Situated in Flic en Flac, this charming house for $84 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Vacationers do not come to us by chance..It is that the quality / price ratio is simply unbeatable! Below is an overview of the services offered and included in the rates: - a maid service twice a week with regular replacement of bedding and towels. There is always a surplus in the cabinets. Beach towels are also provided. The bedding and towels are of good quality. - a WiFi connection at all levels, ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors (Fiber optic with speed 10M) as well as a completely free laptop. - a system of surveillance cameras outside. Your security is total - Tennis and Squash rackets and balls are provided free of charge. - all bedrooms (4) are air conditioned and appliances regularly maintained. The living room and the dining room are equipped with two fans on foot. - running hot water at all water points - electronic box - fire extinguishers and burglar alarm system - household gas detector in the kitchen - Satellite channels (well-rounded bouquet for all tastes), SONY LED flat screen DVD player and Hi-Fi system (local FM radios and music CDs), - table water is free. There is a water fountain on site which provides boiling, temperate and cold water continuously. However, tap water is drinkable. - a mobile with units is available to keep in touch with us, even on the go, and to make calls locally. - large Weber barbecue on gas on wheels as well as the accessories - first aid kit and a substantial welcome basket on arrival ... and good plans to enhance the stay ... You will also have the possibility of ordering evening meals which will be delivered to your home at the time that suits you. It is an exclusively local cuisine which makes the happiness of more than one ... especially suitable after a day of excursions ... We had the opportunity of staying at 25 Le Tamier over the Christmas and New Year period together with our adult children and grandchildren. As usual, the accommodation was superb, clean and spacious. The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants is ideal and all within easy walking distance. Thank you to Norbert and Lauriane for their care to detail and friendliness. Over the years, this has become our home from home and always look forward to our annual stay.

We had a nice holiday, but we have som advice and comments for future clients. We had quite a lot of problems during our stay. First, two leeks from the toilet, wich needed three visits from the plumber before fixed. Eletricity in our house was not dimentioned for the use of air condition. We were awakened by power cuts six nights (some nights several times), and also had some during daytime. Visit by electrician six times to fix several problems. Water disappeared a few times. Water dispenser worked on arrival, but was broken after service. Visit by service guy/owner three times before we got a new one. Pool was closed at leased 11 days during our 38 day stay (because the water turned green), in addition to daily maintenance which led to the pool being closed several hours a week. There were several smaller problems as well.Price included maid service two times a week. Be aware that this does not mean that the house is cleaned two times a week, just that the maid comes two times (one time for cleaning, laundry etc, and the next time to fold clothes etc). After adressing the problems, we had an argument with the manager that we found to be very unreasonable and unpleasant (calling us difficult clients etc). We would recommend for future clients not to pay everything on arrival like we did, as no compensation for the problems were given.It is possible to rent a car with the house. Be aware that this is a privat car not licensed for rentals. In case of accidents, the insurance will not be valid for clients (even though the manager might claim different). We were asked to tell the authorities that we had borrowed the car (not rented) in case of accidents or controls. It is possible to rent licensed cars (yellow plates) at several places in Flic en Flac.Location is good, in a nice garden in a quiet area five minutes walk from the centre and a great beach.

"In general what comes to the accommodation anywhere, you get more promises than the place really is. Now it was just the opposite - you got more than promised. In addition to all expectations, the price contained cleaning and also water machine (that you really learn to appreciate, because you need a lot of water during your stay). We were warmly welcomed and Norbert is absolutely brilliant landlord, always willing to help you in case you wanted to visit the local supermarket or needed hints on good restaurants or transportation to the local zoo. Noteworthy is the relation between price and quality - it just hits the mark."

We enjoyed our holiday in this villa, reality is as described on Homelidays, quiet location, safe, beach approx 6 min. We can recommend!Užili jsme si krásnou dovolenou a byli jsme naprosto spokojeni, velmi tichá a bezpečná lokalita vhodná pro rodiny s dětmi. Popis odpovídá realitě, pláž cca 6 min pěšky. Můžeme jen doporučit!
