Sehr angenehm im unmittelbarem Zentrum gelegen.

Die Lage ist hervorragend 2 min zum Zentrum. Die Zimmer, gerade Wohn und Esszimmer sind sehr geräumig. Verstauraum ist auch ausreichend vorhanden. In der Küche sind alle Hilfsmittel vorhanden. Der Esstisch ist Megagross. Falls Langeweile aufkommt ist auch ein Smart-TV mit Netflix , Primes und YouTube vorhanden. Einwahldaten entsprechend mitnehmen und wieder löschen bei Abreise. Es geht aber auch der Gastaccount. Die Betten sind gross, es kann auch ein Kind noch mit im Elternbett schlafen ohne das jemand rausfällt. Extra Decken sind auch da, falls jamand bei offenem Fenster schläft.

Leider ist das Parken vor dem Haus eine Glücksache und kostet von 9-18 Uhr etwas Geld - aber zu moderaten Preisen. Das "Kinderzimmer" ausreichend.Einige Dinge, wie Waschbecken für Kinder ,bis ca. 8 Jahren, etwas hoch. Die Fenster im Schlafzimmer pfeifen bei starkem Wind. Extra Kopfkissen waren zwar da, aber keine extra Bezüge. Der Zustand der Wohnung im allgemeinen war gut, könnte aber mal wieder etwas "Liebe" gebrauchen.

First time in Iceland. We will stay at apartment 502 Reykjavic Central Apartments again.

Everything. We were able to drop off our bags early. Excellent location. Lovely far reaching view over the harbour to the mountains beyond. Huge floor to ceiling windows. Really warm and comfortable. Sjonni really cared about the apartment and it shows. Lovely bakery opposite. Bus stop outside for pickup/drop off for excellent island trips.

Spacious Central Apartment in Reykjavik

We stayed at Vesturgata 21b. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Really light and spacious and a great location just a few minutes' walk to the harbour, Harpa, main shopping area etc. You have to pay to park on the street outside but we didn't think it was too expensive and you could park for free a little bit further away. We never had a problem finding a parking space. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was a good pressure. Also very fairly priced for such a large, central apartment. Communication with the host, Sjonni, was excellent with very clear instructions for access, recommended bakery, bar, restaurants etc. Also some really interesting additional information about Iceland. Our 3 night stay here was the perfect end to our week-long mini-road trip to Iceland. We would love to return!

We received excellent services from Sjonni and his team.

Location is great - 1 bedroom apartment is located very close to the center of Reykjavik. Living room sofa bed was just replaced with a new one so it was nice and firm. A good sized, well-equipped kitchen. Bedroom has plenty of closet space. There were parking on the street. According to our host, before 9am, after 6pm on weekdays are free. Before 9am, after 4pm on weekends are free. It's a P2 parking which means the fee is cheaper than P1 (more in the downtown core). We find that if we were back after 7pm, it's hard to find a spot.

Washroom is cruise ship size. Small sink. But after we traveled in Iceland, we realized that it might be common. Bath towels were small and thin (it was just a little bigger than a hand towel in North American's standard).

An amazing apartment for your trip to Iceland!

First of all the owner is great! Very detailed and accommodating. The apartment was just perfect for my family. Had a large kitchen area, nice bathroom, multiple bedrooms and a balcony. The location is EXCELLENT! Close to the city center, easy walk, right down by old harbor and super convenient to tour pick up/bus stop #4, grocery stores and lots of restraunts. Everything was well communicated and clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

A well-appointed apartment in a convenient neighborhood.

This apartment was spacious and well-appointed. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the Old Harbor or to the central city area. What was really special was the area information provided by the owner. Owner was always available for questions or comments. Would stay there again.

Great location near harbour and city center

Spacious flat in excellent location. Quiet bedrooms with comfy beds. Clear instructions for check-in and checkout.

We really enjoyed the apartment. The size and view were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

The size of the apartment was great, and the view fantastic. Bonus there was a great coffee shop nearby which was great.

The location was good except when the weather was bad. Then you were required to drive. One thing I wish we could have done was turn radiant floor heating off, this made the apartment very warm.

Excellent accommodation in a great location

Comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Communication was excellent. Two comfortable bedrooms, one a double, one a twin. Large shower, washing machine, dishwasher and a well equipped kitchen. Free, on street parking outside. A short walk to Reykjavik Old Town, restaurants, whale watching tours, and supermarkets. Only problem we encountered was the kettle stopped working but it was replaced with a new one a couple of hours after we reported it. Highly recommended.

fabulous , fabulous country, fabulous apartment

absolutely brilliant holiday in Iceland, and the apartment is wonderful. very modern, very clean and excellent location. would definitely stay again and recommend

there was a note left in apartment when we arrived which was lovely saying they left a gift of a book of a famous Icelandic photographer, but there was no book left.. didn’t spoil my holiday, but would have loved the book.

Great location, but let down by the noise.

fantastic location for the harbour and Reykjavik centre.

unfortunately we were woken at 08:30 every morning by very loud drilling (Jack Hammer) from building work in the next building that continued throughout the day. This led to us not being able to use the apartment between 08:30 - 17:00 everyday which was not ideal for a self catering apartment.

Excellent for quality and location

Parking free right outside..plenty of spaces. Might want to make that clear in advert as it's very helpful to know.

Tiny hole in window which was stuck over with tape that made a noise...I'm sure it's an easy fix...but it was a really minor thing

Everything. Location was perfect. Very clean. Facilities made this an excellent home away from home. Very considerate in supply of towels, kitchen cookware, dishes, utensils, great dishwasher and washing machine, oven and microwave!
