Great stay!

I love the area and the accommodation. The staff are absolutely lovely and have made my stay so comfortable. Always very helpful and happy to do so!

It's a shame that the Resturaunt and bar is currently under renovation but I'm excited to come back and see it!

Very friendly and nice hosts. Unfortunately the property it’s self was in dire need of a renovation

The location was walking distance to Mae Nam beach and close to a 7/11 store for general groceries and water etc

unfortunately the property was in need for renovation. The 1st cabin we stayed at had a problem with the shower water draining away. We were moved, however the 2nd cabin had no water pressure to shower properly

it is nice ambiance, overlooking the lake with blooming flowers is lovely. houses are spacious and the view from the room is nice.

it could be cleaner. houses are also a bit outdated and they also have problems with hot water - hot water in the shower works only if you turn on water in the sink at the same time. that means that from the shower you can’t get the water pressure you would wish in order to shower, let alone wash your hair. for the price paid I would expect higher standards.

A jewel

What a beautiful jewel for little money. The bungalows are grouped around a beautiful lotus pont. The air conditioning is above the bed and therefore perfectly placed. Never bothersome or uncomfortable from the draught. Everything is very clean and of course cleaned every day. Large bathroom with everything you need. In general, the room is very spacious, as is the wardrobe. Two bottles of fresh water every day, bathrobe, pool towels, bath towels, fridge, tea / coffee maker. The highlith is the private balcony overlooking the Pont and the surrounding area. It is very quiet, yet close to the main road. From the resort it is easy to explore the island. With the scooter, which can also be organised through the hotel. There is also a small communal kitchen that can be used and a communal dining area. Plates, cutlery, pans, plates, spices etc. are available. It is also great that a small, beautiful beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, as well as various local restaurants and bars. I am a frequent traveller and run a boutique hotel in Sri Lanka. I can recommend Farmers Villa to any budget traveller. Not suitable for backpackers on a very small budget and party people who are loud and prefer to go out every night. If Koh Samui, I would choose Farmers again.

but the rest of the hotel/space are run down and not in use. there’s no restaurant and no common pool or bar

Disappointing

Very nice view on a small lake. The room is very big.

Ugly plants in the bathroom... also cockroaches in the bathroom. Beh. Not clean !!!!!!! So dirty, the bed sheet were so dirty, see my picture please. One of the lights could not be turned off... we searched the whole room and used all light switches. No chance.

Excellent quality price, amid a stunning and quiet environment.

We liked the great location and the stunning environment with the rice fields around. The staff was very friendly, flexible and available. Even if close to the main road the estate was quiet, we had the pool for ourselves everytime. Overall really good quality price.

The resort is under renovation meaning the main pool and restaurant are not accesible although that was made perfectly clear before our arrival and reflected in our tariff. Besides, given that the doors could not perfectly close we had some mosquitoes in our room at night.

The rooms r spacious and clean. We liked our own private pool very much as well as the view on the Lotus- and rice fields. The Staff was superfriendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and we even got asked, if we want some more.
