It was okay, certainly nothing special and not happy pool wasnt available for use. Will be trying elsewhere next time.

The entrance looks nice. The photos on wall are interesting.

Pool facilities were not working, have had this problem many times before. It didn’t smell pleasant. No streaming services on tv. No opening windows inside room it was muggy and humid. No fan in toilet to let steam and smell out.

The view we had was of the air conditioning units, they were right outside our door. It was cool when we stayed there, but I wonder how noisy they would have been if it was really hot and they were all on.

Somewhere very special to stay in Glenelg.

We had previously stayed here for one night and absolutely loved it so had to return. It has got old world luxury elegance, located on the Glenelg waterfront next to the pier. The staff are wonderful. A cocktail in the Horizon Bar is the perfect place to watch the sun set. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Fantastic location for a short stay in Adelaide.

Perfect location, the sunsets were phenomenal. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was really enjoyable.

The floors in the room looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The beds also were not that comfortable. The pool area needs more sun lounges. The walls seem to be quite thin as I could hear people in the rooms next door.

great location, easy to get to, friendly and helpful staff - very clean and comfortable, close to city and other surrounding areas, great beach and walking paths and lots of great eateries and cafes.

Good enough to stay again, however, without some changes the costs need to be reevaluated.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Chairs in room, 714, was not clean, I avoided sitting on them. Which is unfortunate as the room has a beautiful view.

Great location, overall needs some modernisation

Rooms dated. No swimming pool access, very poor not advised when booking. Parking was expensive Lifts and hallways needed to be cleaned

We enjoyed our stay as we love the location we don't like to complain but like value for money paid.

Breakfast good value for money. Idyllic spot beautiful views of the ocean.

Rooms need to be redecorated and updated due to the price being charged. Maintenance being done at peak period which prevented use of the lifts and staff not being informed. Disappointed unable to take a bar meal up to our room which we have done on previous occasions.

Disappointed in breakfast, paid good money compared to other locations

Good view from ocean rooms, easy parking

Pancake machine wasn't working, asked staff to fix and they didn't Waited 20 mins for omelette, asked staff and they lost the order Breakfast staff seemed like they didn't want to be there Chromecast access or similar would be nice in rooms so there is something to watch other than free-to-air tv

We loved our stay at The Stamford Grand and would stay here again

Very comfortable room in a beautiful hotel with amazing sea views. Friendly staff and good choice at breakfast even omelettes made to order.

Car parking could be cheaper for guests

A localização era maravilhosa, alugamos um carro mas não usamos todos os dias. O transporte publico é ao lado e funciona muito bem. A noite tem muitas opções de restaurantes ao lado do hotel, além do restaurante dentro do próprio hotel.

Fabulous location and very friendly staff

Empty tables at breakfast could have been cleared so more people could sit. It was half empty but most tables were still dirty so couldn’t sit at them.

Perfect two day stay!

Room was quiet and very comfortable with everything we needed. Duty Manager (Josh) super helpful and lovely. Assistance with luggage to and from our room was really appreciated.

Location was excellent

Whole hotel is very run down, in much need of updating, the rooms were ok, very basic, chairs facing the window looked out of place and were dirty with stains and looked like they were placed there to fill a void in the room. Breakfast was disappointing, lack of staff, popular items took a while to be replaced when empty, had to ask staff for things to be filled up. For the price of breakfast at the hotel I would pass and go for a walk down jetty road and enjoy one of the restaurants along there. I wouldn't be in a rush to go back and stay there.

the pool was out of service and we found out afterwards booking it and could of been offered a discount on a meal or something for inconvenience but other than that it was great
