DON'T BOOK THERE!!!!

NOTHING!!!!

EXTREMELY disappointed that we were not able to change the dates of our trips. The property was contacted a week ahead of time to arrange to have two rooms close by and we were told it could not be guaranteed as the hotel was fully booked. In that context, nothing explains that we weren't able to change the dates of our reservations a few days later. Obviously our room could have easily been rebooked.

Quiet location, don´t get the breakfast

The room was spacious and had a mini fridge and nespresso coffee machine. Beds were comfy and friendly staff.

I booked a room with breakfast that was terrible. It is not a buffet but they give you a coupon for American Breakfast only which was a few eggs, bacon and toast. Not worth it!

Clean hotel in convenient location

Front desk, bar and catering team were outstanding, especially Maya on the front desk.

Included breakfast was only choice of 1 dish - a little repetitive on day 3. Wondering why we couldn't pick a cheaper option instead as an alternative

Excelente ubicación, servicio y muy limpio.

La ubicación es muy clave para cualquier parte a donde quieras ir, se puede caminar a los lugares principales y el personal es muy amigable.

El hotel se ve renovado por esa razón dentro de la habitación el baño tenía azulejos quebrados, piezas de plomería mal puestas y el fluidez del agua en el lavamanos era poca. Sumándole que el precio estaba elevado comparado a los hoteles al rededor, pensamos que por el precio a través de booking.com sería de mejor categoría. Lamentablemente creo que booking.com tiene sobre elevado este hotel comparado con los hoteles alrededor.

Great value for a hotel

Very clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Very nice closet space and large bathroom. There was construction outside but with the door closed to the balcony you couldn’t hear anything. Great coffee and water provided in the room. The lobby is huge with lots of working and sitting space. Really nice atmosphere overall.

From the moment we arrived, everything was on point. Highly recommend!

Excellent location - good restaurants are at a walkable distance, clean and it felt safe. Wholefoods, CVS and Wawa is at a walkable distance in case you want to buy water or snacks for your room. Lunch at the hotel was really good too. The staff at the hotel is friendly, but not in overly friendly where they bother you, just there when you need them.

Do not have any upper level expectation

The only good thing about this hotel was it was in walking distance to a good restaurant at another hotel across the street and the staff was lovely

they claim to be an upper level Hilton, which truthfully, you might as well stay at the Hampton Inn, or Motel 6. There are absolutely no amenities in the rooms and later on when I mentioned it my second day there they said oh, you have to ask for them. They do not tell you that when you arrive I had no hot water in my shower so I cannot have a shower for two days. The engineer went up, said oh he found hot water. You just have to find the so-called sweet spot to get it to work. No for this amount of money, you fix it and if you can’t fix it, you call a plumber that was disgusting. I will try to get a refund. The restaurant was like a Hampton Inn or something. This is absolutely not an upper level hotel. I would never stay at a Hilton canopy, and there were other issues, but these were the two worst

Wonderful stay in DC.

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Great location, close to the White House, and all the amazing museums and sites, and easy access to Georgetown. They had bikes that could be used for the whole day. The staff were fantastic, especially Brett at the front desk. He was friendly and very helpful throughout our entire stay!

Beautiful hotel Perfect location for my needs

I liked the location and how it was close to everything and everywhere that I had to go.

I did not like how the property did not have a microwave no where around. Not even in the lobby area. I feel that this hotel cost too much money to not have a microwave.

modern and very clean, excellent location for a city break in Washington

for £300+ a night I would expect the room to be serviced and it wasn’t. the sink was in the bedroom which I dislike. sound proofing was poor and you could hear the lifts.

Exceptional

It was an amazing experience, the location was perfect and it was near everything we planned to do. I loved that my name was displayed on the TV as a welcome!

The only thing I would change is bringing my car next time because it was $70 a day to park and I didn't really need it while I was there
