Perfect location for a getaway in Tahoe! Though it was just my bf and I (and we only needed 1 of the 3 rooms) we loved the space. It was also nice to be was walking distance from nearby food spots and shops/ A short drive away from the main shopping center which was convenient. I felt that we had all that we needed staying here and would absolutely recommend to others!

Condo was roomy & nicely furnished.
Inadequate supplies:
No Kleenex
No supplies to clean cooking utensils: no Ajax or Brillo Pads. 4 large glasses & 3 small glasses!! 4 knives. Dishwasher coming loose.

None or very limited cell service at rental, so could not do checkout link until after we left. Note that instructions in the rental are different than the link.
Dishwasher is not properly mounted and seemed to "fall" when we opened it. Also, the top rack was off the track and halfway fell off when I opened the dishwasher. I left the rack on the counter.
The carpet is quite dirty. I understand the rule about no shoes, but you should supply slippers as a courtesy until the carpet situation is dealt with.

Everything was great but we weren’t able to turn on the washing machine and start a load for the host.

The layout of the property was nice with garage access to the lower level. There was a washer and dryer on the lower level. The washer was smaller which required smaller loads. The carpet leading up to the main level was heavily soiled and needs to be replaced. The walls had several scuffs and could use a fresh coat of paint. There were bare necessities for utensils supplied for the kitchen. The dishwasher was not fixed to the countertop. It was ran for two hours and the dishes came out dirty. Therefore we washed all dishes by hand. All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the upper level. The water took several minutes to heat up as the water heater was in the garage. There was a spider and web in the stairwell leading up the the upper level. Overall the property served its purpose but could use some upgrades.

We were very pleased with our stay! The condo was very clean and we were able to check in rather quickly. The process was easy. So thankful the garage was included! We also loved having the space on the lower level floor to hang up and keep organized all our ski/snowboard equipment! We could just grab and go which made it so convenient. The bathrooms are updated and are great! The beds in all the bedrooms are great also. No complaints there! There are plenty of dressers, and closets! While our stay was great we do want to make potential bookers aware of a few minor things…
The dishwasher in the kitchen is not attached to the cabinets so it is a little shaky. Be careful using!
The washer does work (and so thankful that this amenity was included) but it does leak.
The water gets VERY hot very fast.
When lighting the fireplace be sure to step back and not turn the gas dial up all the way…you could lose your eyebrows! :)
The carpeting going from the lower floor to the main floor is very soiled. This is the only place in the condo that has this deep soiling. We suggest management remove the carpet all together or perhaps they can get the carpet cleaned a bit more often.
Overall, it was a great stay, great location, there are many grocery stores, spas, and rental stores close by which is very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting in the Fall!

Had everything we needed; was perfect for our stay. Host very responsive, easy to check in and out. Quiet complex, relaxing home. Close to many good cross country ski options. No views since condo surrounded by other condo.

I have rented 2 other properties in the past from Vacasa and both were great, absolutely nothing to complain about. This place was absolutely the most disgusting place I have ever seen. Carpets and stairs in the whole place were deeply stains and filthy dirty, poor ventilation, ceiling fans and portables fans were completely coated with dust, floor vents, and ceiling filters need to be replacing and cleaned, wash machine leaked, racks on dishwasher broken, rollers on racks also missing, screws that holding dishwasher in place missing so dishwasher tipped forward, cupboard to the right of stove door feel off because of stripped screws, patio, table, and chairs needed to be wiped down and deck was covered with spilled spots, windows dirty in and out and bugs on the window sills, broken screens on sliders, middle bedroom couldn't use as windows wouldn't open and no fans of any kind in that room, broken pedestal on end table in living room, linens and towels need to be replaced (old and stained), walls and molding need to be repainted. Nothing like the pictures. If I was the owner of this placed I would be total embarrassed and if I was the management company I would not want my name associated with this property. We also decided to leave a day early as more people came in and parked behind garage that made it more difficult for us to get in and out. Do not expect to get a response back , but the right thing to do here would be to refund at least half of my money back.

Had to cut our trip short due to the storm coming in, but would have been the perfect home to get snowed in! Beautiful home, great location and for sure will stay here again!!!!

Nice place…we enjoyed our stay even though there was a heat wave & there was no AC. Can see there’s been some usage and could use a bit of TLC, overall it was a good stay. Great location in Incline Village.

