Situated in Noord, this lovely villa for $544 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to Topaz 35! Open our front door and step into a stunning open space with high wooden ceilings, beautiful flooring and large kitchen. Glass walls and glass doors will provide a gorgeous view to the pool area and give this beautifully decorated Villa a spacious feel. Here you will discover a beautiful view of the tropical garden, lounge area and private pool. This luxurious modern villa is stunning and has all the ingredients you are looking for. In total, there are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This ground floor villa has a unique layout. The 3 bedrooms are in a seperate building and can only be accessed through the patio outside. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and also a small private seating area in the back. This makes this villa great for three couples or groups of friends who like to spend their holidays together but also value some privacy. Furthermore the bedrooms have airconditioning, they have great closet space, they each have their own TV and the bathrooms have hot water. The appealing backyard has a small pool, very suitable for younger children or to just lounge in with your drink to cool off from the hot sun, The shaded patio offers just what you need to enjoy your breakfast in the morning or sit and read on the sofa. We have a BBQ by the pool, a dining table, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and at night the outdoor lighting is really romantic. This villa is definitely one of a kind! The living area is also airconditioned and has a great dining area, seating area and modern open kitchen. We have all the needed appliances, pots and pans and dishes so you can prepare your meals comfortably at home. Dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, stove, you name it, it's there. We value your safety so we have an alarm system that is connected to a professional security company and a safe to store your valuables. Furthermore you can park on the driveway, we have WiFi, we offer beach chairs, a cooler, we have a washer, we have it ALL. From this villa, you are only about 5 minutes away from the famous beaches like Arashi and Palm Beach. At the Palm Beach hotel strip you will find any restaurant, watersports, entertainment or shopping. You will be able to enjoy quiet and privacy at home, while all the hustle and bustle of the hotels is only minutes away, All Aruba's beaches are public so you can just bring your own beach chairs and enjoy any hotel beach and enjoy the same ammenities as any hotel guest. We are Premier host on HomeAway so you will be in good hands with the Marin Family! You can read all our reviews of the multiple properties we manage. NOTES There is a cleaning fee of $225 USD (cash) upon check in. This fee covers both the preparation and cleaning of the home before you arrive and the cleaning after you leave. Please take the time to read our houserules, we rent homes for relaxing family vacation and absolutely no parties or events allowed. SMOKING outdoors only. We advise you when you book your ticket to directly take out travel and cancellation insurance, both for the trip and for the rental of the house. With the insurance, you will be protected from financial loss if a booking is cancelled or cut short is case of any emergencies. We understand the need to be flexible in these uncertain times when traveling is more stressful than usual, so we have changed our cancelation policy to the most flexible one and will even refund after the policy date if borders close or there are travel restrictions. However, please understand it is devastating for any home owner to be canceled last minute and loose their rental income for the week, so please try to cancel as early as possible if you are uncertain about traveling.

I have no complaints! The property looked just like the pictures! It was clean, he answered all of our questions before he left, and we even got to check out a little later since we had late flights! Aruba I will be back & I will book this property each time!

Nice family house in north part of Aruba island
Nice family vacation house. We were a family of 5 adults, but the house is perfect also for families with small children. The house is complete with all useful things and appliances you need to enjoy a beach vacation and dinner at home by the night. Separate main living room with kitchen from the 3 bedrooms, each with cable TV. Some issues during our stay, promptly fixed by the Ritz family.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful home
This is the second house that we rented from the Marin Family and we were not disappointed at all. Daniel was great to work. The house was spotless and the pool was wonderful to jump into after a day at the beach. We can’t wait to go back to Aruba.

An Aruban Paradise
Pictures can't do justice to the beauty and tranquility of this property. The villa is well laid out and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Communication with the property manager was spectacular - he often replied within minutes. The villa is close to the beaches and within minutes to all the restaurants in the high rise area. You can't go wrong with this one.

Amazing family vacation rental
This was our first time in Aruba and I couldn’t be happier with our accommodations. The trip started off not so great with the airline messing up our boarding pass and basically pushing our travel plans back a day. I contacted Jose and the team and they were understanding. They adjusted our accommodations last minute without hesitation. Once we arrived we fell in love with the house. My toddler loved being in the pool for hours. The house was clean, spacious, and private. Communication was easy and quick. The check in and check out process was smooth. We will definitely be coming back during our future stays in Aruba!

Generally Quite Nice
The Great: The house is a great setup, with living areas separate from three bedrooms, each with private bath and private terrace. We could be sociable with our friends, or could find time alone. The living area has nice high ceilings, cold AC, and pretty comfortable furnishings. Everything was clean and neat, everything worked, and it was obvious the owners had thought about the needs of potential guests. Location was OK, a pretty easy drive to get to any stores, restaurants, or activities.
The Not So Great: Beds were pretty hard, and the pillows need to be replaced. Pool was mostly very shallow, and quite small. It was perfect for small children, a little cramped for adults. There were a few broken and worn things that I would have thought would be fixed immediately: broken LED on the pool steps, sun shades at the outdoor terrace. Not a huge deal, just not quite in keeping with what I expected.... I would also strongly suggest the owners replace the non-stick pans, which are showing their age.
The Weird: Mentioned nowhere in the property description is the fact that hot water is only piped to the showers. Not the kitchen, not the bathroom sinks. It was also not consistently hot. We didn't have a problem with it; it was just a little strange, and required that we stagger our showers to make sure we each got hot water.
Final Verdict: My title says it all. Not stellar, but just fine. We would consider returning.

