Friendly hosts, both Zouhir and Aymane were very helpful!
Zouhir was very polite once we arrived and went with us to the parking spot and helped with the parking. I would advice them to provide directly before arriving this parking location (at the entrance of the city) and park directly there and just walk 15min to the Riad. When we messaged the property before arriving someone else was behind the messages. Neither Zouhir nor Aymane and he wasn't very helpful. Ask specifically for the phone number of Aymane or Zouhir and ask for the parking location (~30 DHM for a -2 -night stay).
Aymane gave us very good suggestions and booked for us a half day tour in the city for 30EUR (4 people). The tour guide was very good and I would definitely recommend scrolling around the city with a local. It was the only time that we weren't constantly exposed as "tourists".
The Riad is as in the photos. Traditional and cozy! The terrace has an incredible view and breakfast was good.
Arriving at 18.00 in Fes by car is challenging. Not because of the traffic, but because is challenging as a tourist to exit the car and start walking without having people around you offering their help. I would advice to really reach out to the host before arriving and specifically ask that they meet you at the car or at the parking.
Also, the small alley to the Riad is dark. Of course in the end it is safe, but arriving as a tourist it is mentally challenging and I wouldn't walk inside this alley as a woman alone in any case. The location though is very centrally and in the main square outside the little alley was always police/army.
Both of the rooms we booked were smelly (both smell from the toilet and like mold smell). But they were clean and comfortable. .

Location was just outside Bab Rcif which gave easy access to the old Medina. An advantage was that it was located at the bottom of the hill, therefore it was easy to not get lost in the Medina and find your way home.
Room was comfortable and spacious.
Omar, our host, was great and always willing to help and provide good advice.
Nothing it was all great.

Omar was wonderful and so accomodating!! location was also spot on

Location was great, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was amazing and the room was really big and clean
the only complaint is regarding the guide that they booked for us. the guy took us to different scammy shops with overpriced products and pushy salespeople, on top of taking us to a restaurant that charged double prices. I’m sure he makes a cut of whatever people end up purchasing/spending, so that was not very nice. We did ask for a guide last minute, but I’m not sure if this played a role or not. Otherwise everything was really good

Omar was the best! very kind and helpful with all hosts. He took us to change money and also organised a tour to the desert. The facilities are amazing and would recommend it 100%
Our room had a lot of humidity. There’s an AC so we could solve it. Omar was very attentive and solved right away an issue we had with the bathroom.

Comfy bed, beautiful breakfast room with generous helpings and Omar was so helpful. Convenient position close to Taxi stop and Medina.
Room setup was awkward - difficult to get past the bed to the bathroom. TV didn't work. Shower temp wasn't the easiest to control. These were minor things but the worst was sitting in bed and a member of staff trying to unlock the door without knocking first as she wanted to take a quilt from a spare bed for another guest.

Excellent location by one the gates to the Medinah. Breakfast was great; varied and abundant with all types of breads, pancakes, ommelettes, juices, etc, etc. The rooms are very beautifully decorated, very clean with very confy beds, complete bathroom, etc. This Ryad is outstanding, felt so quiet so close to the hustle and bustle of the Fez Medinah and felt so private as we had 3 rooms of the total of 6. Omar the host was so helpful with recommendations, restaurant bookings, etc accommmodating our timetables, etc. 5 stars all along.

Omar and the staff will make you feel well treated during your stay in Fez. The riad's location is perfect for your visits to the Medina and is close to good restaurants (ask Omar for some recommendations). The facilities were pleasant and the breakfast is one of the best that we tried in Morocco.

The Riad is centrally located, right next to the Medina, perfect to explore Fes old town. The room was superb and lived up to all our expectations. The breakfast was superb and the staff were expectionally helpful and friendly. I thoroughly recommend this Riad if you are in Fes.

Great location in Fes Medina which is near Bab Rcif, it’s easy to find and just take 5 minutes walk to Tannery. Riad Fes Aicha is traditionally decorated, our room was spacious and cozy. Excellent breakfast severed as fresh homemade Moroccan bread, so delicious 😋
nothing. Hope we can stay longer.

