The staff are polite and nice. I was in Bordeaux for an event and the receptionist arranged for a taxi to and return from the event when I did not planed this and needed urgent help.

Very good gym
Value for money
Good location
1) worst parking experience..it feels abandoned and old and hotel ask guests to pay 20 euros per day in order to use it .
2) it’s good that toilet and bath are split in 2 different rooms but still bath had to have a powered ventilation or just a window

It was clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower
We booked a “Superior Lake View” room. What we didn’t know was that metal grills totally wrap around the hotel. The only way to see the lake/water was viewing through heavy grills. It does not mention this on Booking.com or the Radisson Blu website
