If you have energy after the beach, you are within walking distance of the vibrant Cedros Design district, with amazing restaurants, the world-famous live music venue the Belly Up, and a unique shopping experience. During racing season, you can walk across the street to bet on the ponies at the famous Del Mar Race Track! The property itself was fine, with close proximity to the race track, the beach and the Belly Up Tavern. We were greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers & a nice red wine on the dining table. The owner however tried to get us to purchase new bedding to replace damage prior guests had done which was extremely disappointing.

We loved our stay at this home! From the welcoming text to the easy departing instructions, we had a wondering time being hosted by this rental. The house is exactly as shared if not better and the location makes it so central to lots of activities. We will definitely be back :)

My multi-generational family and I had a truly fantastic vacation at this luxurious Solana Beach home. The salt water private pool was a pure joy. Such a treat to take a dip and play in the pool everyday. There are plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, pool toys and towels. The home was clean and solidly built/quiet to move around without disturbing others. The main floor has the large great room including the dining area, living room and modern kitchen (fully stocked, convection oven, gas range, large fridge/freezers). There is a balcony off the main level where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks with a view of the ocean. The master bedroom is off the great room on the main level and has a king bed and large rain forest shower and access to the pool area. You can also access the pool off the great room and from the lower level bedrooms and media room. The neighborhood is quiet and private, perfect for low key chilling by the pool. We also were able to walk to the beach and to Del Mar Race track. Such a convenient location and very special vacation. Thank you and we hope to return in the future.

As advertised, a great place. Spacious for our fam of 5. Kids had a great time in the pool, easy walk to the beach. The kids had endless pool toys, beach toys, chairs. We didn’t have to bring anything. We would book again!!

Right now you're sifting through dozens of properties. The one thing you cannot see from this listing alone is the absolutely incredible property management this home comes with.
I had text message access to them 24/7 and they responded with a real person who really cared incredibly quickly. Our stay was saved during the insane Southwest Airline breakdown of 2022 by their thoughtfulness and attentiveness.
They even gave my children a gift for xmas.
The house was just as it looks here - and felt wonderful in person. The master bed was actually comfortable, and not a single neighbor's window looked into the house or backyard (very clever architect!!).
Enjoy one of my new favorite places in the word.

We had an wonderful time. The house is as beautiful as the location. It had everything we needed for a relaxing couple of days. Our 2 kids (7yo) had a great time in the pool. Communication was quick and helpful. We hope to stay again in the future.

We loved our stay. It exceeded expectations in every category. Check in was seamless and the host was always available. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and had everything you need and then some. Extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the ocean view, pool and hot tub! If I was to stay in the area again, I’d without a doubt reserve this property. Thank you!

We stayed in here for a few nights around July 4, 2022 and had a great stay. It has a very nice pool and is super close to the beach. The guitars were an unexpected bonus.

Great escape to Paradise
If you are looking for an escape to Paradise, this home has it all. Clean, amazing view and great accommodations. (LOVED the heated pool that was offered). Matt/Anna and their team made us feel like royals and was there for us, as needed. I would definitely plan to go back there soon! Thank you Matt/Anna for creating a weekend of memories for me and my guests.
Ps. We utilized Chef Adam for a private dinner during our stay and he was a rockstar with his amazing and creative dishes. 5 stars all the way! :)

The location is great. The floor plan is good. The property feels very dated and worn. It desperately needs a refresh. I enjoyed staying there but would not again due to the price vs the condition of the property.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful rental home. The home had everything we could possibly want - 4 bedrooms, pool, hot tub, close proximity to beach, shops, restaurants, and more. Both the interior and exterior design of the home is stunning. Anna was so responsive and helped us with any questions that popped up throughout the week. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return one day. Wonderful House
My family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The property was very clean and as advertised. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Close walk to the beach, and paved walking trail. Putt Putt a couple miles away. Within 25 minutes of several attractions like the zoo, Sea World and Old Town where you can pick up a hop on hop off trolly tour of San Diego.
