Just that it’s was central. Otherwise the hotel and the bedroom and the bathroom very extremely smelly
The whole property including the corridors my bedroom and the bathroom was stinky of bad sewerage smell. Everytime I came back to the hotel I didn’t want to enter my room

very big and spacious rooms, good breakfast organized in a nearby restaurant. Very good location, everything accessible on foot
during my stay were between the coldest days in Florence with up to -1 degrees Celcius. The rooms have no heating and had to heat with air condition. The heating of the living room was not adequate and a bit chilly.

There was also an amazing view from the hotel's balcony (not in the room).

The staff was super friendly. The hotel is located right in the center of the city which is extremely convenient for visiting historical buildings in the city center. The room was squeaky clean and very comfortable.

A warm welcome. Friendly staff. Roof terrace with views of the Basilica. Fridge in room. Cleanliness excellent. Peace and quiet. Lovely breakfast included at the neighbouring restaurant. Superb location midway between station and Doumo. Many good places to eat close by. Atmospheric old part of the city.
Not easy to find initially (very small signage). Room remained warm/ hot despite air conditioning - a very hot time in Florence anyway. Small lift if more than 1 person with baggage.

the staff was so welcoming and showed us to our perfect room! cozy, clean, and plenty of room for the two of us. location was unbeatable!! elevator was a plus and A/c worked great in the room.

Excellent location. Very friendly staff with many recommendations and maps. Spacious room with coffee and cookies provided. Variety of options for the breakfast. Rooftop terrace was available for use.
Finding the property was a little bit confusing due to the signage but not a big issue.