Unique layout, great location
This house was perfect for me and my family. The layout of the rooms apart from the living space added to individual privacy, and the location was very close to all of the dining and activities my 20-something kids wanted to do.

Topaz 35
We just returned from our wonderful stay in Aruba, at the Topaz 35 home. Jose and Rixt were great hosts and the property was amazing. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and quick. The house is in a great location close to many restaurants, casinos and beautiful beaches. Our favorite beaches to swim and snorkel were Arashi and Boca Catalina beaches, which are about a five minute drive. The drive to the natural pools at Conchi is well worth it. Make sure you bring your snorkel gear to see all the amazing sea life in the pools. Topaz 35 has everything you need for a relaxing vacation and was equipped and very clean. We used the provided beach chairs and cooler every day. The pool and BBQ area was great and we cooked on the grill a couple time during our stay. The layout of the home is great for a large group because you all have very private bedrooms with your own patio. We highly recommend Topaz 35 and hope to return again soon. Thank you again for everything.

Great deal!
This prpoperty has everything you need except a view. Kitchen, all rooms with bathroom, pricate driveway, and fully stocked kitchen. Property managers were great and always available. Not far from the beach our shopping area. Beautiful island as a whole, just missing a view of the ocean. Great olace to stay for families and couples that want private rooms with bathrooms and private entrance in avery safe neighborhood.

Happy Island House In Aruba!
We recently stayed at this wonderful home from July 28 - August 3, 2019. The house was exactly as advertised, very clean and well appointed. The pool area was beautiful and very private. The bedrooms were spacious and very clean. The house had everything we needed and the owners were just a phone call away. The neighborhood was very quite and we always felt safe.
The house is 4 miles or less from the high-rise hotels on Palm beach, restaurants and shops. Other beaches were very close as well. A car is definitely needed if you want to explore the island.
I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely return to this property or one of Jose and Rixt other properties.

Fabulous Two-Week Stay at Topaz 35!
My family had the pleasure of experiencing a two-week stay at Topaz 35 at the end of March. The house is clean, beautifully decorated, and very well appointed. The 3-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath set up with a large great room was perfect for three couples to experience togetherness as well as private time, and we made very good use of the immaculate pool and outdoor seating area. Jose and Rixt responded immediately to all questions we had before and during our stay. Overall, a fantastic vacation.

Casa Mia Aruba never disappoints!
Rental experience with Casa Mia Aruba was outstanding as usual. The house setup was a bit quirky with the bedrooms and bathrooms separated from the kitchen and living area but the house and property were gorgeous as was the pool. Disappointed by the broken ice maker in the fridge but overall rate the house and experience a 5 out of 5 stars. I will definitely use Casa Mia Aruba again next time we want to spoil ourselves with a beautiful vacation rental experience!

What you see is what you get and thats a good thing.
We found Topaz 35 to be a spacious, well kept house that worked well for our stay. We were three couples and never felt crowded or lacked privacy. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, with no surprises. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood, close to beaches, and only a short drive to the Super Foods for all your needs. What few problems we encountered during our stay were quickly addressed and resolved by our host, Jose. The pool, a bit on the small size, was a great way to refresh oneself on a hot afternoon.
Jose, the property manager, was waiting for us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know about the house.
We are sure that if your vacation plans involve a number of couples or a family with children, Topaz 35 will meet all your needs.
Our only regret was that we did not stay longer but we are working on plans to return next January.

Awesome vacation!!
We had a great week staying at this property. The house and amenities were as described. The Marin family were very attentive and responded quickly to any concerns. The property is located close to the high rise hotels, shopping and to several beautiful beaches! We would rent this property or any of the other Casa Mia properties in the future!

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful however if you are coming with small children the bedrooms are not attached to the main building. It’s a great house for couples not children. The house was clean and had everything. The owners are great could not ask for better host. Pool area was great. Kitchen had everything. We had zero problems. Thank you so much and will definitely be booking with you guys again. Can’t wait til next year we are seeing you again.

Beautiful and excellent location!
This was such a perfect getaway with an amazing kitchen, pool, and living spaces for all! The only (minor) complaint was the dog barking occasionally next door at night. This did not “break” the trip for us though as the use of AC helped to drown it out. I would highly suggest this location to anyone wanting a wonderful getaway that’s more secluded- a great place to rejuvenate and rest but also close enough to any excursions or night life you may enjoy too!

Beautiful house, excellent vacation experience
My husband and I and 2 other couples just spent 10 lovely days in Aruba and stayed at Topaz 35 and we enjoyed it very much. It was perfect for 3 couples. We didn't have any major issues but what small issues we did have, Jose was right there to fix it. Jose and Rixt through out all my planning were there for any questions I had.
