The hotel was centrally located and close to all amenities. The two bedroom apartment was quite clean and had very comfortable beds. The staff were also quite friendly.
As the hotel was attached to a pub there were some dodgy characters around which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Also, the living areas, apart from the kitchen, were located within the bedrooms which compromised privacy.

Great beds. Clean.
Breakfast packs should have been given to us at check-in, not have to go and get them. We were only given 2, even though we had booked for 4???? Miscommunication with the booking, was told it wasn't paid for when it was. Staff member had to call another staff member to confirm. No apology . A microwave should be in the family room. A ramp for the elderly.Alot of steep stairs.

convenient and affordable
the hotel had a bar area outside which shares the same entrance with guest in the hotel with patrons at the bar. I'd suggest having some privacy entering and leaving the hotel will be great for guest.

The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned.
The fact there was a nightclub downstairs that played music so loud it shook the walls in my room. Cleaner was great and friendly. Staff downstairs were ok. The say my room was a studio. I would say nope. A studio has somewhere to sit where you can eat as in a chair. No chairs here. And no microwave. I understand the compact part. That's fine. Don't sell it as a studio if you don't even have a microwave and somewhere to sit. I have stayed in motels that were cheaper and nicer than this in the same area.

I never had breakfast
I found it difficult as a smoker to have to negotiate the stairs every time I needed to go outside for a smoke other than that excellent

This was the only suitable accommodation left when we booked to see a Broncos game. There was a convenient free bus to the game right opposite the hotel. Rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. There are delicious Vietnamese restaurants and coffee shops at the side of the hotel. There is convenient free parking behind the hotel.
The toilet seat moved (room 2). Spilt sugar and coffee from the previous occupants had not been cleaned (room 7) leaving a sticky mess. This hotel is not really suitable for those with mobility issues - lots of steps and the place is a labyrinth. It was quiet when we stayed, but it would be worthwhile checking that there isn't a heavy metal festival on the dates you are staying (unless you like heavy metal, of course!).

It was good value for the price and clean. Doesn't seem it was that long ago since renovations. It is budget accommodation, but was comfortable and clean, parking available. The separation of the pub from the accommodation section is good.
View out the window wasn't great. Given the cost (particularly given it was the third state of origin game and Brisbane was booked out) it was good value and comfortable place to stay, but a bit far out of the CBD (however again I revert back to the cost and that is the trade off)

Close to greenslopes hospital
The fridge and freezer not working properly had to throw food out
