This beautiful and recently renovated 3BR/3BA (plus a Bonus 4th BR) townhome is located in the riverfront community of Waters Edge that offers the best of both worlds, from communal swimming pool and a fishing pier, to a 10-minute walk (3 min golf cart ride) to the beach! This townhome accommodates 7 guests and features hardwood floors throughout the entire house. Water views from all three main bedrooms and all bathrooms were recently updated in stunning finishes that set this unit apart from others in the community. The primary floor offers an open concept kitchen/dining and living room that leads to a large screened in river view porch. Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with an array of great restaurants, ample nightlife options, plenty of shopping, water activities, and more. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 15 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island! Please note:: The Waters Edge HOA does not allow ANY pets of any kind, including service dogs, emotional support animals or any other documented pet. Although not confirmed by the city, work is expected to start around early March until mid-August 2024 and will be focused one block at a time. While we expect this to be a net positive to everyone (more sand and larger beaches), there is a small chance that your closest beach access point may be impacted during your stay. The city hasn't provided any further information on more precise dates, scheduling, or sequencing. But you can stay informed with the latest by visiting the City of Folly Beaches website. Please note that our office does not have any more information than what is posted online, and we are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the re-nourishment during your stay. Notes You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. Parking is provided for 3 standard size vehicles (parking inside the garage). Garage opening is 7 feet tall and 9 feet wide The community pool is open April-October from 10am-10pm (exact dates can vary depending on weather) and the fishing dock is open year round. No grills, food trucks, or catering services that have to set up outside for service or preparation are permitted per HOA guidelines. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. 12 miles to Downtown Charleston. 22 miles to Charleston Airport. The HOA has created a mandatory quarterly Pest Control service schedule. Please note that if you are a current guest during the service, we'll still need to grant them access to the property to avoid a fine from the HOA. If you are not at the property, we will have to give them access to complete the service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to give advance warning to all guests as the HOA alerts us of the service times or any changes. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, is 100% privacy compliant, and does NOT listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license. Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable. This property is licensed by the City of Folly Beach to be used as a vacation rental property; Business license LIC005260 and Rental Registration STR23TG-128766.

Everything was perfect! We loved the location. It was close to downtown Folly and the beach, but having the fishing pier was the best! The house was outfitted well with towels and essentials like spices and even K-cups for the Keurig. I would definitely suggest to future renters to walk to restaurants or shops and to get your groceries on the way in since most parking downtown is not free and shopping on the island is minimal. The only negative that might affect renters, is the stairs coming from the garage and the top floor are very steep. I don’t think my older parents would be able to go with us for this reason. This house is perfect for a weekend getaway, very clean and modern.

Fantastic week in Folly Beach. Accomodations were excellent. The house suited all of our needs very well. House was clean and very centrally located which made walking into main street or the beach very easy. We did not rent a golf cart as everything was very close by. The only minor issue we had was that this home did not have a barbecue. I assumed it would (my fault when I read in more detail about the amenities it did not list a barbecue). Our week was wonderful ......two thoughts.....unit really needs a grill....not sure why garage to back is locked....pool for community is way undersized.....other then that our week was wonderful close to everything. MyOceanRental: Thank you for your review and feedback. Regarding the back door, it should be able to be unlocked from inside the garage. Also, the owner does not wish to supply a grill for this property unfortunately. We are so glad that you otherwise enjoyed your stay!!

This house has everything! Deck for sunning, screened in deck for sitting, kitchen fully stocked! All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful! Contact information and communication were great!
