NEWLY REMODELED BEAUTIFUL LUXURY CONDO ON 5TH AVE. - 1 ½ BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH Experience the best of Old Naples from the comfort of this NEWLY renovated condo. Tastefully decorated, this condo reflects the love and care we have taken to make sure you have everything needed to make your beach vacation picture perfect!! This beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath upstairs unit gives you the view of the prestigious 5th Avenue neighborhood. It is located just one and a half blocks from Gulf of Mexico's breathtaking beaches and sunsets. It is also within walking distance from Third Street South, where you will find restaurants, shops, and unique boutiques and galleries. This gem of a complex ( 5th Avenue Beach Club ) only has 14 units and offers a heated pool and a large front courtyard patio that adds to the outside enjoyment. Between guest stays, we take extreme care when cleaning and disinfecting our condo. This unit has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. THE CONDO The unit is furnished with new appliances, tile floor throughout, and flat-screen televisions. Cable and wireless internet are provided as well as a washer and dryer. The condo also includes beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for guest use. LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN The living room and kitchen blend together to offer an open area to gather and eat. Relax and watch something on the 55" SmartTV or whip up those home-cooked masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen. Pots & Pans Standard kitchen utensils Fridge w/Ice maker Stove Oven Dishwasher Microwave Blender Toaster BEDROOMS / BATHROOMS After a full day of activities, relax in one of the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms include king-size beds and 40" SmartTVs. The first bedroom includes a bathroom ensuite with an enclosed shower. While the second bedroom has a bathroom just down the hallway. This second bathroom has a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo. This condo is in a prime location for guests who enjoy being close to all that Old Naples has to offer, including the beach, fine dining, shopping, galleries, and performing arts. We had a wonderful trip. The location is fantastic- so close to the beach and restaurants. And the condo was a really good size (family of four with two teenage girls). It also had everything we needed for living comfortably and for enjoying our time at the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an amazing stay in Naples this year, and our stay at the Beach Club is always a big reason for this! This was our favorite condo to ever stay in not only for how plush and comfy it was, but also for how welcoming and accommodating the host/owner Monica was to us the entire trip.

My husband and I had a wonderful week in Naples staying at this condo. It was squeaky clean when we arrived and beautifully decorated. The location is so convenient. We walked 2 blocks to get to the beach each day and shops/restaurants were also a very short walk. All the beach gear we needed was provided including an umbrella. We would absolutely stay again!

Terrific condo in great location
We had a great experience staying at Monica’s condo. The condo was immaculate and fully updated with high-end touches. The space and layout were great for two adults and would easily accommodate a family or two couples. The location was exactly what we were looking for—close to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is very nice. Monica provides beach chairs and umbrella, all kitchen needs, etc. There’s really nothing that you’re missing when you stay here. And her communication throughout the process was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Monica!

Monica was an amazing host! This location is absolutely fantastic and the beach is only a five minute walk from the condo. Absolutely nothing to complain about with this place. We will 100% stay again with Monica in the future when visiting to Naples!

Great location, location, location with easy access to both beach and downtown. 2 bedroom with king beds in each bedroom, so very roomy with modern TVs and fast internet. Very clean units and property with nice small pool for a quick dip.

Vacation in Paradise
The unit which we have rented many times in the past has been refurbished by new owners, breathing new life into the unit and is very comfortable and makes for easy, enjoyable living. We especially enjoy the unit because of its location on the 2nd floor front of building. Our corner is furnished with a couple of summer lounge chairs and a small table where, we have our coffee in the morning and a glass of wine to toast the end of day. It provides a view out to the neighborhood as well. Also a great place from which to enjoy the very occasional t-storm. The walk to the most beautiful beach we know of is but 5 minutes - 1 and 1/2 blocks away.

We had a wonderful time in Naples! This condo is well-equipped with everything needed for a beach holiday! The kitchen is also plentiful with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The condo is very clean and well organized.
Dealing with Monica was a true pleasure. She was always available to answer any questions, and so helpful with her many suggestions!

Unit 206, on 5th Avenue, one block from the beach, literally paradise on the paradise coast
Naples has everything and unit #206 at the 5th Avenue Beach Club is truly the icing on the cake. With all the beach equipment you could need, it's an easy walk to carry everything to the beautiful, unspoilt beach. Everything is in easy walking distance - about one mile along the beach to the old Naples fishing pier and happy yarns with the local fisher folk who gather everyday and socialise as much as they fish. Many fine restaurants and boutiques in 5th Avenue and 3rd Street - all within easy walking distance. In complete contrast is the olde Naples 'pub' on 3rd Street, good food and excellent pianist / singer on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
Concerts in the Park most Sunday afternoons - Naples has it all and at the end of each great day - return home to paradise in unit #206

The Fifth Avenue Beach Club 206 is the place to stay when in Naples
This condo is ideally located in downtown Naples within walking distance of the Gulf of Mexico and the shops and restaurants on Fifth Avenue. It is exceptionally clean and well supplied with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The owners are very accommodating and anxious to make sure that your stay is wonderful one. When you stay here, you leave wanting to reserve for your next visit.

This is an excellent condo for spending your family vacation. It is very clean and tidy. I was surprised to see how the owners thought everything through to the smallest details. They really provide you with everything you need and more. The condo itself is located in a great location: short walk to the beach and delicious restaurants, and close to many stores. The pool was right outside our door. Thank you for providing us with such a great place! Our vacation could not have been better! We would definitely come back!

Great stay in Naples!
This unit has just what you need for a truly wonderful vacation. Condo was very clean, well maintained, stocked with appliances, cooking wares, dishes, towels & linens. The location is amazing. You are about a 2 min walk from the beautiful beach and the 5th Avenue nice restaurants and shops. We did not use the chairs or beach items provided nor did we use the pool on site. Price was right and the owner Monica was very nice to work with. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy Naples.
