Everything bud excellent . The area closed to everything.

All them is excellent. Not bed and not comfortable. Pillow very flat.

The bed is kind worn and pillows is comfortable very flat. No parking available. You need to move your car all the time because only 2 hours limit. Should have a proper parking . Thank You

Very disappointing. Especially the lack of action and concern regarding the problem with the couch.

The location was good with easy access to public transport, namely the train and bus station. The property presented well, was clean and tidy but unfortunately did have a totally broken unusable sofa on our arrival. We discovered that the cooktop was not working either. The oven and microwave were the only options available. Lack of maintenance resulting in a number of problems.

Upon arrival a totally broken sofa awaited us. It crowded the little lounge area and made it totally unusable for our stay. We discovered that the cooktop was not working as none of the hotplates would turn on. The door to the one unit did not close easily as the top hinge was half detached from the door frame. Two other minor issues: The towel heater in the one bathroom was also half detached from the wall. The curtain in one unit could not be closed 100% as the right side curtain was partially detached from the curtain rod. Even though the problem with the sofa was reported to Madecomfy nothing was done about it and nobody contacted us or came in to rectify the problem. We called them twice by contacting what appeared to be a call centre. I am not sure whether the call centre is in Australia or overseas. No follow up from the call centre to check whether the problem had been fixed.

listed wifi network did not exist. only Telstra free wifi which does not connect to internet . location is extremely noisy . zero support from made comfy on this issue

Leaving the premises was a bit confusing. I left the key on the table as per instructions on the back of the front door but when I got home there was an email telling me to leave it in the letterbox !

The apartment was very suitable and location was great. Access was a problem.

The lack of parking was a significant issue. Access via stairs with no lift was also problematic.

Disappointing stay at the property, someone had smoked in there, the heating didn’t work and it was dusty.

Pleasant and comfortable.

.Comfy beds, clean and close to everything

We stayed mid-week and on Wednesday morning at 4.30am someone was leaf blowing the street and garbage was being collected. Very noisy for 4.30 in the morning and it went on for an hour! The heating was adequate however if the aircon was working it would have been better.

Brief encounter with staff member helpful.

All rooms really well appointed & location was very good.

I didn’t like the fact that access by a large number of stairs that was not mentioned in advert. as 1 member was disabled. Also parking was difficult close to the site.

Loved it.

The kitchen especially was everything we wanted, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very good and the couch/loungeroom was very cosy with the heater on.

The large bed in the main room was 2 king singles, would be much more comfy if it was a king bed.
