This 6 bedroom/6.5 bathroom home boasts 3 master suites, a gulf front infinity pool and spacious accommodations for 21 guests. This sophisticated four-story home is decorated with luxurious furnishings throughout and an art collection that you'll want for yourself. No details were left behind. The first floor offers a private, separate entrance suite with a full bath, sitting area, TV, and a mini fridge. The second floor features an open concept kitchen, living, dining room, wet bar, and walk-in pantry overlooking the beautiful water with floor-to-ceiling windows all around. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances from Viking and Sub Zero, along with 2 dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators and freezers. The wet bar includes a mini fridge, ice machine and sink. The dining table seats up to 12 guests with 5 additional seats at the kitchen countertop making dinner a family affair to remember! A powder room is available for your guests on this floor. In addition, you'll find two master suites on the second floor, each with a private bathroom and walk-in closets. You’ll also find a full-size washer and dryer on this floor for your convenience. Enjoy grilling out on the outside deck with an additional outdoor dining table option that seats 12 guests overlooking the beautiful Gulf. The two outdoor showers are located on either side of the deck, each with access to the master suites. The upper deck features a seating area with a sofa and two chairs plus the dining area. The third floor has two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a bunk bed, which has a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed up top. A playroom is located in the center of this floor with a pull-out couch and 62”TV along with video games, such as Nintendo 64 & Wii. The fourth floor serves as the perfect penthouse. I have stayed many of places on the beach. Anywhere from hotels, condos and homes. This home far exceeded every expectation. We already booked it for another vacation this summer. They had everything you would possibly need for a great time at the beach. You could tell that the family that owns the home takes pride in sharing it with others such as my family.

Plenty of space for a large family and all the amenities to make cooking and cleaning for a group as easy as possible (two sinks, ovens, dishwashers, etc). Private, direct access beach meant more time playing and zero time packing, planning, hauling. Gorgeous view!

Awesome Vacation Home
This home was the perfect place for a memorable family vacation--private beach access, gorgeous infinity pool, beautiful deck, roomy house, phenomenal kitchen, bar and pantry.....We wished that the area had recycling and that the ground floor bedroom had better access to the rest of the house. Otherwise,

As soon as you walk in from the entry, your view is of the amazing teal water and the white sugar sand! This home is the most appointed one we’ve stayed in yet. Has everything you need. Don’t pack beach towels, there are so many. Games, pool toys, kayaks(which we loved), boogie boards, water table for the littles, ect. It has it all!! It’s right on the beach which made it so easy for coming and going back to swim in the infinity pool. My grands loved it! We had a tiny hiccup (no fault of the owners) and Kelly fixed it quickly. What an excellent host! We definitely would stay here again!

We brought our whole family of 13 to celebrate 50 years of being together. 5 families had their own bedrooms and bathrooms to themselves, which made life a whole lot better for everyone. House was huge, had everything you needed. We asked for pool to be heated (was there in March) and this was a plus for all of that wanted to get into the pool. Beach was right behind the house and all of us walked the beach on several occasions. Was very easy to get to any of the activities you would choose to do when in Florida.

Celebrating 50 Years of Marriage with Family
We brought our whole family of 13 to celebrate 50 years of being together. 5 families had their own bedrooms and bathrooms to themselves, which made life a whole lot better for everyone. House was huge, had everything you needed. We asked for pool to be heated (was there in March) and this was a plus for all of that wanted to get into the pool. Beach was right behind the house and all of us walked the beach on several occasions. Was very easy to get to any of the activities you would choose to do when in Florida.

The door I see people complaining about is not that hard. Just read the very easy to follow instructions in the email they send.
The owner was responsive to any questions we had.
The only three minor complaints I have: There are a bunch of popped nails on the back deck. You need to wear sandals out there. We had one kid cut his foot pretty bad so everyone wore foot coverings after that which seems goofy around a pool. The other "complaint" is that they only set up 4 chairs and one umbrella for a house that holds 16 people. And some days they don't set it up at all. I think for what I paid they could have put up 2 or 3 umbrellas and done it daily. Finally, the pool alarm is super super annoying, but you get used to it.
Overall it is really a wonderful place and its obvious the owners have made many great memories there. It is pretty cool to get to share that. There are plenty of beach toys, but you can't use the golf cart. The owner did refer me to a place that did rent golf carts though so that was nice. If we rent there again I will probably ask for a housekeeping service to be there during the day just to deal with dishes and towels, but that is just me. Great place and yes I would recommend it.

