Can't say enough good things about this property and the owner. Location is perfect, and we felt very comfortable and safe. We encountered an issue, but the owner went above and beyond what we ever could have expected to resolve it quickly. Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Location was good. Apartment was clean and check in was easy. Decor and blinds could use a facelift. Definitely felt like a crash pad but we didn’t expect or need anything fancy. My only complaint was that I stated we had 5 people and there was not a pull out couch as advertised. Luckily only 4 of us stayed and one person had an air mattress. Other than that, no complaints.

We enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable. The apt was very clean. And our bedroom was quite even though it’s close to a busy road.

Nice place located just off of the main thoroughfare. This makes it easy to leave your car there and walk to places or walk to the blue line transit to get around the city.

Condo was in a great part of town. Convenient to restaurants and bars. We stayed for the UNC-USC football game. It was a straight shot and not a bad walk to the stadium. Would definitely stay again!

The property is conveniently located close to Uptown where most of the action takes place in Charlotte. Plenty of choices for restaurants. We saw plenty of options for taking a tour, but on this occasion we selected a self-guided tour that took about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Mainly on Tryon Street, but a few other spots away from the main street. Also walked to Fahrenheit rooftop bar for an adult beverage overlooking the city. Lovely.

Wonderful stay! Great location! And the bed is amazing

Pros- Secure Building, Excellent Instructions by owner, right off Highway, walkable to restaurants/store. Clean and comfortable.
Cons- Very dimly lit and most of blinds have some affliction to open. You hear the freeway noise at night and you hear all the neighbors movements (thin walls).
I would still highly recommend the property as it was 15min to UNCC and it was a clean cozy 1B 1B Unit!

We came down for a disc golf tournament. The apartment was fine. Volume on tv didnt adjust up or down, but we didnt complain. We'll probably do a hotel next time just for a pool. Okay overall property.

Very clean and comfortable. Loved having a garage parking spot. Was in town for a conference and it was within 1 mile of the Convention Center. Walked mostly but used a Lime scooter when I was tired. Several great restaurants all within easy walking distance. Grocery nearby as well. Communication with owner was great and no issues with checking in or out.

This property had everything we needed and was close to everywhere we wanted to go to!

Arrived to the property and the email with Check-In steps wasn’t from Vrbo but a private email, so I wasn’t able to locate it in my inbox. After that, one of the lockboxes straight-up didn’t have a key fob and had to drag our luggage up a bunch of stairs to a different lockbox. The whole time I’m messaging the owner he seemed very rude and annoyed by his own mistakes.

Property owner was great with delivering a smooth check in/out process. Dedicated parking spot was perfect and all amenities were as expected.

Great location to stay, only one mile from Spectrum Center where we attended a concert. If it had been in summer, we could have walked there and back to the VRBO.
Had all we needed for an overnight. Owner was super nice and answered questions quickly.

Condo was just as described. We enjoyed walking a short distance to eat and get out. It was a little too far for my husband to walk to the game -he’d had hip replacement- but I drove easily almost to the stadium and dropped off and picked up. Owner was very responsive with questions I had. We’d definitely stay here again. Felt very safe

I was in town to see a show at the Spectrum Center--this vrbo was an awesome headquarters for before and after. It's a great location, in walking distance to the venue and tons of dining options, and comes fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Highly recommend!

The apartment was lovely. My only suggestion is to have better lighting. It was very dark, especially in the bedroom.

This place is located very well. It is loud with traffic at night as other indicated but they did provide a sound machine. Walls were really marked up and trim a little dirty but this owner has all you need which is rare at other rentals. I messaged about an issue and he took care of it immediately! The bed was beyond the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in any hotel or rental (definitely need to know which brand this is!). Pillows were comfy and the space is very nice. Dim as others have stated but most hotels are too so seems no different to me. Did have to turn off the ceiling fan at night since something on it kept clanking (I think the pull string) but the ac works quickly and was blowing like a fan anyways so no biggie. Would definitely stay here again since it’s super comfortable for the purpose of sleeping and the place was well furnished for your needs. Also people living in the same complex were all so friendly!

Enjoyed my stay at this location! Attended an event at Bank of America stadium and this location was in close proximity. Very easy check in directions and great response time from the owner. If I am ever back in Charlotte I would definitely book this stay again. Thanks so much!