The riad Aicha was in a great location .by far the best breakfast of all the riads we stayed in . Our host Omar was brilliant . He checked on us our first morning as we had slept past breakfast but still provided it even though we were late. That would not happen in a uk hotel . Omar also provided help on restaurants and excursions

Amazing spread for breakfast that was all made fresh that morning! Omar the host is incredibly welcoming and helpful and the location is perfect for diving into the medina and right by on of the main gates for sorting taxis etc

How quirky and clean this place is for the value - went over and above everything. Omar was amazing MashAllah what a wonderful soul. He helped in every aspect as I had a leg injury. He also, went out of his way to get a taxi for us early in the morning, he came with us and made sure the taxi would take us to the right place and how much to pay. Amazing! Not even 5 star can match that.
Just no slippers but the owner contacted Omar to get me one - sweet so nothing negative.

Omar is a great host and makes the stay great. The riad itself is not that special.
Only place where we didn't receive welcome tea at our arrival.

Omar the owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. He helped us navigate our way through the medina and made sure to give suggestions of costs to prevent us from being overcharged. He also offered us our choice of rooms when we first got there. breakfast was excellent and large portions. would definitely recommend staying here.
nothing.

Everything about my stay at Riad Aicha was excellent. The hospitality I received was so genuine, it made for a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was quaint and cozy. Breakfast was fantastic— a very nice touch having a spread ready on a table set just for your room. The roof top terrace was the perfect place to spend the early morning and evenings. I cannot wait to go back!

Host Omar was kind and welcoming. Hotel is located just outside of the Medina. Great wifi connection in our room, lovely terrace, and big breakfast, bread heavy. Heat in room was great as it was cold and rainy during our stay.
Sheets on bed were polyester, old and bally. Mattress was hard.

The Riad Fes Aicha is perfectly situated, just a minute away from Bab Rcif, the entrance to the souks, tanneries etc.
Riad Fes Aicha is beautifully traditional, a little boutique hotel hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the souks nearby.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated.
Our host was fabulous: helpful and kind, anything we asked for he just made happen.
The traditional breakfast was a piece of art too, delicious and plenty.
We definitely recommend Riad Fes Aicha and we’ll definitely come back.

Omar was an amazing and kind host! Breakfast was massive and it all was set up for me when I came down to eat. He printed my paper boarding pass too which I greatly appreciated.

Omar was very helpful. Location just in front of old city, great breakfast. The only problem is the stairs which are narrow. The rooms are suited for families of 4.

We both thought That Omar the manager was exceptional and would be very hard to replace . He has both our votes . If he were to come to Australia I would have no hesitation in giving him a job. He was always happy and obliging .
We thought the location was `nt the best , There was only one good restaurant nearby . the area around was `nt so nice .

Breakfast, service. The host was very welcoming and he made sure that we felt the same. We offered a lot of recommendations, we felt we made a friend!
The breakfast was super filling and very good. There were eggs, moroccan crepes, bread, cheese, mermelade etc.
Beds, they are a little bit hard

Nice location, very comfortable and quiet room, beautiful terrace with breathtaking view, but most important is the host Omar! He help us with the parking, restaurant , tour and many more. The best stay in Morocco.
Thank you Omar!
Everything is perfect.

Our first Riad in Morocco, a beautiful place but a little hard to find. The staff/Manager was excellent and helped us with everything we needed. Parking was an issue, very far away, but he helped us. We got a larger room but had to go up 2 floors with stairs. They do have smaller rooms on the ground floor.
Parking, but no parking anywhere near the center.

Very pleasant Riad with nice rooms and classic architecture. The hotelmanager Omar was the best part of our stay. He is very friendly and well mannered and he took good care of us and did much more for us than we could expect. We felt like home. The breakfast was also excellent and fresh every day! We stayed a whole week and every day we got different Morrocan food items. Would definitely come back here!

We had a great stay at Riad Fes Aicha. The room and Riad itself was lovely, but the highlight was our host Omar. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was so helpful with any questions we had. We cannot recommend this Riad enough if you’re travelling to Fes.
