Great value, good quality.

Accessible, not far from markets or stores, great pool and decent accommodation.

Only fault was a few cockroaches found in cupboards in the kitchen, which seemed to already be dead from pesticides however not disposed of.

Rooms are desperate ro be revamped. They are old and past their best many years ago. Didn't get to see any of the larger rooms.

This was my first stay in Samui and i LOVED it sooooo much. It's a really beautifull apartment for a long and short time period. Host is really helpful and nice. You wont regret staying there. It's a beautifull place.

Highly recommend!! Would stay here again for sure.

Booked a week here and ended up staying for 2! Really friendly staff (manager especially!) and the cleaners, they clean every two days which is amazing. Fab price for what you get, we booked the studio so had a kitchen so we could cook, although the pots/pans aren’t the best, they are adequate! Location is really good as long as you have a scooter to get around, close to Chaweng centre and beach. (about 5/10 mins drive) Shower was really good, bed was ok, but most beds in Thailand aren’t the best! Unfortunately wifi didn’t work properly in our room (top floor) but we have SIM card so didn’t need it. Pool superb- really clean. And the gym is okay, not the best but suitable to do a basic workout (minus the treadmill - cannot run on it!) Overall, a really great time here and would definitely come back to this studio.

just the wifi issue but it wasn’t a problem for us. said connected but nothing worked on my phone or laptop.

Very good

Lotus, Makro, 7-eleven nearby. An excellent swimming pool for swimming.

The surroundings are a little bit wild.

Superb

A really nice, spacious, serviced suite at an excellent price. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Great facilities including gym and pool, washing machines and parking. Convenient location for the airport and routes to the rest of the island, as long as you have your own transport.

Cheap and cheerful 😊

Staff were nice and friendly Cheap and cheerful. Pool is lovely. The gym looks okay, but I didn't get a chance to use it. Wifi

Missing towels Need more kitchen stuff to use properly. Overall I'd recommend for a few nights if it's in the location you want or have a scooter.

Has potential

The pool was lovely. The rooms were big and spacious. Shower was powerful and maintained temperature. Bed was comfy.

I didn't see any staff while I was there, no one was around to check us in or out. The rooms were tired and not as clean as I would expect. Some items in the room were broken.

room not like the pictures. Look a bit older, first room that we got A/C not working , cattle not working , TV not working , one lights in bathroom working ! than make a call to staff . she’s move us to another room a bit older but A/C ,TV is working, clean room everyday 3 days !! not everyday ! no safety box, no iron,no lift if you stay too floor you have to walk and carry you suitcase but this is not the hotel, you get what you pay for,to be fair all the business be closed too long no tourist that’s why everything not really renovated.
