Great stay. Condo was comfortable, clean, and great location. Marc, property manager was great at communication. Being steps away from clubhuse was a great asset to this unit.

This condo was fantastic. The location was convenient to Disney and other attractions in Orlando. The property was clean and welcoming, and the neighborhood pool was super fun. Would definitely recommend this VRBO. Our host was very helpful and responsive. Great vacation in Florida!

Had a nice visit. We are veterans (& fans) of Windsor Palms. Great community with super amenities. Highly recommend if you’re doing Disney. Condo does not have beach towels so bring them if you’re planning on pool. The condo is basic but nice. Previous comments alerted us to parrot that seems to live on balcony above the condo. We found him entertaining but if you are a light sleeper you may be awakened at 6:00 by his impressions. Comms with property manager Mark were easy. Note: if you will have more than one car on property you need to provide names of other drivers to Mark ahead of time so there is no issue at guarded gate. We did it ahead and all went smoothly. It would be helpful if property Mgr made this clear in up-front instructions. (I stumbled on it in comments by other guests)

Our short vacation here was wonderful from the gate guard's warm welcome to check out! We didn't use the pool or any other property amenities so we can't speak to those, but the condo was clean and comfortable. We were meeting with family and spent hours hanging out around the condo. The stove and dishwasher worked well as did the washer and dryer. There was a bird at one of the other condos that entertained us every morning. It could bark like a dog and meow like a cat. A normal bird might have been irritating, but this one was hilarious and gave us all something extra to talk about. :)

The place worked really well for us and our time in the area. It was nice and quiet, and the kids loved how close it was to the ClubHouse. Mark responded to any questions we had immediately, and we felt good about our choice staying there. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful one week stay and pics were exactly true to accommodations . Mark was very quick to respond to all my questions and even during check in a pleasure to work with! Loved the location of property being right by club house and on the ground floor it was very convenient. The neighborhood and people were friendly. First morning we were little startled by an early wake up from neighbors parrot(African grey) but by end of trip I wanted to take him home with me he was so comical . Wish we had more time to enjoy the actual stay but between visiting my son and the cheer thing we didn’t get much down time. We did cook a couple meals and enjoyed game night and pool time during our stay though. Pool was so clean and refreshing. But we would have loved to check out game room and movie theatre at the clubhouse . Loved the little convenience store on property for tiny little things we forgot.

The master bathroom had a horrible, rancid smell. It obviously has a terrible bacteria buildup in the sink drain. My son notified the landlord and he didn’t do anything about it. I literally had to hold my nose every time I walked into the that bathroom. There were other issues, but this was the worse.

I liked the location of the property, and the space the place offered. But the place was not clean inside, the sheets all had stains on them, like stains from sheets not even being cleaned before check in. The amount of hair from the previous people was unsettling. The fans had dust caked on them. One of the bathrooms looked like there was bowel movement on the wall behind the toilet. Which is crazy, because the bill says we’re charged 75 dollars for a cleaning fee. Nothing felt clean. Even the drawers in the bathrooms. I didn’t put anything in the drawers. The furniture was insanely outdated, which isn’t a huge deal, but so many pieces were broken and beat up it was hard to not notice. I think the whole set up with getting checked in and getting the codes and stuff like that worked excellent. I’m just really disappointed about everything else.

Close to parks and nearby to grocery stores, restaurants and more!! My family enjoyed this property. Since is a private property, we had a little problem with a parking pass for a secondary car that arrived a day later than me but Mark solved the problem very fast. Clubhouse has a little bit of everything mini market and restaurant. The pool is great for swimmers.

This property was for the most part pretty easy, clean , and as described!! The master room sink still doesn’t drain properly without removing the stopper, we found gunk and hair inside. But overall everything else was ok. Location was perfect, close to all the attractions & Walmart (which is ALWAYS a plus) !! My family absolutely loved the pool and amenities, the food at the on-site bar n grill was also pretty good! We had a slight setback trying to figure out how to lock the door as we left out on the 1st day, so adding some instructions about that may be a nice touch for guest inexperienced in that specific door type. Everything else went smoothly, Mike & Mark were easy to communicate with & responded quickly, even before I booked they were responsive! The only thing that I felt uneasy about was news I got the final night of our stay, my husband wanted me to ask about a late check out, we knew that it would be hit or miss because it was less than 24hr notice . And that was fine! We did get a quick response with the answer! But in the response it was said that a new family would be checking in the same day! No big deal for some! But for me, One of the main reasons I felt comfortable booking during the pandemic & monkey pox was because of one of the policy’s that we received stated that there was 3 days in between guests to make sure that the homes are properly disinfected and sanitized ! It was literally a point of excitement for me, knowing that my family would be safe & wouldn’t have to worry about that. It gave me a sense of freedom in how closely I needed to watch the children especially the 2yo! Immediately after reading that someone would be checking in that same day, I was frustrated of the dishonesty in the contract & uneasy about what I may have missed the days we stayed not sanitizing the baby’s hands more often! And of course it illuminated the little things that I overlooked because I assumed different… There were items left over from a previous tenant on the dresser, one of our pillows had a small smudge on it , possibly the size of a thumb, and the sink drain was nasty inside . Besides this, we had a great stay & communication with this owner was great. I would still stay again !

We had a great stay at Windsor Palms. The condo was clean and in a great location to everything...even a Walmart. There were a few amenities missing that were listed as being included, but we made due. Everything worked fine and the property manager was very accommodating.

Spacious house right across from the comunity pool and clubhouse was very convenient, located in a gated comunity made it feel very safe and was very close to restaurants, attractions and stores was really nice, community was quiet and nice.

Condo was just as described. We were close to all the parks and the convention center to be quick to get to but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. We all loved having the pool to enjoy and the kids loved the sand volleyball courts and game room too.
