My partner and I loved our stay. It was a fantastic room to come back to each night.

The location couldn’t be much better and nearly all of the rooms had a great view of the city surrounds.

There wasn’t much to complain about. Maybe a very slight hint of “out-dated” considering it was the “Hilton” (known as ultra classy). But nothing was actually non-functional.

Unorganised reception staff and minimal customer service for a fault on there end, no apology or credit for charging me twice for my room.

Not quite the Hilton I expected

Location was perfect- very close to fresh food markets and a short walk to Botanical Gardens. Also within easy reach of airport

For a Hilton Hotel it was tired generally. In particular the rooms. They need upgrading. Front forecourt at entry very lack lustre.

We had a photographer taking flash photos of Deb’s on the staircase. The continual flash made being in the bar uncomfortable. We both left very angry

Great location would recommend it for anyone wanting to be handy to shopping and city landmarks

Not good

The location and bed

It’s very old and tired. Shower was awful and I could hear tv’s from the rooms on either side of mine well into the night. I called down for ear plugs but they didn’t have any. Valet parking was 15 minutes late to return my car the first day so I was late to a funeral and the second day they parked it quite a distance away which meant I had to lug my huge bag to it and wasn’t offered help. I won’t stay again. And don’t recommend it to you. Not a five star experience, far from it.

Excellent place to stay in Adelaide!

Excellent location and well appointed rooms!!

Room's are large with a big bathroom, including a tub and a shower area!!

We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great location. Excellent gym facilities. Food and dining options were fantastic. Outdoor pool is a winner.

Pool spa could have been warmer.

It was ok, but not amazing,

Hiltons are very clean and I am asthmatic so I like the fact the rooms are clean. However, there was a very odd smell coming from the carpet between the twin beds.

Not a great location. Nothing much to see around the hotel.

It was ok.

The location is great. Tram is just across the hotel. The coffee and sele serve juices at breakfast was good.

The bes was comfortable but the room was outdated! The bathroom was from the 80’s or even 70’s. There was even a shower curtain! Didn’t feel hygenic. There was a strange odour, in the room. Don’t mistaken it to the room service which was great. The odour is sure related to the old carpeting, furniture and etc.

Very pleasant stay for 4 nights.

Room, view, facilities within the room, friendly staff and breakfast.

I ordered a chicken burger without a bun which was supposed to be with chipotle sauce and was given a chicken schnitzel with tomato sauce and the staff member who served me giggled about this being a more relevant order. Most places are capable of providing what was ordered, for people like me who don't eat bread.

Had a very pleasant stay overall and would likely stay again

I feel the rooms were a good size and had a nice view . The beds were comfortable. Staff were all lovely and polite. Location was excellent so good value for money. Breakfast was a good spread and fresh.

The bathrooms look a bit tired and need an upgrade. The pool was disappointing we expected a larger more inviting pool so we didn’t end up using it.

First trip for a disability person it was a huge deal for her and to achieve this goes a long way.

We got an upgrade in rooms which was very good and also comp breakfast, which goes a long way. Gym was excellent, staff were lovely. Location and easy for my clients is what mattered the most as she was in a wheel chair.

Check in could have been better, we had confusion with the room as we had to have wheel chair access and also bathroom access and we messaged the hotel and also bookings but when we got there it didn't happen which was really disappointing. But staff went out of their way to assist and make my clients stay memeroable.

Not value for money

The location

Tired, needs some major refurbishment. Lighting in the room was dreadful. Definitely not value for money, very disappointing. Also the TV was so low you could not view anything.

One night stay

The ground level decor and view from the room were amazing!

I didn't like the noisy air-conditioning. I also didn't like that you had to get into the bathtub to use the shower. This would not be good for customers who are elderly or anyone with mobility issues. I thought the room was very outdated and looked like it hadn't been renovated for a good 50 years. There was also no top sheet on the bed. The exhaust fan in the bathroom also didn't work. For the price we paid for the room, I would have expected more. We ordered from the room service menu thinking that was the price, only to be charged an extra $7 for it to be delivered to the room. As we ordered twice, $14 was a bit of shock when the bill arrived under the door in the morning. Perhaps you could put the total price so customers are aware of how much they will be charged. I was disappointed with the valet, which took an hour to get my car so we could leave. I understood it was quite a busy morning, and I was happy to wait the 25 minutes I was told it would take, but when I went back to reception the gentleman who was meant to retrieve my car had no idea and hadn't attempted to get it yet. Luckily, I wasn't in a rush to get somewhere, like the airport.

Overall, an enjoyable and comfortable stay, with friendly and helpful staff at a fantastic location.

It's an excellent location for the Adelaide Fringe. Central to shopping and enjoying the surroundings. Parking was not too far away and undercover, so the vehicle's safety was good. The breakfast was beautiful and most enjoyable. Though the rooms were tired, the staff were accommodating and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. It was busy, but that was to be expected due to the start of the Adelaide Festival. The air conditioning was off without me realising the location of the switch.

Around three and half in the morning, the hotel's fire alarm went off. We haven't been able to sleep well since, so I've asked for a late check-out. Sadly, no one answered my request, and I had to leave early. I had a terrible day all around. best wishes, Jeevan

Beautiful one night stay to wrap up our Adelaide visit. The kids loved the morning breakfast. And we enjoyed a few drink

Great lounge and restaurant

The heated pool wasn’t really heated. The staff told us that the heating wasn’t working. The hotel should stay on top of maintenance.
