a buffet as advertised, and was served semi-outside, which was very cold.
Our room (nr 11) did not match the pictures (much smaller) and we had a lot of light and noise in our room (6am: maintenance started getting supplies in the room next to us; and throughout the night - morning: lots of people coming back drunk or leaving early for tours).
We left after 2 days although we had 8 more days in cusco.
Although we had a booking discount, it was still not worth the price, our later bookings were much better

The rooms feel so homey and authentic, not like a chain hotel. The staff is always so helpful and they are always ready to answer any questions or help pick a restaurant. They are more than happy to keep your suitcase while you're away on excursions, and it's great to have the piece of mind that your things are safe!
Through no fault of their own, it's noisy on the first floor. The building and floors are very old and make a lot of noise when someone above you is walking around.

Big, clean room - We had an additional living space! Big bed and heater (which helped considering its cold in cusco).
Great shower! Big TV.
Professional staff and friendly.
Location was excellent, very near plaza des armas and right by san blas with all their restaurants etc
Good breakfast - we are vegan - they accommodated with some swaps
All good -its small so it gets booked up quickly, would have stayed longer if space.

A nice room in the center of Cusco. The patio where they serve breakfast is nice and the breakfast delicious (great fruit salad)! Even if you leave early for a tour, they can provide a small breakfast ‘box’.

Our room was large and comfortable. The view from the room was great. It was close to the Plaza de Armas- although uphill. We stayed before and after our trek. The staff was exceptional before our trek.
The biggest disappointment was that the staff was not as kind after our trek. It felt strange to both of us and we weren’t sure why.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Very good breakfast and a nice space to sit there for breakfast.
Very good Wi-Fi.
The rooms in the upper floor are big, also the bathroom is big. As everywhere in Cusco the bathrooms are a bit cold. In the rooms you have a heater.
there was no water in one night when we left for our 7 day trek which was not a perfect timing.
The rest was really good and we can recommend that hotel.

Bright clean and well maintained. Very good in its class of simple hotels. The staff are eager to please and lovely. Good hot shower. Breakfast is copious and good: eggs, avocado, fruit, fresh local bread, granola, juice. Good size room (the standard double). The hotel is in a pretty street with not much traffic. It is quite far up the hill but you are in the Plaza de Armas in 5-10 minutes (longer to climb back!). We stayed in room 12 but I would ask for 13 or one upstairs for light sleepers.
There is nowhere to hang or unpack clothes which is a nuisance.

- Super friendly and helpful staff speaks good english - they will do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible)
- Clean room
- Always hot water in the shower
- Heater in the room
- Great internet
- Good location (bit steep but not a disaster)
- Possibility to leave your luggage in the hotel’s storage room when going for a multi day trip
- Tasty and filling breakfast (possible to do a breakfast package for early tours - ham and cheese sandwich +water)
- Great selection of TV movies and shows in English
- Rooms facing the street are extremely noisy and you can hear every single car passing by (we recommend booking a superior room which is more expensive but on the other hand you can be sure you will sleep peacefully) - we had to change a room to superior
- Breakfast is served by staff (not a self-served buffet) and is the same every single day (eggs of your choice, bread, juice, coffee/tea, fruit bowl, granola, yogurt) - but we stayed almost 4 weeks that's why it can get a bit “boring” after some time
- Entrance to/exit from the hotel is managed by a receptionist (they always need to open the main door for you) although we never waited more than several seconds

Clean room, nice terrace, nice staff.
Thin walls. Could hear everything happening outside the room. Got woken up a few times by random noises.

Staff was wonderful, kind and attentive.
A taxi was called for us to get to the airport (thank you staff) however, pricing wasnt discussed and the driver ended up charging 30 soles. At most it should have been 15.

The first thing of the day was the delicious breakfast with lots of fruit and perfect coffee.
Room was pretty clean, tight and bright all the day.
They were so kind in case we just wanted to talk, to get to know the region or in case we needed a doctor, they called him to the room within no time. They organized a taxi when we needed as well.
Everything was so fine, maybe a little bit of rotation in breakfast could be useful if someone is here more than a 2 days. :)

Very comfy rooms, good heating systems for cold nights, hot shower (which is not always so easy in Cusco, I heard), comfy beds and super nice and helpful staff.

Friendly staff, comfy rooms, and great breakfast. They also stored my luggage for few days while I was on a 5 days tour.
All good :)
