This cabin was amazing, plenty of room for 2 families, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

The property was as described. Very roomy, quality beds, clean, good amenities. It was a great fit for our family. And after booking we found it came with discounted tickets for area activities.
Only complaints were the need for some repairs. Everything technically worked but the microwave was falling apart, the dishwasher was rusty and didn’t clean dishes well, the upstairs pullout bed was not great, and the jets in the hot tub weren’t very powerful and the light didn’t work. I’d still stay there again but fixing these few things would bump it up to a 5 star rating.

The property is nice but kind of tired-looking. The deck was dingy and the hot tub was finicky. Many of the doors inside don't close and latch properly. The view from the deck was limited by the trees directly behind the deck. Very nice pool table but no bridge and one of the tips was missing from a cue stick. It was nice and clean, but not exceptional.

This cabin was fantastic and included ziplining squirrels!!! Well maintained with a beautiful view. We hope to book again next year!

I was very impressed with the property overall. The cabin was spotless. We had plenty of utensils and towels for our family. We loved the view from the balcony of the mountains. We also loved the pool table and hot tub. The entire decor of the cabin was great. We kept finding nice touches that we hadnt noticed before. I personally loved the huge painting as you walk in the front door. We will definitely be back.

The cabin was as described. It was very clean! The location is great. You are not too far from anything. Me and my family would definitely stay here again. The kids loved the pool table, and the hot tub.

Check in process was awesome. Only complaint we have is the hot tub wasn’t hot enough and the jets didn’t work very well. Our last night there, the hot tub wasn’t working at all.

This cabin is great and the location is very quiet because it's well out into farm country. About 10 to 15 minutes down the narrow twisting roads and you're right in the heart of town with all the excitement and necessities you could possibly desire. We'd happily stay in this cabin again. The only negative we dealt with were the ladybugs and stink bugs, and there's nothing anyone can really do about those in the autumn or winter. Where there's a way to get in, they'll find it. Other than that this place was very good!

Overall the property suited our needs. The parking wasn’t great for more than 1 vehicle and the lighting wasn’t fantastic. All that being said the only serious negative aspect was how uncomfortable the bed was. I enjoy a firm mattress, but that was a rock. Would stay again, especially with a new mattress. Conveniently located, but still secluded with a decent view off the back deck.

wished for better view from back porch a couple of pics were misleading when booking but I enjoyed the stay. Not a deal breaker should I want to book again.

Hot tub and tvs did not work properly and I notified the maintenance team Saturday. I had to pitch a fit to finally get maintenance to come and check it out, Sunday night. The hot tub ran constantly and was pretty annoying. The house was clean (the grill not so much) and we enjoyed being there but we were not able to enjoy the hot tub.

Cabin was as described. The Property Manager was always attentive to our requests/concerns. However, there were a few concerns. First, the septic tank alarm went off in the middle of the night, all night, our first night there. It was EXTREMELY loud and we could not get any sleep. The property Manager responded to our texts, and came over the next morning with someone who addressed this and took care of it, but we were dog tired after having driven 7 hours and got no sleep...Secondly, the cable kept going out during our stay. Turns out, there was a leak over the fireplace area where the cable box was located, and when it rained, water soaked and shorted out the cable box. The property Manager was again attentive to our needs, and a cable technician came to repair it the first time. The next couple of times it happened, the cable company reset it from their office. Next issue was the hot tub that would turn on, very loudly, in the middle of the night for a couple of hours. It never turned on when we needed to use it. It seems like an older model.
Overall it was a nice cabin, but feel that the owners can update and modernize some things, as well as check more regularly for repairs before a renter arrives.

Good place to visit
We loved the cabin. It had everything we needed. The hot tub such a nice place to relax in. We enjoyed the location of it too. Being off the main area in Pigeon Ford was so nice and relaxing. It was also only about 20 min. drive in to town. Also being able to use the free tickets on some attractions was nice.

Nicely Appointed Cabin
We were happy to find this cabin was very clean and had everything that we needed.
Bathrooms--all 3--were clean, hardware in good taste and style.
Toilets and shower/tubs all clean and in good working order.
Hot tub also working well.
Kitchen had a nice refrigerator, range, and sink.
All the important things were done well and we enjoyed our stay very much.
Thank you for the good experience---good at the cabin and good with the office/online experience!

Zip A Dee Doo Family Thanksgiving
It was a very good experience. Cabin was very clean and welcoming. My son and wife and 3 children 4yrs 7yrs and 9 yrs old drove from Killeen area Texas and loved the cabin and the hot tub ,the location being in the mountains . My son is a Major in the U S Army and we have not been together for 2yrs !It was a great memory for all. My daughter and husband were with me as well. The kitchen was well equipped and we all sat around the table for Thanksgiving dinner.
The only thing I would say I wish the fire place would have shown more of a flame as it would have made the room cozy more like a real fireplace but then I love a fireplace to set a cozy feeling in a cabin .
We did a lot and did take advantage of the explore 1free ticket as every little bit helps. We all had a great time and have made some happy memories.
Thank you
Patty
Ps maybe we could do it again next thanksgiving if everyone s schedule works out!

Although the cabin was very nice, there were a few details that would have made the stay better. I noticed there were not even salt and pepper on the kitchen. The reason had to do with Covid (?). I found that very strange. I feel the owner could have left salt and pepper for just the days we stayed and replenish it for the next guests. There are salt and pepper packets available for purchasing, if the reason had something to do with cleanliness. Also, no sponge to wash the dishes...how expensive can it be to leave a small sponge to do the dishes with? None of the TV's worked, or at least we couldn't make them work. It would have been nice to have directions on how to operate the TV's, printed and laminated. There were at least 4 cable/modems boxes, so we didn't want to mess with those to see if we could make the TV's work. We got a "no signal" message.
Although the cabin was very clean, the cushions on the outside furniture were dirty and stinky. Also, you can see beer and other bottles on the ground when you looked down from the balcony. I think the property management should do a better job of cleaning those before guests come in. After all, we want to experience life in the mountains and those do not belong in nature.
We couldn't find a mop to mop the water from a leak on the second floor bathroom. And we could have used more blankets.

Beautiful Cabin
We enjoyed our stay! We had a small issue with the master bedroom toilet running off and on the first night. Maintenance came out the day I called and took care of it. The half bath started the day before were left. Everything else was great! The Pool was closed until the last day due to a filter issue which was disappointing, but we had so much else to do anyway.

Overall good experience. Broken dryer was addressed quickly. Broken can opener was a bummer. But whole place was very nice. We stayed in the cabin a lot and really enjoyed it.

The cabin was beautiful, it had amazing views of the mountains, however if the trees were a little shorter you'd see more. The hot tub was nice but there are no lights in that area, the ones on hot tub either didn't work or their wasn't any. The kitchen was nicely stocked with appliances and you have everything you need to have a nice, comfortable stay. One thing I didn't like was that it says you get free attraction tickets which is nice. You get one person in free per day but when you try and call to book it no one answers, or they close at a certain time and you cant get thru. It was kind of a pain to try and get things scheduled in enough time. I think this would be nicer if you just had the tickets at the cabin when you arrived to use. It should be an easier way of using them. We really enjoyed our long weekend and would deffinetly return. Thank you
