Nestled in Laguna Beach, this attractive house for $3,141 per night is a great choice for your next break. "Great White" is a luxury beachfront home located on the quiet West end of beautiful Panama City Beach. This home features 9 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, a beachfront private pool and is located directly on the beach. With enough space to accommodate up to 31 people, it also has 2 full kitchens and furnished walkout balconies on every level. The first floor living space features a spacious kitchen area with 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, ice maker, sink, and bar area with chairs and dining. You can also escape to the outdoor pool deck and lounge area to grill or relax while taking in the views of some of the world's most beautiful beaches. There is also a large bunk room down the hallway which has a twin over twin bunk as well as a twin over queen bunk with a shared en-suite. Located just outside the bunk room at the main entrance of the home is a fun game room area featuring a foosball table and board game. The second floor features an open floor plan kitchen, living, and dining area. This second floor living space also features a spacious walkout balcony offering the best views of the coastline as well as outdoor dining and lounge seating. Go out on the balcony to have that cup of coffee and take in the sound of the waves or come out with a glass of wine to view the stunning sunsets. Also on the second floor is a twin over queen bunk bedroom, with private en-suite featuring a tub/shower combination. Across the hall is a king-sized bedroom with private en-suite. There is also a half bathroom and washer/dryer for added convenience. Head up to the third floor where there are four additional bedrooms, all with private en-suites, as well as a second washer/dryer set. One bedroom is a queen over twin bunk bedroom, with private en-suite featuring a tub/shower combination. Across the hall are 2 additional king-sized bedrooms both with private en-suites one of which features a tub/shower combination. Down the hall to the beachside of the home is the king master suite which offers pristine beachfront views with a double vanity in the private en-suite as well as a large garden tub and walk-in shower. The king master suite also features a furnished walkout balcony. The fourth floor has 2 uniquely designed rooms with private en-suites. The bedroom on the north side of the home has 2 queen beds one with twin trundle, one twin bed and private en-suite, this room can sleep up to 6 guests. The beach view bedroom has one queen bed with 3 twin beds and 1 twin loft bed, this room can also sleep up to 6 guests. This bedroom also has a furnished walkout balcony and of course perfect beach views. A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF: Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay. "Great White" has direct beach access through a shared boardwalk with one of other rental houses right next door, "Hammerhead". *If you are interested in making any of our luxury homes part of your event planning, please know that there is an additional fee associated. Give us a call for details! *Please note due to Florida law, this home is equipped with a pool alarm. *Great White Requires a 7 Night Minimum Stay for All Reservations During the Check-in/Checkout Schedule Below: 2024: Summer: June 9 - July 28 (Sunday - Sunday) Fall Break: September 28 - October 12 (Saturday - Saturday) 2025: Family Break: March 8 - April 12 (Saturday - Saturday) Summer: May 25 - August 3 (Sunday - Sunday) Fall Break: September 27 - October 11 (Saturday - Saturday) BED LAYOUT 1st Floor - Sleeps 5 Twin over Twin and Twin over Queen Bunk, with Shared En-Suite, Street View 2nd Floor - Sleeps 5 King Bedroom with Private En-Suite, Street View Twin over Queen Bunk Bedroom with Private En-Suite, Street View 3rd Floor - Sleeps 9 Queen over Twin Bunk Bedroom with Private En-Suite, Street View King Bedroom with Private En-Suite, Street view King Bedroom with Private En-Suite, Street view King Master Suite with Private En-Suite, Beach View 4th Floor - Sleeps 12 2 Queen Beds (one with twin trundle) and 1 Twin Bed with Private En-Suite, Street View Bunk Room - 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Loft Bed and 2 Additional Twin Beds with Private En-Suite, Beach View A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember: No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted. No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time. Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation. Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

We love the convenience of being directly on the beach in a house that can accommodate our entire crew! I would suggest a partial cover on the deck would be a nice addition to escape the full sun.

Nice house, not alot of privacy for the price if someone is next door you have to share the walk way to the beach. Plus christian Academy across the street 500 plus kids will be there at all times behind the house on the beach. If your looking for privacy not the place for the price. But nice house and clean if you have a big group and dont care about the privacy great house for you.

Perfect location, kitchen not quiet as clean as expected, we eat all meals in house so this is important to us. Street traffic noisy at times.