My husband and I decided to rent this property and take our daughter, who is in a wheelchair, and her family the ocean for a week and spend some time together and relax. We specifically rented this house because it had the evaluator for my daughter, a pool for the three kids and it was in a private location so there were not a lot of people around as my daughter is ill and we couldn't take any chances with her health. I'm not going to go into all of the detail of this unfortunate event but I will tell you that after driving two days we arrived at the property, the elevator didn't work, there were cockroaches in the house, the pool heater did not work (mind you, we knew the weather was going to be cool and the kids couldn't go into the ocean, that's one of the reasons we rented this house was for the pool). I paid extra for the pool heater too. A very long story short, we spoke with Kelly the property manager and at first she was great, she worked with us to get the elevator working that night and sent a cleaning crew and exterminator to take care of the cockroach problem. We were assured that the pool heater was going to be taken care of asap. So that's great, she felt so bad we were going through this and told us that she was going to refund our money. Of course this was too much and before we had a chance to tell her that she already sent the money back to our account. My husband and I had already decided we were going to give it back. We received a call the next day from her brother, who was not so nice and went on to say that we threatened Kelly into giving us the money, he was rude and misinformed, accusing my husband of being mean to his sister. I'm sorry but my husband is the nicest man and he would never and why would he Kelly was so thoughtful and helpful. Anyways after a couple upsetting phone calls from Kelly's brother we paid them the money back less two days and the pool heater cost. The pool heater was not fixed until the last day of us being there so the kids didn't get to use it or the hot tub. We ended up leaving a day early because we just wanted to go home. I do have to say the house and the location is beautiful, we did enjoy being together for that week, I hope in the future the management takes better care of renting to families. No one wants to go on vacation and have all this drama.

The pool & hot tub are outstanding.
We enjoyed being on the the absolutely beautiful beach and walking a long way in either direction.
We loved the 3 refrigerators, the ice maker and all of the available kitchen items.
Potential improvement:
If you put a wall on the first floor from the elevator to the bedroom that guest would never have to walk out of the main building. You can also put a door for access from the ground floor.

Really nice property, and really excellent experience working with owner. Perfect for large groups. House is nice and big, and even though we have many kids, the house was really quiet. Really nice property, and really excellent experience working with owner. Perfect for large groups. House is nice and big, and even though we have many kids, the house was really quiet. Pool was excellent and location to the beach was super close. Lots to walk to and lots to keep us occupied.
The house does need some updates, and needs to be decluttered. Also, the front and back door needs to be fixed. The front door is near impossible to shut and lock. In fact most nights, we left the front door unlocked, and spent 5+ mins trying to get closed.

Awesome beach house
Wonderful home located steps from a quiet beach. Perfect for families with kids. We spent so much time on the large deck just enjoying the ocean view, hot tub and heated pool. Doesn't get much better. The great room and kitchen located off the main deck is very convenient and offers everything you need. Two laundry rooms, double dishwashers, 3 refrigerators and an ice machine is perfect for entertaining a large group. Easy access to local attractions if for some crazy reason you decide to leave the house for the day. The only negative (certainly minor) is that the private lower level suite is not accessible to the main house without going outside, so it's not ideal for small kids. Otherwise this is an amazing property with every convenience. Kelly was very responsive to our questions and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect layout for families with young kids
This home has everything. The layout and construction were perfect, meaning it was so quiet on every floor despite a busy house. Ocean views from every bedroom (with the exception of the ground floor apartment under the house, separate from the main quarters which we didn't use). The owners provide a fully stocked pantry, kitchen, cleaning products, first aid, beach towels, beach and ocean toys, sunscreen, sunglasses, games, etc. Just pack your clothes and shop for fresh food when you're there. The elevator made moving luggage up/down 3 floors a breeze. It is evident this is a well-loved home and the owners take great care that their guests enjoy their stay. This is not a corporately operated rental in the very best way. Sunset views are exceptional. The only disappointment was the pool heater was out of service during our stay, though Kelly made a genuine effort to expedite its repair it was unable to get up and running in time. She sent a lovely gift basket to the house with her sincere apologies. If available we'd stay here again in a heartbeat before looking at other beachfront properties on future trips to the area.

Best Beach House Ever
I cannot say enough positive things about this house. First of all the location is supreme. It just doesn't get any better. Being right on the beach is worth the price of admission. The house is laid out perfectly for groups of friends or a large family. You're still together but everyone has their one area for privacy. I've never stayed in such a well equipped rental before. Beach towels, pool toys, beach chairs, every dish and kitchen utensil imaginable. The house was relaxing and well lived in so you didnt feel uncomfortable but clean and beautiful. My husband and I hosted our mothers, our siblings and their spouses and their children for Thanksgiving and it couldnt have been better. 2 60+ ladies; 9 of us in our 30s and 5 children ages 14 to 1. We sat on the deck in the mornings while the kids ran from beach to pool to beach to pool. We had groceries for all 3 meals for 5 days delivered via instacart and we never left the house. Kelly was very attentive and responsive; there is a thorough manual for the house. Check in and out was a breeze. Can't wait to go back!!
