The location was great for my purpose of traveling. There was a front desk woman from Mississippi (formerly) I forgot h

location wasn't far from where I had business to attend to

The lights in the room didn't work. The walls were thin, bedding wasn't get clean. The room had roaches and mosquitos in it.

absolutely disrespectful

So let me tell you my experience yesterday! When I arrived at the hotel (almost 1am) to do my check in the front desk was close, but there is a phone on the wall that you should buzz 500 so they can help you at that time. I WAS THERE EXHAUSTED for 40 minutes (they can check me on the camera waiting) after I called booking.com they called someone inside, but the whole process took abt 40 min. The girl that open right after didn’t showed like she cared much at all. So next: The room and the elevator was NASTY. My room smelled like pee, not even joking. It was not cheap (total of $218 for 2 nights) and I left the next day and checked myself in at doubletree at Hilton. Only $20 more and amazing hotel. The only consideration I would like to add is that the front desk for the next day, I guess “Ebony” was ready to help me getting a refund for part of that day and treated me really right. But again: do not waist your money. Worst hotel I ever stayed. Ellen Lima

Theft

There were no night time workers. No one was there and still charged!

Was charged for the room and no workers were there. Husband waited 20 minutes while calling the 500 number…still no one. I called customer service main number, was on hold for 10 or more minutes….said someone would be down. my husband waited another 10 minutes and still no one! they will not refund our money. Don’t stay here. Can’t trust them.

HORRIBLE. The facility was filthy, and NO ONE was behind the desk 24 hours. I had to check out earlier than expected that evening I checked in, and the front desk was closed?? What would happen if there was an emergency on the property? The place reaked of Marijuana, and the environment did NOT make feel safe. There was a lot of loitering around the property that brought me unsafe concern. I will NEVER, book this property again.

Price was low and they allow pets. Location is good only a short drive from downtown Atlanta. I wouldn't call it good but it's also not terrible for the price.

The beds felt like there was sand in them, in case you didn't know, Atlanta isn't close to the beach. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. It only leaked when it rained, unfortunately it rained a lot. The outlets behind the tv would not allow anything to be plugged in, luckily the cable would reach a different outlet a few feet away. This is the only hotel I've ever been to, and you'd includes other hotels in the lower price range, that limits the amount of devices that can connect to the free Wi-Fi. Most families have more than 2 devices that use internet.

The location worked for my trip but I thought the price was high for what you got.

It was within walking distance of my destination for the next day. The room was clean and in good condition. The room was spartan but adequate.

It took a long time (about 25 minutes) for a staff member to check me in after I called the 500 number. The room was right next to I-85 and the traffic noise was loud all night.

The bed had hair in it , the wall had a big hole in the wall ,the toilet was not safe about to fall over , and the hotel had big and small bugs all over an at night alot bugs came out crawling everywhere and Management did not try to change my room and did not Apologize IT WAS NIGHTMARE NEVER AGAIN , And The Staff Was Horrible!!!!!

No carpet in to keep the noise down from other guests in hallway. Pillows were a little flat.
