Nestled in Lower Township, this charming house for $596 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Vacation get-away, plenty to do all year round! The beauty of the Outer Banks in North Carolina, without the long drive! The Cape May Beach community on the Delaware Bay has also been compared to Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, with its rustic, natural beaches and tranquil sand dunes. The best kept secret at the New Jersey shore, this beautiful home is just 5 houses from the bay, steps to the soft sand and secluded beaches that boast the most magnificent sunsets in the area. Our location, the immediate 5 block area is special ---- no busy road to cross to get to the bay like you have in Townbank, and direct access from our street to the beach with no homes in the way like other areas of Cape May Beach. This unspoiled beach compliments the nature lover, and with the subtle waves of the Delaware bay, it is the perfect beach for families with small children. Just a bike ride away from the Cox Hall Creek Nature preserve or the Cape May-Lewes Ferry, there is plenty to enjoy at this comfortable home. Three bedrooms, two baths, sleeps six, (two queen and two twin beds) with a first floor master suite. Big screen TV in the newly renovated living area, fully appointed brand new eat-in kitchen, deck with table and umbrella, screened-in covered deck with table and extra seating. Bikes, pack and play, beach chairs and umbrella, propane gas grill, plenty of off-street parking, ceiling fans and tvs in all rooms, washer, dryer, dishwasher, unlimited Wifi included. Netflix available at no charge. Ten minutes from the bustling activities and fun of historic Cape May and fifteen minutes from the excitement-filled boardwalk in Wildwood. Sheets and towels not provided. Saturday to Saturday rentals only from mid June to mid September, minimum 7 days, (with some exceptions). This property and the surrounding area must be seen to be appreciated, come experience the natural beauty that abounds!

This is a very pleasant house with a kitchen full of everything you need. We were there in cold weather so we didn't enjoy the fire pit but it would be nice in the warmer months. There was a glitch in VRBO's reservation system but communication with the hosts got it fixed easily. While we never saw them, they seem like very nice people and have a very nice house.

The listing photos are good but the house is even better! Well appointed and private home steps away from the bay. We couldn't have had a better stay! Our hosts were incredible and warm. The house had all of the amenities and spaces to be together when we wanted and seclusion when reading a book or relaxing. Wonderfully private. The locals were so kind and welcoming. We cannot wait to return!

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was excellent because it combined the peacefulness of having a beach a half block away with the many activities available in the Cape May area. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated. Kathleen was very easy to communicate with.

This was our first time in Cape May and this house/location was perfect! House is very nice and well equipped. Baby gates and pack and play were greatly appreciated. Quick walk to a mostly empty beach. Great restaurants nearby. Will definitely be back.

House was clean, cute, and comfortable! Worked perfectly for a family of five visiting the area. Walkable to the bay and within driving distance of lots of great eateries and things to do. The hosts Kathleen and Joseph were also very communicative and even had the house ready for us ahead of our check in time. Overall a lovely experience and we'd recommend the house to anyone visiting the area!

This house was perfect for our stay. It accommodated 4 adults and an 11 year old very comfortably. No detail has been overlooked. This house has everything described in the listing and more. It was clean and neat with many updates and all the amenities anyone could ever want. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Everything necessary for cooking meals. The appliances are new. The Keurig coffee pods were especially appreciated. Bathrooms are updated and functional. The beds are very comfortable. Just seps to the Bay beach and a short drive to Cape May and the Cape May Beach. Kathleen and Joe are wonderful hosts who went out of their way to accommodate an early check-in request so we could get dressed for a wedding we were attending. They checked on us before during and after our stay. Thank you Kathleen and Joe!! I could go on but my advice is just book it you won't be disappointed!

We had a great time for family of 4 for a few days. Able to take in all of the higher tourist areas and beaches but go back to the quiet low traffic bay side with calm waters and beautifulsunsets. The family had a great time and will be back for sure. Thank you for letting us use such a great family place.

We loved our stay at this place so much! We were only there for the weekend but plan to come back very soon! The place is adorable - the online pics don't do it justice. It's much larger than it appears and was in great condition. The owners were communicative and super helpful. The house was well stocked and every detail has been taken care of - even qtips in the bathrooms! It is so so close to the bay yet you have a feeling of privacy and seclusion. The decor is sweet and beachy and all the furniture was comfortable. We just kept raving about how cute and absolutely perfect it was for a girls weekend. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

We enjoyed a relaxing few days at this wonderful beach house. The home is very clean and comfortable both inside and out! The location was close enough to downtown Cape May but remote enough to enjoy the peace and serenity. It was a short walk to the beach where we viewed the most amazing sunsets. The weather was just right to enjoy the chiminea in the backyard (hope we weren’t too loud). All in all a great vacation home, thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful get away
We have stayed at this property several times and its always a great time. Close to all the activities you love about the shore and far enough to be away from the crowds and enjoy the magnificent sunsets right down the block as well as from the outdoor patio. The owners are very responsive to all needs. We will definitely return again

Perfect location
The house is super well-located, away from the bustle of Cape May, but accessible in a quick car ride or half hour bike ride. It had everything we needed: grill, bikes, screened in porch and plenty of kitchen accoutrements. Perfect week!

Hosts were responsive and very helpful, including recommending local places to eat. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Cape May region.
