horrible.

water pressure

we asked for king bed got a double which we don’t fit on. the balcony was dirty, the room smelt like sewage , the parking spaces are so small and we have a big 4wd. won’t be back.

Good location but don't come for the pool.

Great location and facilities on site.

Disappointed that it was advertised as having a heated pool but it was cold. Not suitable for small kids. We did ask about it twice and reception said they had turned up the heating slightly but it was still cold - stayed 2 nights and had hoped to swim in the pool but wasn't possible. The spa was cold the first day too though at least that warmed up when asked about it.

３歳の息子が風呂に落ちていた小さなガラスの破片で足を切り、出血しました。それについてホテルに伝えても何の対応もしてくれません。最低です。洗濯乾燥機の中にも前の宿泊者の方の衣類が入っていたりと困りました。

great location

there were 4 of us for 3 days but only 4 teabags/coffee & only 3 mini milks. At the $$ we believe we should have that many wack day & definately more milk

Small compact rooms not easy for taxi/uber to get to due to a lot of one way roads

Value for money and a great location if you’re just looking for a base to explore from.

The pools and location was fantastic.

The corridor on our floor smelled offensively and there was no place to pull your car in when checking in

Great location. Average stay.

Room was clean

There are 3 buildings, and depending on which room you book will depend on which building your room is in. One of the buildings is on a steep hill, so it was difficult for us to go up and down that hill to get to the public transport. No chair or table in the room to sit and eat your meal comfortably. Reception staff seemed like we were troubling them when we asked for something.

It was ok, but with some changes could be great

It was clean. Lovely pool. Nice city views. Nice to have a washer & drier but a clean iron would have been preferred

Apartment only had half of the windows with blinds which made trying to sleep very uncomfortable. Dirty iron ruined my shirt. Furniture falling apart when I tried to open the drawers. After hours check in was a ridiculous process even though I arrived prior to the 8pm reception closure time. Security were very helpful though.

Beware of $200 security deposit

The rooms were good in size, clean and comfortable

The hotel took a $200 secuirty deposit which we weren't advised about prior, this basically took our funds for the trip. 6 business days later and they still haven't released the $200 back into our bank account. The main bedroom didn't have a TV which was also a shame.

Great location. Nice and quiet.

Has a great location. Secured and quiet. Relatively large space. Nice to stay over a few nights. Check in and out process was suprisingly fast and efficient. Staffs were nice and kind. Wifi connection was strong enough to use my laptop.

Bathroom needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. My parking space was located a bit weird place comparing others. Well, there was no difficulty for me to park there, but others may complain about it.

Had its good and bad should of been more hygienic and clean

Location was good the set up and architecture of the building was great. Rooms were a little small but the balcony was very good bed was comfortable rooms were clean the internet service was good room was comfortable all over good money for value

Main concern was when walked into the building was a bad mould smell when you first walk into the building this is 2nd tower. Most public areas were very poorly maintained and cleaned there was 2 spa areas and 1 spa was very dirty and the other was working but not properly only half was working and I did not really get the chance to relax like you normally do in a spa. Pool area also could be more clean and the public shower and toilet were not clean

City stay near train station and Parklands

Good size, with lovely city view. Big fridge great for the family. Pool was nice and my grandson used the sauna too which he also said was good. Great location for us to go to South Bank Parklands, and over the bridge to Queen St Mall. 10 mins from train station.

Parked in B3 which was really far down, and not very clear instructions for access and entry. Found it eventually. Lady in reception had her plates stolen and someone tried to carjack her in the carpark!

Loved it. Would recommend.

Loved the location. Easy to e-scooter around to all locations. Proper was clean and modern. Loved pool facilities.

Our room was positioned under a really loud downpipe so when it rained it was very noisy.

Stay was pleasant but wouldn’t be back in a hurry

Was great view and spacious

Air didn’t work properly, it was during a 35 degree weekend and tried to ring concierge multiple times with zero response every time we went to reception at various times no one was there. No signs to show where the bins were located so couldn’t remove our rubbish, ended up wondering the building and car park and other towers trying to find a bin.

Good unit, good facilities (although over the Christmas holidays, so lots using the pool, etc).

Location is within walking distance to South Brisbane and Brisbane. Have stayed here before. As a base while in Brisbane it isn't too bad. Good reception, allocated parking (if technically only for a "small car").

Great location

Location was convenient for me Set up of the apartment was good

Sofa was uncomfortable. Cleaning could be better as there was dust under the TV cabinet. Whilst was parking was available and I was happy with it, arranging for it was hit and miss as they kept saying "depends on availability". Why the cloak and dagger, when clearly there was one car spot per apartment?

Good time with family, apartment a little disappointing

spectacular views from the 32th floor, nice balcony Nice roof top with two plunge pools, should be adults only

layout of the apartment. second and third bedroom together with the laundry. people need to cross through kitchen/living area to access communal bathroom, no space for toiletry bag etc. Air condition very difficult to regulate, sometimes cooking odours from other apartments. Very poorly equipped kitchen. siting in living area for 4 people. We have been 5. from the 3 lifts only one operating at times. Overcrowded small pool.

The apartment was spacious

The view was dreadful - looked out to a car park covered in graffiti (had asked weeks in advance for a decent view) Were told we couldn’t utilise the roof top as we were staying in tower 2 however when in the garden lounge of tower 2 a couple from tower 3 had access to tower 2!! Our fob didn’t work on the first night, had to wait in the very hot no air con foyer for a working one, the staff member continued to ask questions over the phone about the fob making us wait longer in the heat. The hot water took ages to heat up in both the kitchen and bathroom. Found the staff to be unfriendly when asking re: Roof top - just kept telling us ‘no you don’t have access’ Have stayed at many venues in Brisbane city for similar cost - they much out weigh this one.

1st stay in Brisbane and picked write with our accommodation

The pool was amazing. Beds were extremely comfortable.

The staff downstairs are rude. Our suitcases were locked in a room downstairs cause we arrived early and when we went back to get them at checkin, the guy at the reception spoke very rude to my 5 year old so for being in the door way cause he wanted to watch the guy get his suitcase.

Our room wasn’t clean. Band-Aid left in the closest, stains on the bed, hair all over the rug.