Everything was ok, but things just need updating. Drawers in the bathroom cabinets are falling apart. The dresser drawers in the master stick and are hard to open. The bedroom doors stick and make noise. The carpet on the stairs from ground floor to the first floor need to be replaced. The deck was covered in pollen and had not been cleaned before we arrived, so was unusable until we took a few pitchers of water out and scrubbed and cleaned. Overall, not a bad rental, but it seems to have been a rental for a long time without a lot of attention.

It was perfect for a family looking for all the amenities from a fully stocked, beautiful kitchen to a fireplace and newly remodeled bathrooms. Garage was great to keep our skis in and the mudroom was helpful.

Very nice condo with newly remodeled kitchen, comfortable living area and gas fireplace. Bathrooms were big with lots of hot water. 3 blocks to the beach! Only negative was the master king mattress which showed clear dips in it- not comfortable at all!

We love the stay, for the exception that we could not check in right away. It is not your fault however we were tired from driving so it was an inconvenience for us

Cleaning was substandard:
The apartment was not aired properly, it smelled intensely of cleaning agent and we had to air it for 30 minutes +
The coffee machine had stale coffee in it and had not been cleaned
The dishwasher was filled and not all the dishes had been properly rinsed before and we had to wash them again
Both the washing machine and the drier were full, the washing machine with dirty towels which were not washed
No garbage bags
No dishwasher towel
A faucet is loose dangling in a bathroom and at danger of breaking
Several cabinets don’t close properly
The code for the lockbox was wrong, I had to call for the correct one

Wonderful stay
You definitely will feel like you are home away from home. The condo has everything you need and the kitchen is great for us chefs. Even though there were only two of us there is enough space for 6 people. Internet connection was perfect to stay connected to my patients, cell service was great and there is even Netflix after a long day of activities. Location is superb as North Tahoe is the best in summer for activities. You are close to grocery stores and all the trails, harbors, and bike rentals.
The garage does not fit a full sized SUV-our rental was a Ford Explorer-but there is a parking space in front. Since it was summer and weather was wonderful not having a garage was not a big deal but if winter rent a midsized SUV so you’ll fit. With such gorgeous weather it was a bit hot as there is no air conditioning but they have plenty of fans and in winter this would not be an issue.
Overall I would recommend and would definitely come back for skiing.

Deceiving Pictures
Several items broken in house, filthy/spotted rugs throughout house, on street side so can’t open windows, property management never answered question I asked 2 weeks prior to check in and NEVER answered my remarks and request during my stay.
Great location to beaches. BUT not worth the price AT ALL!!

An average stay
The picture advertising the property showed a view of the beach from the deck. Unfortunately there was no such view as we were blocks away from the beach. The promised beach and pool was only open to residents due to the Covid Issue. We did not find out about that until the day before we left. The unit was spacious and fairly well equipped although it could’ve been more plates. The rugs were filthy. Ironically, they were signsAt the two entrances to remove your shoes. There also was no AC.

Nice stay in quiet conveniently located Incline Village home
My family and I had a 2 night stay at the end of a 2 week trek in California. We really liked the spacious layout having spent the previous 12 nights in hotel rooms. About a 10 minute easy walk to the private beach (which also has a really nice pool and bar serving food). Directly across the street from a grocery store. Not too many restaurants around though. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Cedars West!

Convenient location. Well equipped kitchen.
Comfortable beds. Lovely furnishings. Clean. Plenty of room & light. Quite, did not need to open windows. Laundry room was a plus. Infinity Lexus did not fit in garage, but we were able to parallel park it in marked unit space across from unit because there was no snow May 28 - June 1. Hallway bathroom problem on 2nd floor needs to be addressed. The shower leaks quite a bit of water onto floor when showering. I had to put a towel down to absorb it all. I ran the fan and checked the drain and made sure the glass door was in its proper position, but it still leaked. The edge of wall was beginning to show signs of ongoing problem. The blinds in the Master Bedroom would not stay up, but not really an issue.

The home was absolutely lovely! All the amenities were top notch, and we adored the kitchen. There was plenty of room for our party of five, and location was centrally located. Loved this property!

Great Place
Nice clean place, everything worked well and very comfortable. It's very spacious with a great kitchen and plenty of room for a large group. You're close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. My only suggestion would be a fresh coat of paint as it's starting to show signs of a rental. I would definitely stay here again.
