Resort bonito

La amabilidad de la persona de recepción, hacia mucho calor en la habitación y nos cambió a una superior. El hotel es bonito

Está muy desplazado, hay que coger taxi para cualquier desplazamiento y al aeropuerto hay entre 35-45 minutos, dependiendo del tráfico y hora. La ubicación no es buena

Great place to stay if you don't want to do anything except eat, drink and sit in the pool.

private pool was great. Thai massage onsite was superb. Kayaking was great. Staff were very friendly, but not very knowledgable about things to do at Koh Samui.

no shade at the main pool. food was only average. a long way from any shops. no entertainment and very little onsite activities. there was broken glass in the sand outside the resort - thought someone would pick it up - but didn't. private pool didn't get cleaned while we were there and the algae build up could be felt on the bottom and sides of the pool. The atmosphere was very thick with smoke and smog - not the resort's fault, but I definitely won't be visiting Koh Samui again in January.

Too far from the beach front, food was basic, balcony pools were a waste of time and dangerous

Overall very nice resort , very remote from basic shops etc

The breakfast was very good , selection of fruits pastries and cooked breakfast Location was very close to the beach

Restaurant prices were high and on one night the food came out warm and not particularly very tasty Cocktails were ok - not much spirit put in them The front day loungers were good , but never brushed up from sand

Sea view, nice beach, clean and big rooms, big pool, good breackfast

Good breackfast, nici restaurant, sea view, big rooms. The beach is small but is privat and clean, the sea water vey clean and blue.

The location is a little bit far from touristic points, but you can rent a scooter or a car and you pas this !

Schade, für das toll gelegene Hotel

Ein tolles Hotel mit tollem Konzept in toller Lage.

Das Hotel ist mittlerweile abgewohnt, es riecht stark nach Kanalisation, der Service war überwiegend (an der Bar und im Restaurant) schlecht und die Preise unverschämt hoch bei schlechter Qualität. Ein Bier im Restaurant kostet 1/3 wie im Hotel.

Perfect stay!

This hotel is located on a beautiful beach. We had a villa with a private pool and it was spacious and clean. We enjoyed staying here and definitely will book this hotel again. The restaurant was also great with delicious food.

The bathroom is a bit small for a 2 bedroom villa as we were a family of 3. One does need transport to go anywhere from this hotel as it is slightly isolated from a town or shops. However, this suited us perfectly as we were not intending to leave the hotel.

Best hotel in koh samui with private pool

The Samui Resort is a stunningly beautiful hotel located in Koh Samui, Thailand. This luxurious property offers guests an exceptional experience, complete with private pools and breathtaking views. The private pools offered by the resort are truly exceptional, providing guests with a secluded oasis that is perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. The location of the resort is also ideal, as it is situated close to some of the island's most popular attractions, including beautiful beaches and stunning natural landmarks. Guests can easily explore the island and take in all of its natural beauty and charm. This resort is the perfect choice. I will personally recommend and visit again.

Relaxing holiday on a beautiful location

-Excellent resort if you want to relax (a bit remote but that’s the reason why we chose this resort) -Beautiful beach -Breakfast -Very friendly staff

- the bar in the evening was not convincing you to stay and have a drink. Some adjustments can make a difference in making people stay in the resort ( e.g. pool table, happy hour,…)

Amazing resort

This is a place where you truly can relax after travelling around in Thailand. The resort is locates 30 minutes from the airport in a peaceful environment. The staff is very kind and always up for a chat or help you with questions. If you want something arranged as going places they will help you with a taxi. As for the neighbourhood it is further from the touristic places but is has some nice restaurants located just walking distance from the resort, or if you want to stay in you can have dinner at the restaurant at the resort.

The only downside is that it is located a little further away from the touristic areas, but still douable if taking a taxi or renting a scooter.

Best resort to stay ever!

We love everything about the resort. Khun Art has been exceptionally amazing for arranging our stay in the villas for my family. All the staff are super kind and very hospitable, breakfast is also very good and has a great variety to choose from..the facilities and the location has been perfect for our stay. We definitely will be back again

Friendly staff and beautiful resort

Beautiful and quiet place , all the staffs are super nice and helpful

The only things we are not happy about is the shower , water is so slow , we couldn’t clean our hair properly , especially has long hair .and also our bath room will be very wet after we shower, cos has no shower curtain or door , so our toilet and floor is totally wet after our shower , please do something about it , but we are happy to stay in your retort , cos your staffs are so nice

Confortable and very quiet resort

Great resort with Nice trees and swimming pools. Great breakfast

No activity (was before the peak period) and the restaurant is good but expensive. In the end we stayed the morning to practice sports, have breakfast and enjoy the swimming pool but then used scooters to move to other places the afternoons and evening. Would have been great to have a few activities + snooker at the resort

A lovely paradise!! Is Koh Samuri the new phuket?

We stayed towards the end of June 2023, and we were in the 'off season' and it felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves!! Both pools were under construction but they looked lovely. The bar staff (What) was lovely and couldn't recommend him enough - he was so interested and caring really makes a difference!

Sometimes the drains smelt, and both pools were closed which we didn't know prior to booking.

Beautiful resort on the beach

Wonderful tropical getaway on the beach. Come here for rest and relaxation, lounge chairs by the sea, great food and great personel (don’t come for excitement or nearby bars or restaurants; we read reviews previous to coming here that people missed this but this place is for relaxing and enjoying!) We had a wonderful weekend.

Location great but it is a quiet spot. The accommodation is great and access to the beach. If you want good restaurants and night life its a taxi to Bophut - for fireworks and dinner on the beach.

A little slice of paradise, perfect location to relax and get away from it all. lovely staff.

excellent staff and service. loved the location on the beach and the pools were great.

overall property a bit tired due to covid, flooring around infinity pool needs replacing. Don’t think the toilet was cleaned properly during our stay and no brush provided but other than that cleaners were good.

blissful!

we loved our cute villa for the one night we stayed. the food was yummy & the beach was so peaceful and gorgeous for the sun set

the location was a bit far out but perfect for us as we needed to get to the pier the next day.

Exceptional

Everything about this property was above and beyond my expectations.First and foremost the staff at Passages Samui was beyond exceptional they truly made me us feel special from the time we checked in until the time we left.They alone are reason enough to return ! As far as the location there is no place as beautiful as this ,truly postcard perfect !Looking foward to returning again soon
