The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff are very very friendly
The ramp that leads to the rooms. It's quite sharp and hard to walk up. But other than that, everything was perfect

Great value. Tropical feeling. Bungalows are not close to each other. Big pool with very hot water. Deluxe rooms are near the pool and beach , but budget rooms are far, you need to walk downhill a bit to reach the pool and beach. Good restaurant on the beach just turn left on the beach and walk 50 meters.
No safety box in the rooms !!! 20 minute walking to Lamai nightlife, massage, restaurants , shops ... You really need a motorbike here, but that wasn't a problem and I liked that it is a bit far from all the noise.

Resort is good, clean rooms. On the beach
Staff is not good, rude behaviour, we had room change for second day, we waited all the day to check inn. Bad management

Chill hotel with bungalows, quiet, nice location in Lamai, access to the beach, helpful staff. Would like to return there
can't think of anything

Right on the beach.
Great pool area.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Nice rooms.
Complimentary coffee and tea at reception at any time.
Cheap scooter rental.
Great location.
Parts of the complex are rundown, and the resturant was closed & in disrepair when we stayed there.
Understandable, as three years of having no visitors due to covid have meant that most resorts have had a really bad time & have not been able to keep up with maintenance costs.

Nothing
Totally different from what I'd booked difficult to get to and from especially after dark
The manager incredibly rude did nothing to help and ignored me.when I tried to speak to him.
I Left after one night and no way was he going to refund just said photos online were coloured.
I WOULDNOT RECOMMEND.

The places was run down, staff were hard to communicate with, beds and room very uncomfortable, we paid sea view bungalow , got nothing like that...not even a bungalow.. but was had work to tell thr staff that. We had a power cut too so had to leave the room as was too hot to stay in it! Terrible 2 day stay.

only location
It was the worst service i've ever seen. staff didnt want check in us. They said : we see your book, but we dont have available rooms, go away, thank you. And it was at 11 pm after long flight. We started to texted booking.com only after this move they decided to check in us. And it was prepaid!
Also there wa no blanket on 1 bed, and only 1 towerl for 2 persons...

The new Villa is more than nice, clean and you have everything you need! 🙏🏻 Also a bathtub…
Of course COVID destroyed all over the island a lot, but they will build up step by step! The recommends before I can’t understand- you are in Thailand and not in Europe or somewhere else… Pls also see the different mentality 🎎
The staff, especially the reception lady (boss) do what she can do and help in all cases. And they know that they have to renovate asap…

location and territory
We stayed for 5 nights, the room was never cleaned, they only brought water, on the 4th day in the morning we went to the reception to ask to clean the room, we arrived in the evening, the room was not clean, we had to go again to ask for cleaning, in the end they cleaned it only in the evening.

the beach and pool were awesome. the room was large. although the property is old, it was attractive and there were workers maintaining it.
I had no water in my shower in my room. so I used the shower at the pool. my first room had no wifi but they moved me (I had to pay for the upgrade) and then I had wifi but no shower. I didn’t mind using the outside facilities.

the room was lovely and clean, spacious. there is a huge hill to climb to get to reception from the beach

The resort is located on one of the best parts of Lamai beach and next to the best beach front restaurant.
The resort is run down and in need of some serious maintenance. We booked here because of the photos on Booking.com which in no way represents the almost derelict state that parts of this resort are actually in. When we checked in we were told that we would have to move rooms on Christmas Day because she had a booking that was for a longer duration of time than our five night booking. When challenged and I pointed out that they are still showing plenty of rooms on two different booking sites, the manager just pointed to her room sheet and said yes all these rooms are still available, but nothing consecutive?
I would only book here with a degree of caution and low expectations in mind.

There was a lot of space and it was a nice property. There is a big pool that was always super clean and the resort is right on Lamai beach. We really liked our room because it was comfortable and had everything we needed.
Some spaces were a little unfinished but we didn’t really mind that

Well, don´t expect too much for this price one night. I was staying about 3 weeks. :)
I don´t have problems to live more basically, the bed was comfortable, the toilet room was ok. The balcony is a plus, enough space for two persons with two chairs and one table. The beach is just around the corner. The pool was looking clean and not damaged but I never used it. The aircon was doing its job, I recommend the quiet mode. The staff is nice and answering all questions you may have and the charwoman always cleaned the rooms perfectly and give you extra drinking water for your room. Please give her some extra tip if you can afford it because she is working alone.
After 2 years corona they begin slowly to renew everything and trying to find a new owner for the restaurant so be patient.

1 minute walk to the beach. Room was a decent size. Airconditioning, fridge and TV worked well.
Little ponds near the rooms so impossible to sit outside because of mosquitoes. Our bungalow did not have a sea view which I was expecting. The restaurant was closed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us with all our travel plans and advice. The resort is surrounded by lovely gardens- you get to see many different birds and butterflies.
We booked the two roomed family house - they were very spacious and tidy. We could have them clean each day if we liked. Air con works fine. Tracking with a 2 year old and it was brilliant accommodation- perfect to have separation to sleep.
The location was good access to a large shopping mall selling everything you needed within walking distance. A motor bike was useful to nip to the local market to get cheap Thai food take aways. Lamai beach street was only really possible to get to by motor bike. Or a stroll along the beach.
The beach is beautiful.
You can also snorkel a little and see some fish.
Sand is soft. Very iddilic.
Not really a dislike just worth a note.
It’s location was on a bit of a hill and there was a 5 minute stroll up steps to get to our area - but there were plenty of bungalows at the bottom near the beach. But we soon got used to it.
The beachfront restraunt has recently been damaged by a storm - they will be fixing it soon. But it still serves good food and happy hour drinks.
The pool has very sharp gravel tiles - they scratch your skin if your not careful. I hope they sort this out.
All in all - we would go back.

Very old and not holiday worthy.
Dirt, food, no maintenance done.
